Love it here. We went here after a trip to the emergency vet for a follow up. Reception is super helpful and very welcoming. Techs and vets were awesome with our kitty. Upfront about cost which was definitely a concern for us. Will be staying for sure. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do and I loved that!

We loved the friendly and caring staff. The facility is clean and spacious. Our dog can be guarded but she was less nervous than she was at our previous vet. I believe the positive energy from the staff was a factor. They are knowledgeable about giant breeds and responsible about the care given. At the end of the visit we received an itemized receipt. Highly recommend this vet. We're so happy to have found them.

I am so thankful for the care that my 1 year old German Shepherd, Mocha, received on her first visit. The staff is wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. I just adopted Mocha last week, and she is the first dog I have owned in many, many years. The staff helped me immensely with all my questions in understanding how to keep Mocha happy and healthy. At the visit itself, the doctor was very generous with his time and very thorough in the attention he gave to her.

Trooper Vet and Dr. Puschak are great! Dr. Puschak is very knowledgeable and a great resource. I’ve taken both my senior dogs there for the last four years and the staff has always been very caring and supportive. It’s tough that you tend to get to know your vet best near a pet’s end of life, but the team couldn’t have been kinder throughout the whole process.

Thank you to Dr. Puschak for her excellent bedside manner & knowledge in dealing w/ my 21 y/o cat, Wrigley. I brought Wrigley in yesterday w/some health issues & Dr. Puschak listened intently while I explained what was going on. Due to social distancing I was not able to be in the office w/Wrigley but felt 100% comfortable knowing Dr. Puschak was taking great care of her.
Thank you also to the entire staff who have always been amazing over my 20+ years of coming to your practice. We appreciate all of you!

I followed Dr. Luetke from his prior veterinary practice. He is thorough, kind and takes the time to explain everything to you. Everyone in the office is super nice and very good at what they do. The office itself is perfect for cats. There is a separate door and area only for cats and they have feliway calming blankets for them. The office is spotless and modern.
I just took my cats there today and the social distancing service is both convenient and well thought out. I stayed in the car and a vet tech came out to get my cats and I talked to the vet on the phone before and after. I travel a distance to go to Trooper because I feel comfortable that my cats are getting the very best attention.

Had my two hairy men, ok they are boys, ok they are furry, all right all right, my cats! I had my Zeus and Mongo in for their yearly checkup. I love that you can take your cats in a separate area, the office is always immaculate, and the staff is always friendly! The big man, aka Mongo, always wets in his crate but neither staff nor Dr. Luetke have ever complained.
They have always offered to clean him up but I tell them to just leave him and I bathe them when we get home. The cats walk around the table/room while they staff and Dr. Luetke are in with us so I know they are relaxed! Love them!!

Thank you for not declawing cats; for not performing this barbaric partial digital amputation on a once healthy cat. I made sure my veterinarian did not declaw before I chose one. Thankfully they are nearby, otherwise I would travel counties if I had to. There is a lot of talk about fear free pets, especially declawed cats, who are difficult to get into their carriers and off to the vets.
Why would a declawed cat want to go to a 'doctor' who caused her/him life long pain? Why would a cat who has claws want to go, they know what goes on, they think their claws will be amputated. Dogs know too, they sense animal cruelty on the very hands that took an oath to heal and not harm. That's why this "fear free" thing is big in the veterinary industry, why not stop the cruelty and pets will not 'fear' going to a place of 'healing'.
