Fran has been reunited with EDVC since 2013. She originally joined us as a Relief Veterinary Assistant in 2008. Shortly after, she married her amazing husband, Franklin, moved to Delaware for 4 years and has since returned to Dallas. Fran has been in the Veterinary field since 1999 and finds great joy in caring for animals as well as educating their owners.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. East Dallas Veterinary Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.

They were so kind in my need of desperate times and came to my house to help. I'm so grateful for a wonderful team thank you so much! I greatly thank all of you at East Dallas Veterinary clinic! Very recommended! P.s. my dogs own vet who he had been a patient for 11 yrs wouldn't even come out to help. (NORTHWEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN GARLAND)

OH my goodness! They are so nice! So much better then the one by my house that I have taken all my pets to. Well it was good Buckner Animal Clinic but Dr. Pruitt sold it. And it is not the same at all. East Dallas Veterinarians I wish I would have found a long time ago. They took care of my Daisymae St. Bernard and Lady Catherine King Charles Cavalier

Staff was very friendly. I brought my aging sick cat to them thinking it was time to put her down. Instead i was encouraged and spent almost a whole paycheck. She came back home worse and died 48 hours later right in front of me. Traumatized and jus wish they would have been honest and put her down peacefully. Rest in peace Gizmo!

Very pleased with this Vet. This was my 1st time to see her and they took my 15 year old dog who wouldn't have made it the week and with medication he is still with me today. With out the correct assessment of his situation he would be gone. A huge Thank you to everyone who helped my butter boy out.

Walk in wait time can be pretty long so definitely bring something to keep you entertained. If not, don't worry, as they do have reading material. Once we saw the doctor they were very transparent with the prices of procedures and were able to work with us on finding the right treatment for our cat.

They made me and my pet feel welcome right away. There was no waiting in the car until someone came to get us but as soon as we checked in we were shown to an exam room. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor thoroughly explained what the problem was and how best to treat it. They also called later to check on my pet to see how he was doing and if the meds were having any adverse effects. The care and concern was awesome. I am very pleased.

We've been coming to East Dallas veterinary clinic for 3 years now. They've been great and super professional with both our dogs Zeke and Jelly Belly. Despite Jelly not being the nicest to others at the clinic they've been calm, understanding and patient with her. Zeke is super outgoing and loves people and does look forward to his vet checkups or going overall. From checkups to any small worry we may have about our pups, while I have pets this is, "The vet clinic for sure." -Warm hugs and kisses from my dogs

Called to see if I could accompany my elderly golden for examination, as she has a history of cancer, her usual vet died, & I wanted to avoid stress of her being alone with a stranger. I was told "yes" & I could avoid a $65 deposit (they demand a deposit because, apparently, owners understandably no-show appointments) by bringing her on walk-in Saturday.
After driving 14 miles to go in with my dog, I was told owners are allowed inside M-F, but not Sat due to their Covid protocol. RIDICULOUS: Covid is just as contagious M-F as Sat!! I waited over 2 hours in the parking lot with no update. During that time, only about 8 animals were discharged, aside from 2 dogs that were in & out in about 15 minutes (presumably needing just something routine).
Only 1 vet (who seemed caring, as he also spent lots of time with owners outside) was working. If the clinic is that overwhelmed on Sat, multiple vets should be working. Beside the 2 ladies working the desk, I watched 6-8 people in scrubs standing around most of the time. Just as I was going to ask the desk lady to rip up the registration due to the inexcusable wait & unprofessionalism, a manager finally came to get my dog out of the car.
She said the visit would be another hour, but knowing they're not truthful, I'm sure it would have been at least 2 more hours so I left. DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO WASTE HALF A DAY!!

I have been going to East Dallas Vet since I got my first dog who is now 10. All the staff and vets are so wonderful! When my cocker spaniel had a spontaneous neck disk herniation, I had a staff member calling me everyday to check and making sure that he got the specialty care he needed. Some of the vets even called in their off time on Sundays! I would highly recommend their care!

Absolutely love Dr. Mueller! My 115 lb pibble can be aggressive if she doesnt know you or if she's scared. Even w all this covid crap going on, the entire staff from scheduling the appt til Sadie was all done was amazing. I know I can be an overbearing momma and they were so good to me! Their prices were higher than I expected, but well worth every penny! Highly recommend!

I don’t know if anyone uses Facebook to decide if they want to use a vet. But, on the off chance that someone does, I feel I should let you know what to expect. The kindness, the patience, and the empathy I experienced with East Dallas Veterinary Clinic during what was the worst day of my whole life was above and beyond. From our first routine visit, to understanding our time was up, the veterinarians at East Dallas did not lead me to spending unnecessary money, but rather towards making the best decision for my best friend.
When Demo left me, it was in a room full of our best friends. The staff stayed late so I could stay with him just as long as I needed. Today, this card came, and while my heart is still broken, this little gesture was huge to me. If you are looking for a vet who will be there when you need great care, and genuine compassion, this is the one. Thank you again

My shitzu rescue was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure and MedVet had put her on a series of Meds to control the issue. At the same time they said I had to go ahead and set further visits up with my regular vet. Well since I was freaking out I asked if they had someone who focused on heart conditions, and while they did not they had Dr. Ellsworth talk to me and walk me through what we would have to do going forward. I felt much better about the problem we were facing and confident that should anything come up they would be ready to handle the issue.

Awesome and friendly staff and wonderful vets... they've taken care of four of our cats, and probably saved the lives of 3 of them. They treat our fur kids like members of their family, and really care about them. When our little kitten became very ill, they were just as concerned for her as we were... and when it came time to say goodbye to two of our seniors in a short time, they were as compassionate as could be, for the pets, and for us. We love East Dallas Vet Clinic-- as part of OUR family!

When we moved to Dallas about a month ago, we realized our fur baby wasn’t quite right, after reading reviews online, we decided EDVC was the place to go. And we’re glad we did. Sadly, we lost Yang, but the staff and their compassion for animals and their humans is amazing! We love all of them!! We can’t say enough good things about this staff.

Always friendly and welcoming. The doctors here truest care about the patient (your pet) as well as the client. Providing customer service to pets and people!! Always go above and beyond!! They actually saw my pup last week last minute while the doctor was fully booked! It took a while, but, they still took care of me. This place will not turn you down or disappoint.
