Doctors are nice, but they are behind in technology. Some vet offices run in-house labs, so you can get the results almost instantly. This place uses outside labs.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They still make you wait outside due to COVID but hopefully that changes soon.

This vet has helped me with the transition and loss of my girl after having her for 15+yrs. They have helped me with her records and x-rays and also referred us, to emugancy vets in the time of need. Everyone in the Marina Pet Hospital is kind and patient with all there clients. I thank them so much!

Brought in our new puppy Cleo for her first vet visit. Dr Riley did a thorough exam and gave her 2nd series of shots. Cleo is the 3rd dog that we have brought here over the past 20 years. Informative and thorough.

In total compliance with COVID19 guidelines. The experience was rather neat. I drove up, walked up to the window outside, checked in and within minutes the nurse came out and took my cat in for her shots. I was able to walk over to another window that had glass blinds. There I was able to engage with the Vet while she examined my furry little monster.

I was so pleased with their professionalism. Rates are rather high for any Vet, that would have been my only issue. I was blown away by their kindness and willingness to help.

Saw this clinic had a lot of great reviews. Called and had a great conversation with the woman on the phone who scheduled my appointment. She was very polite and explained what my options were. I was excited to visit and have my cat taken care of as he was in a lot of discomfort. When I arrived, however, I was not greeted with the same sort of experience, quite the opposite actually.

The woman at the front window almost immediately had an attitude and was confused as to why I was there and what my appointment was for, which is fine, but she was incredibly unprofessional and condescending, so much that I found it difficult to even communicate with her and explain my situation. I have only posted maybe one other google review in my life but felt the need to post this one because of how unpleasant the experience with this woman was.

After the woman continuing to be unhelpful and rude, I eventually simply said "Okay, thank you, goodbye" and left. After this experience, I drove home very bummed and called the hospital in the hopes of speaking with someone that I can tell my experience to. I felt as a place where people are trusting them with the care of their animals, they should know that this woman made me feel very uncomfortable.

The woman I spoke to on the phone regarding my experience did apologize for how things went and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow morning, but unfortunately after thinking about it I just don't think I'm comfortable going back or leaving my kitty with them. When speaking with the woman on the phone about the encounter with the woman at the window, she said it was a miscommunication on multiple people's parts.

That was never my issue, though, as I understand miscommunications happen at ANY workplace. The important part is how you deal with miscommunication, and how you treat/speak to people. The woman at the front window did not display professionalism by any degree that I could see. I hope the people in charge of the hospital can see this and take it seriously so people aren't made to feel uncomfortable in the same way that I was and can get their animals the help they need.
