Lisa has been a valued part of our team since 2004. She was hired as our receptionist and through the years has gained experience assisting our doctors in many aspects of our clinic. She provides loving care to all of our clients that come through our doors. She is highly revered by our pet owners as well as our staff.
We're here when you need us, whether it's for a routine checkup, a much-needed vaccination, or teeth cleaning. Because our clean, facilities utilize the most up-to-date and technological equipment, and our staff is not only knowledgeable about veterinary techniques but also possesses an incredible passion for their work, you can rest assured that your best friend is in the best hands. We absolutely love the staff at France Avenue Pet Hospital! The ladies at the desk are aways so helpful on the phone and welcoming at the office. Dr. Doyle seems to really care for our two dogs and we are fortunate to have a very close to home that we can contact on short notice and be seen. We hit the jackput with France Ave!

Everyone is so helpful, so nice. They have always been great with my pets. The doctor always takes the time to explain what's going on with my pet, and what treatment is necessary. It's an all women staff, and they have been so sympathetic and empathize with my losses. They even give me a plaster impression of my pets when they have passed.

Had previous visit with the sister location, Bush Lake Pet Hospital and was referred here as the Doctor had retired. Was disappointed that we couldn't go in and had to wait over 30 minutes outside, nervous on what was going on with my pet. On the upside, a charge was waived and was given stronger medication. Was hoping that the cone would be replaced with a new one, as it was stained with blood. Unfortunately that didn't happen.

France Avenue Pet Hospital is so kind and caring. I know Tucker is in good hands when he visits. The staff take the time to answer all my questions and they give thorough and honest answers and information. Tucker is a very energetic lab and he has matured so much when he visits. The staff greet him with a warm friendly hello every time he comes in!

Kind staff who is professional while navigating the additional work associated with COVID precautions. The lobby is closed, but the receptionist response times are quick. Boarding is reasonably priced and simple. They can accomplish additional care while the pet is there as well, e.g. vaccines and nail trimming.

The receptionist Lisa was very rude on the phone. Kept deflecting my questions. Kept cutting me off, and tried to have me hang up and wait for a call instead of helping me schedule an appointment which is well within her job scope. I tried to give her a short summary as to why I was scheduling an appointment and I got cut off twice. She clearly didn't want any of that information so I cut to asking to schedule an appointment.
I had to ask three times to schedule an appointment as she kept giving me half answers instead of just choosing to take ownership and help me. Finally when we got to the date and time she asked what the reason for the appointment was and I repeated my short summary. What could have been a simple phone call felt extremely combative. All of the other staff at France avenue have been absolutely wonderful.
When I ask questions over the phone and during appointments they do their best to answer my questions. There have been a few instances with my not receiving a call but overall informative and friendly staff. To Lisa: I have had a sick pet for months now and I understand that you don't have the answer to my lab questions however you are fully capable of scheduling an appointment for me and being kind on the phone without cutting me off. Please check yourself. You're in customer service. You have been kind in person, please be kind on the phone.

Simply put, Dr. Jessica and her team are absolutely incredible. They know our dogs by name and always make them feel comfortable when we come to the office. We have called with questions many times and they are always willing to answer them for us, and are flexible with us coming in the same day if we need to. They are upfront with pricing and it is very reasonable for the care that your pets get. I don't trust just anyone or any vet clinic with my dogs, but I confidently can say that my fur babies are always in great hands at France Avenue Pet Hospital.
