I absolutely love Colonial Manor. I followed Dr. Marcus here. The front staff is so kind and I have never met one of their clients that is not kind (of course we are all pet parents) We had to put to rest our Katie in October and Dr. Alex was on duty that weekend. She was so beautifully kind.gave a donation to her vet school in Katie's name. We now have Charlie.
Through all his vaccinations he has felt welcome ( although he thinks that it is not his favorite trip to get his butt injected). Today he had his Microchip. He did great! Shout out to of course Dr. Marcus.but also to Taylor. She went above and beyond.answered all questions and if she didn't know found out. She listened and treated Charlie as her own! Lynn and Tina Marie you women ROCK!

Honestly a reasonable vet. They are not "over priced as some suggested" great staff always willing to help and able to set up a "emergency" visit same day. Dr Marcus works very well with my GSD and explains everything clearly without overcomplicating. A friend recommended I use this vet with my pup an I would highly recommend colonial manor to anyone else. I wish I could rate 10 stars.

I've brought all my animals and my parents animals here for years but this morning I showed up for my 8am appt at 750 and the doors were still locked. I went back to my car until 805. I walked back up to check in and the doors were still locked so I waited outside for a few minutes. One of the vet techs came to the door and put down a door mat and walked away.
I have 2 kids and 2 dogs in below zero temps standing out front waiting to get in after my appt time and she doesn't even acknowledge us. That's when I decided I need a new vet. I've always liked this place and the people that work here but being unprofessional and rude is something I can't put up with.

Great experience! I switched vets because mine was still insisting on curbside and that doesn't work with my cat and I couldn't put off medical care any longer. The staff was great and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and great with Bandit. They didn't waste my time or money! I'm looking forward to using them for all of my veterinary needs.

Our golden was pretty sick at 2am and I was concerned so I showed up 20 minutes before they opened at 8am. I was greeted by a polite "empathetic" receptionist, who immediately text the doctor and then made us comfortable while we waited. Our Sebastian is feeling better and confirmed for me, why I go to Colonial. they CARE!

Dr. Marcus Taylor and the rest of the team here was nothing but compassionate and helpful through the hardest time when we had to put our dog our baby to sleep. Only to continue with a follow up card and today we received a letter stating he made a Donation in her name! thank you Colonial Manor Hospital, you have a forever client in us.

We have been taking our cat here for the past 17years and recently took her there for the last time. Dr. Debbie helped Tiger cross the rainbow bridge peacefully in her deteriorating health. The staff was so caring and sympathetic that day. And today we received a letter in the mail that Dr. Debbie made a donation on behalf of her tiny patient, Tiger, to The University of Missouri Vet program. It really touched our hearts and shows that they do love each pet that crosses thru their door.

I worked for and was a client for some pretty terrible vets in the area, and was exasperated when it came to trying a better one when I was recommended Colonial Manor by my dog trainer. I can honestly say it has not disappointed me at all. I go to Dr. Debbie with my St. Bernard and always have a pleasant experience. It's never too expensive, and they're never pushy about extra services or procedures.
They answer any questions I have clearly, and help me weigh the options for treatments (like medication and care for the hip dysplasia my 150 pounder suffers from). The staff and doctors there clearly know how to do what is best for both the pet and the parent. 5/5

I recently lost my 12 yr old dog unexpectedly and then 13 weeks later his 15 yr old brother passed. The staff are the most caring individuals I have ever met. Everyone was so kind and compassionate to me and my daughter during this horribly sad time. I have been taking my dogs there for 5 years. They are,all wonderful!

About 20 years ago my parents started taking their dogs to colonial manor after several other vets failed at finding our Lucky girls cancer (in her nose). We have been clients ever since. I now take my three dogs there!! I would NEVER take them anywhere else!! Dr. Dave is helping us treat our baby boy (he's 5) Gus-Gus for cardiomyopathy. Couldn't say enough good things about the doctors and staff there!
