Parkway Animal Hospital

The entire staff at this clinic is wonderful. From the warm greeting I received when I called. To them scheduling me in for an emergency treatment for our new rescue. I've been to other animal hospitals in town for my cats, and have finally found the best place for our animals. Dr. White is wonderful, and loving of the animals. You can tell by the way she talks about, and to them. I will definitely return anytime we need animal care. Always the same great service.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness My dog was hit by a car this morning and first I called every vet in the area before them which no one answered then some lady named Mary answered the phone and would not assist in any shape or form instead she said what all they couldn't do

They did an exceptional job for Bishop's shots and even cut his nails. Unfortionally, I thought we had to wait on his grooming. Thank Them, so much!

They took great care of my new kitten. Answered all of my questions as well as described how to give her the medication she needed to take. They also gave me a new kitten pamphlet for some research.

Love, love, love the service! Dr. White and the other staff can't be beat! The prices just keep going up each year for annual exams, which is the only reason I took away one star (although I'm not so sure if they can help that. It doesn't seem to be their fees that are really high but the cost of the heartworm/flea and tick meds, other prescriptions, etc.) So yeah, the increasing price year by year sucks, but the great thing about them though, is that they do accept Care Credit, which has been a life saver!

In my opinion, they offer 5 star service but the increase in annual prices forced me to deduct a star. :-( But even with the price increases, they are the only ones I've trusted to consistently care for my fur baby. Sure gonna miss them when we relocate!

Dr. White and her staff are wonderful. They care about their patients and their humans. They give excellent care of your pet.

I absolutely love this clinic and all the staff! Always extremely friendly and professional when answering the phones! Adelaide absolutely LOVES them and even when getting shots! Dr. White is the best and with the health precautions in place, I feel extremely comfortable that our girl will get the best care even without me getting to come in with her. My only negative is that I wish I had started coming here sooner!!! Yall are the best!!!

Good with animals, good people, decent price, good arranging an appointment short notice. Also very good at getting records when you're traveling, and not all vets do partial prescriptions but this one does. They also have maybe best price in town for boarding.

We have truly enjoyed our experience with Parkway Animal hospital. Our doggies have always loved going to see them, even if it was more frequently than we would’ve liked haha. They always made sure to follow up with us and check on our fur babies. The staff here is caring and compassionate and by far the best team that I’ve had the pleasure of allowing to take care of my fur babies. They are very reasonably priced as far as vet clinics go and I promise you won’t find any persons more capable of taking care of your babies!

Absolutely the best vet in Jackson. They have taken excellent care of our fur babies. They immediately made our doggies feel like family. Anytime we have to make an unexpected visit they always make sure to follow up and check in on our puppies.

Dr White and her staff give my fur babies the best care They've ever received. I cannot say enough about Parkway Animal Hospital. They really go beyond their medical expertise. They treat your babies like they are family. Really! And when things don't go as planned, they are with you every step of the way showing nothing but love and compassion.

My dog has grown to love and know every single tech and doctor there. They love both my dogs and are such a huge joy to work with. The coolest thing is whenever you have an appt. with them they write your dogs name on the chalk board in the entree way. Love this place. I'm moving to Henderson and am not planning on changing my vet for my boys sake

One of the best vets I have ever been to! Dr. White spayed/neutered both of my rabbits and took excellent care of my cat and my parents' two dogs! There are not enough great things to say about this place! Excellent!

Dr. Lisa White is GREAT! My dog was having trouble and we learned he had congestive heart failure. He is on a LOAD of medicines, now, but he is doing fine. When we took him back for his first check-up she was laughing and happy to see him and she was even watery-eyed. The whole staff is just great! You can tell they really love their patients. I would recommend them to anyone, any time!
