I brought my dog in after she fell ill from eating moist dog food purchased from Walmart.
It was determined that she had severe pancreatitis. She was kept over night and her situation became grave. Dr Greshake, Dr Johnson, Dr Powell and the entire team, worked effortlessly to save my puppy. After 5 days, they suggested I take her home because she might do better at home. The 2nd day at home I took her back and was told she needs to be admitted to a critical care facility. Today, she is doing much better, and luckily has pulled through.
The am very thankful for the team at Vet-I-Care and feel she is still with me today, because of their knowledge, skills and compassion for animals. I would definitely recommend using Vet-I-Care for your pet.

I took my cavachon in late on a Sunday night because we thought she may have ingested advil. They were compassionate, knowledgeable and took great care of our dog. She was fine and their prices were reasonable for an emergency visit.

My dog Buddy was attacked by another dog and sustained some pretty severe injuries. He needed a lot of care to get him patched up, and the team did an outstanding job. They really went above and beyond to save him. Their ER service is incredible!

I've used this ER Clinic probably since they opened. As a nonprofit animal shelter for Akitas, we've had plenty of emergencies arise during that time! Always kind, professional and honest.

I absolutely love this animal hospital! They always answer the phone and are so loving and wonderful to you. They were wonderful to me every time I came. I went there the first time for an emergency room visit and they were so awesome that I switched to them for regular visits. I love that anytime I call they answer the phone and help me with questions and concerns I may have. Top quality veterinarians work here with so much experience and expertise it helps you feel at peace with the outcome of the visit.

DR. GRESHAKE and his staff are very nice, accomodating and understand our pet needs. Im so glad the other emergency VET hospital send us to them due to the 4 hour wait. I cant thank them enough for the quick attention they gave us and to my ailing dog.

Id give the front desk and vet techs more than a 5 star rating. They were sweet, helpful and caring. I just have no idea how to put into words the experience we had with Dr hicks. We were seen after hours for an emergency visit that did not yield great results. But honestly, that was a possibility, and we knew that, but I never expected a vet to be like this guy.

I will save a long story, but he was not a comfortable person to get any advice or treatment from, and all I would say to someone reading this is, don't judge the clinic for 1 doctor. Im sure many of the others would be caring, informative, and have more that 3 sentences for us (2 of which were "do you want to put your dog down" (before any testing, diagnosis, exam).

But if Dr hicks is the guy on call, I would say, try your best to find a different facility, and if he's not, this is definitely the clinic I would recommend. We left with the diagnosis of a terminal issue, but I had to request a chest xray, and he never performed an exam on our dog, never even touch our dog. Again, he is probably the issue, not the clinic, just make sure you see one of the other wonderful doctors Ammendment after visiting our regular vet Monday: it seems we also were giving the wrong, terminal diagnosis from Dr hicks.

If we hadn't had such a bad feeling, we may have put our dog down for no reason. This weekend was an emotional wreck for my wife and in hindsight, I would give anything to go back in time and gone somewhere else.

AVOID THIS PLACE! brought my dog in for a simple neuter, they performed an unauthorized major stomach surgery on him. He is in so much pain. They called me to up sell this surgery and I expressly said NO so then they called my wife, she said NO but they went ahead and did the surgery anyway. Most unprofessional vet I have ever been too. What vet trys to up sell elective surgeries. It's very obvious all they care about is making money. I will be taking this to court for malpractice. 0 stars.

Went in for emergency service. The staff was kind and compassionate and really took an interest in my pet and his problem. The were professional and caring. I will definitely recommend then in the future

Don't bother coming here. Awful service. My puppy fell and hurt his head and the Receptionist was uncaring. Said it would be a 2 hour wait. I called around and bolted from this place. Went to First coast Veterinary instead and they assisted my puppy immediately.

Today was our first visit and they handled my dog coco so well. The vet tech he was super nice and waited until my dog got acquainted with him and the vet doc was amazing very polite explained the vaccination and blood work being done and did a through check of coco. I was very impressed and definitely will be scheduling my second dog for his visit soon.

We were suppose to discuss cost before treatment. Didnt happen. They were gone to the other room running tests i was charged for i never witnessed. Come back out checked my cats heart. Then told me what they were going to do and left me to payan outrageous bill. Will not recommend anyone to their money grubbing office.

I unfortunately didn't make it to the hospital before my dog passed. But at 4am they were very sweet with helping me with my dog and very respectful. But my mind blowing moment was after I picked up my cremated dog. They put her in the most beautiful urn I could ever imagine. I had no idea thats how I would get her back back and gave me a piece of her hair and I paid for a paw print in clay, I guess that's what you call it. Brant thank them enough for being a 24hr vet care and being so respectful.

Made an emergency visit here. Dr G was caring and patient with us at a very difficult time. He stabilized our bulldog with lots of support and referred us to an excellent specialty group. The staff was excellent also. Would highly recommend.
