Professional Veterinary care in a clean and comfortable setting. Separate dogs and cats waiting areas. All the technicians are very obviously pet people and their people skills are also excellent! I feel my cats always receive optimal care, while enduring the least amount of stress possible under the conditions. I really can't say enough good comments about Bijou Animal Hospital. I definitely recommend them for all your fur-babies veterinary needs.

After a hiccup with another vet, we switched to this location. They are busy and there's a good reason why. They've handled all the twists and turns of taking care of our old pup and continually work to make sure we have a good visit. The only negative time we had was when there was an excessive wait time (1hr) but they compensated by giving us a discount on the bill. Overall 8/10 would recommend.

Dr. Meyers is a rockstar! She saved my daughter's life. My baby ate some lilies (fatally poisonous to cats) and she was on it treating the case urgently. She was incredibly attentive, informative and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I felt I could trust her with my baby's life. I can see the sincere and genuine care and love that goes to the animals from the staff (from the vets to the admin to the ladies in the back).

Everyone has a huge heart here. My late cat saw Dr. Busby who did a great job while she was fighting renal failure. He's super accommodating and his laid back energy is very calming to my cats. This hospital is always packed and busy - which is great to see. They even have a resident cat, Ameera, which I adore. I drive half and hour to get my cats care here. I highly recommend this place and their hero vets!

This has been my go to animal hospital since 2017, but I just requested my cats medical history so I could go somewhere else as of next month. The customer service was pretty bad when I called in to cancel an appointment I didn't make, and the ease of getting an appointment when actually needed is not easy or convenient. When I requested my cats records and advised that I would be going somewhere else, they didn't care about trying to keep me as a customer, which is too bad, seems like some businesses don't care about customer loyalty anymore.

I don't expect anything, just quality customer service and good care for my cats. It was definitely lacking in the customer service aspect. I will say the positives of Bijou Animal Hospital are the costs, and they don't talk you into extra services that are not necessary for your furkids or for the situation. They are honest, trustworthy, and most everyone is friendly and cares.

The hospital is clean, and they did a good job of taking care of my cats while I was a client. I wish them well as they continue to service clients in their practice, I just needed to find somewhere that could serve my needs better. After all, my cats are important to me and deserve only the best. I wanted to take the time to be transparent today and I hope this helps both Bijou Animal Hospital improve, and I hope it helps future clients make the best decision for them when choosing an animal hospital.

Wonderful staff, clean & organized facility, and great DVMs. Convenient online portal for records and scheduling. Dr. Meyer and Dr. Busby have had great bedside manners and provide straightforward, kind, and practical care.

Bijou is the best vet in the Springs, hands down. Dr. Meyer is amazing and attentive and all of the staff is wonderful. Their pricing is always good, too. They have helped us and our cats so much.

Bijou Animal Hospital is the best. Everyone there is so friendly. If you have a question and they don't know the answer, they'll do whatever they have to do to find out the answer for you. They don't just see your pets as patients, they care for your pets as if they are their own. They always seem so happy to see my puppies when they come in and my puppies are happy to see them.

We are so lucky to have found such loving, caring, experienced, veterinarians. Thank you So much for taking great care of my babies Bijou Animal Hospital! We really appreciate you guys so much!

I absolutely love the staff here. They give great care to my pets and treat all of us so well. They are very understanding and kind. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a vet.

I love this place and it's staff. They have worked miracles on our animals when others in town wanted to euthanize. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the animals in their care, and the prices are by dar better than most places for better treatment. We don't go anywhere else unless it's an emergency they cannot take.

They are nice people but do not have much transparency with prices and don't give you a lot of time to consent care options at the time of visit(x-rays, blood work), they are also uncomfortable seeing my pitbull for routine office visits. I also just lost my 11yr old cat after having a chain mastectomy after being seen here, they made it seem as if this was a routine common surgery and my animal wouldn't have many complications following the surgery.

My cat had surgery on Thursday 12/2 I found my cat dead in my bedroom the following Wednesday 12/8. She died on Tuesday 12/7. They made it seem like she would tolerate this surgery and it ended up killing her. "11 is not old for a kitty" is what I was told during the initial appointment. I am absolutely beside myself. I had to miss paying several bills to afford this surgery and my animal didn't survive. I made them aware of this and didn't even get a phone call to offer condolences, just a bad tone about my pets chart being updated.

Missy helped me with an international pet travel certificate and made it seem SO easy. If you've ever looked into it, it's quite the opposite so she is amazing! And so friendly, you can tell just by sitting in the waiting room how loved she is by the animals AND their owners. Dr. Meyer was fantastic and gentle during her examination and made sure all my questions were answered.

I'm grateful for Bijou being so helpful throughout this process. Whoever answers the phones though is the most unpleasant girl to speak with. I thought maybe it was just in my head but I called in one morning and she answered in a nice, cheery voice until I spoke and then she immediately changed her tone and was short, rude, and seemed irritated with me for no reason.

So now I know she's capable of being professional but chooses not to be. I hate having to call in she is just so off-putting. If not for her I would have definitely given 5 stars.

I've been coming here for 6 years with 3 dogs and the level of care they receive couldn't be better. Having a great vet is a stress reliever for myself and my pets. Thanks, Dr. Harriger, and everyone else at Bijou!

My GSD loves going here for his checkups. If that doesn't say it all.staff is professional and friendly. The Vets are great people, knowledgeable and you can tell they care. Pricing is fine as well

We have been taking Maggie & Sullivan (Sully) to Bijou for years they have always been upfront about costs & what is needed to keep our pups healthy! I have to say though the staff went above & beyond for us. I dropped Maggie off & was on a real tight schedule & had to get to work & my wife is just coming off of knee surgery making her unable to pick up our Magpie.the chances of me making it before they closed was slim to none!

So of course I was stressed & full of anxiety driving to work, Then I get a call from the Staff & they offered to bring our Magpie Home for us! That totally just changed my whole day & I'm Grateful to everyone on the Staff & Everything you do for our Family!

Update: I wish I could give them 5 more stars. I received this beautiful card in the mail today. I seriously can't even believe it. I'll be back for sure! Absolutely amazing visit today. This was my first time ever to the clinic and it won't be my last. The staff was friendly and the doctor was Incredibly informative and kind. I live about 40 minutes east of the clinic but I won't ever hesitate to make the drive down. The doctor took his time with us and we never felt rushed. He never pressured us to do anything unnecessary. The price was great. I highly recommend this veterinary office!

Best Vets in the state!! I will drive from Pueblo to Colorado Springs to bring my pets. Super friendly, reasonable prices and absolutely the most caring staff. Thank you for all you do!!

I’ve taken two of my animals here, now. One was my Shepherd who needed a tail amputation and the second was my brand new kitten today. The vet I spoke to on the phone was very thorough and took such good care of my girl. I have two more dogs who will soon be getting scheduled for their regular care. On top of having excellent staff, they’re also very reasonably priced.

We have been going to Bijou for 15 years now. Such an amazing group of Doctors and vet technicians. Let’s not forget the people behind the front desk! Anytime I call and get ahold of Deb, I feel like I’m talking to a long time friend. She is patient and kind and always helps me with any situation that I might have with one of our dogs. She is a great asset to the team.

My family and I have been taking our pets to Bijou for several years. Dr. Colvin has worked phenomenally with every single one of our animals. Just this last week, my youngest cat was fighting renal failure and with care and attention from the staff, he’s back to being his cantankerous, yet loving self. Prior to this, our other cat tore her ACL (apparently, she was playing a rough game of football!) and he got her back to the point where she doesn’t act like she even has a fake ligament! We are very happy to be able to take our pets here and pleased with the quality of service we have received. Thank you for everything!
