This animal clinic is by far the BEST I have ever been to. I would recommend going here to everyone! The staff was absolutely amazing, caring and just went above and beyond when I took my cat in this morning. My cat Charles lost the ability to use his legs this morning and I rushed him to the nearest animal hospital, which was this one. They immediately took him back and hooked him up to oxygen and and IV, no questions asked.

They explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He ended up having to be put to sleep, and we were so sad, but they made both my cat and myself as comfortable as possible, gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye and even gave me a water to drink. I want to say thank you to all of their amazing staff! THANK YOU!

BRAC is such a great vet and we regularly refer them for our Indy clients. They are a large multifaceted practice and truly are animal lovers. Great office staff, too!

While I've only been going to BRAC for a short time, I can tell they truly care about their clients. I had started going there because they had been well rated and close - now I drive in from Greenwood because I know why they're well rated. Worth the drive, every time. I know my pets are well taken care of here.

Have been taking my various dogs here for years. At least 20. Now with our puppy we will continue to take our baby girl there. The staff is extremely caring of all our pets and always FULLY EXPLAINS everything too us.

I cannot say enough good things about Broad Ripple Animal Clinic! I have taken all my pets there for wonderful care for 20 years. We recently had quite a scare when we thought our sweet senior pup had had a stroke - she couldn't walk and was vomiting. This was on Good Friday, I called in a panic, and they fit us in to their packed day. We had quite a struggle getting her into our vehicle, and they came out and put her on a stretcher to get her into the clinic. Fortunately it was not a stroke, but idiopathic vestibular syndrome.

She is slowly recovering, with time and meds, and lots of attention. We are so grateful for the care she received from Dr. Barr and from all the vet techs who helped us that day. And to all the vets there, because over the years due to pets getting sick, we have seen them all.

I normally do not write reviews but here, I will make an exception. I was at a loss trying to get through all the paper work and logistics of taking my 'Marilin to Brazil with me until I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Barr and her staff. I highly recommend the Broad Ripple Animal Clinic to all who love their pets.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Broad Ripple Animal Clinic. I recently had an emergency with my dog and they squeezed us in last minute. Their communication was very clear with good explanations of why they wanted to do each test. They were extremely professional and caring throughout the whole experience and we completely trusted them with our sweet pup.

She was so well taken care of and they made sure that all of our questions were answered before we left. I even received a text message a couple of days after our visit with a staff member checking in on our dog. We are SO thankful and impressed with the above and beyond care provided by BRAC!

The staff at Broad Rippple are second to none, in my opinion. Walk inside and our greeted with staff that remembers you and your pet. They explain everything thoroughly so you understand whats going on. Instead of pushing services, they walk through each topic on why it may or may not be needed. They gave me some great advice for training as well.

Once your appointment is over, you will feel extremely confident with the well-being of your fury friend. Next day, courtesy calls to double check on my female German Shepard status after immunizations were unexpected but appreciated. Service I'm not use to from other vets I've used in the past. Big shout out to the entire staff.

My dog was attacked by two roaming dogs while out walking. They saw my dog within the hour and addressed her injuries. They were also concerned about my health. We were well taken care of by the vet and three vet assistants! Thank goodness We have them as our provider!

I was in the neighborhood and lived fairly far away and still use Brac. They were kind enough to get the dasuquin that I would need very soon and the heartworm/worm medicine for my whippet babies

Dr. Neumann has watched one of our dogs for years, and I made the switch with my senior dog lately. He was incredibly engaged in wanting to understand my dog's specific health issues and suggest potential options without any pressure. Dr. Neumann and the entire staff care a lot about what's best for your pet, I would highly recommend BRAC.

We drive over an hour to see the people at BRAC. Very good at what they do.

I've really appreciated working with this vet for my cats. They've taken care of my concerns and let me know how to address. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cruse is phenomenal with my 2 cats, and the reception staff are so friendly! They truly care about your pets here. Hands down the best vet I've interacted with!

BRAC is a really excellent vet clinic. As in all clinics, as a pet owner, you have to stay engaged ask questions and make sure you are clear. What I really like is the veterinarian's ease of discussing treatment and openness to adjusting if needed.

Love the staff here! I've been taking both of my fur babies to BRAC since I moved to Indianapolis 3 years ago. One of my dogs, Ben, has serious vet anxiety and they've been so nice on his "happy" visits to help him get more comfortable around the office.

After some experiences with my former vet that left me with the impression that they weren't as diligent or concerned with my puppy's health as they should be, I decided to shop around for a new vet to perform her spay. Immediately after speaking with Dr. Barr at BRAC I knew this would be our vet. They were super patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring about the operation, and asked me all the right questions and identified all the important elements of both pre-op and post-op care. Yes, they are definitely more expensive than many of the vets in the area but in this instance I think it's accurate that you do get what you pay for.

She recovered quickly from her spay and was back to her old self basically the same day I brought her home. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and they have hours and availability for emergencies that are super friendly to people with jobs and busy schedules. I'm admittedly high-strung when it comes to my dog's health so if you're looking for quality care and some reassurance that your pet with be taken care of, I really recommend contacting BRAC.

BRAC squeezed me in on a Saturday of a holiday weekend when my cat was in crisis, while every other animal hospital in greater Indianapolis was unable to do so (I'm not even a regular patron and usually go to a different veterinary clinic). Dr. Stevick did an incredible job working up diagnostics for my sweet boy and got all of his test results. transferred to a more intensive animal hospital quickly so that my cat could be hospitalized and given the 24hr care he would need for the next several days.

Everyone at BRAC was incredibly kind, thorough, and helpful through a very emotional day for me. I am beyond grateful for everyone there and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality veterinary clinic with staff that truly care for their patrons, animal and human alike.

At first we chose BRAC because it was in the neighborhood. Now that we are moving farther away I will not take our Ellie anywhere else. The staff and vets at BRAC have always been very professional, helpful, and compassionate. Entrusting the health and wellbeing of our 2 dogs and 3 cats to BRAC over the years has been the best decision for us.

We had a wonderful check up today! Madison and Dr. Murphy were the sweetest to my little old corgi. We will definitely be back!

After our long search with my boy's Vet, I found about BRAC. The BEST. Everyone is so much co-operative, the vets are awesome specially Dr. Cruse. Hulk loves to go to them. Always recommend

Prices are too high and test results take too long to come back. My cat died waiting for the test results. Other vets are able to share results of bloodwork, X-rays and other tests within an hour. I would not recommend this place.

My dog Kingston has major anxiety, especially at the vets when I can't be with him due to COVID. Instead of giving up and wanting to medicate him like other vets have tried, Dr. Cruise and her team took their time with him and were so patient! He was so happy when they brought him to me and they said he did really well! Dr. Cruise answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. Everyone there is so incredibly nice! A lot of my friends have recommended BRAC and I can see why! Hands down the best place my dog has ever been to!

The vets at Broad Ripple Animal Clinic have always helped us out with both of ours pugs and cats! They and are always willing to take my calls and explain everything to me. I highly recommend Dr Sponsler and Dr Murphy!

The doctors are amazing and have been taking care of our pets for the last several years. We have had some issues with them in the past, but shoutout to management and the front desk staff for resolving the issue in a timely manner and for being patient, transparent, and professional.

Just wanted to pop in and say how much I LOVE everyone here. Both my cat and dog come here and I've truly never met a more loving staff. : Going to the vet is usually a stressful situation for the owners and pets and even when I can tell they are busy the entire staff ALWAYS gives me the attention I need with a kind attitude. I brought my 9 week old puppy there for his first vet check up, and Dr. Sponsler and vet tech Julie were phenomenal, nice, and very knowledgeable. Had a great first experience and Odin and I will most definitely be going back! Highly recommend: 10/10
