We are new patients of Dr. Simpson. We are currently living in Knoxville and building a home in Kingston, TN, having relocated from IL. Although I am not a fan of curbside only at this time (I’m a crazy cat mom), I appreciate that Dr. Simpson came out personally to pick up Tigger from the car and came out to speak with me face-to-face regarding Tigger’s plan of care. Kingston Animal Hospital clearly communicated their pricing, and pricing is fair. We look forward to Dr. Simpson taking care of all 5 of our cats…and eventually a dog once our house is complete! Thank you, Dr. Simpson!

They are doing curbside right now. You call when you get there and he comes out and gets your pet while you wait. While I was sitting there several people pulled up and got their dogs meds. He would bring their meds out and run their credit card and away they would go. We got our vaccinations and some flea meds and I was very happy with service. There was very little wait time.

Excellent. First impression is that they are very nice. The really important part though is that they are exceptionally knowledgeable. Should definitely be your first choice, particularly when you need that kind of competence. Remember your pet does not talk English. Solid experience is what counts.

Expensive!. Took my new pup for 1st set of shots, vet didn't want to do shots because of possible intestinal worms, check for worms none visible, charged $110 come back next week to get shots. Went back a week later got 1 set of shots for a pup and charged me another $90. also they didn't exam my pup or give shots in front of me, they took him into another room away from me. Didn't like that at all.

Took my dog there for treatment from having a dislocated hip, took one xray and said couldnt fix it. Then charges thousand dollars later. I just now took her to another vet, it was thousands cheaper and they actually check out all options, without charge and too say my sweet dog fixed up. Plus they say there going de-worm her and didn't, just sold me a box and never said mention again.

Did not have an appointment but they took the time to treat my dog. They went over treatment options, and costs, before doing anything. Did not feel pressured at all to go with the most expensive treatment. The doctor came up with a plan that would treat my dog in two stages. Its only been two days but my dog is already doing much better. A+!
