Huron Animal Hospital: Grossinger Isabella

Such a great vet hospital! Made an urgent, scary situation for my dog so much better. Everyone is so nice and helpful, even though they were so busy. The waiting area and exam rooms were very clean. We will definitely be back!

Long (5 hour) wait for walk-in. I get that. Reasonably priced. My issue is that we've had follow up questions for the vet. Both my husband and I have left detailed messages with the front desk. They assured us we would get a call back, but have not. Disappointed.

Worst experience. I took my cat as a walk In because he hurt his leg. Was told he had soft tissue damage. 5 days later he was still limping. I took him to a different vet. His bone is snaped in 2! He now has surgery and will have to have pins to fix the break! Tissue damage my A**

This place is the best. They do excellent work and for very reasonable prices. They've seen my 3 dogs and cat for over 8 years. My 14 year old chihuahua is in exceptional health, esp for that breed, and it is in part thanks to the fantastic care she receives here. Their senior care program is top notch.

I have been taking my dog here for 10 years. All they want is your money. Every time I try to call and ask a question they just say to make a appointment. Even when I just left the place and call to ask a question they tell me that all Tech's are busy and that I have to make a appointment. Then if you care about you animals and ask questions they say you are being difficult.

They try to make you the bad guy for caring for your animals. The ladies at the front desk need to be reminded that they work at a animal hospital. People actually love their animals more than their kids. If you like throwing your money away then keep going here. Also I bet when you call you will be asked to go on hold. Somebody at the front desk doesn't know how to answer calls.

I wish the owner of this place would contact me because you can't get anyone on the phone to answer any questions. I love my animals way too much to take them here. Never again.

I want to thank all of the staff and the vet and vet techs that saved my kitten Mila. They were kind and took her back very fast and treated her quickly, if it was not for them idk what I would have done Thank you 100% from the bottom of my heart she is doing well.

Like that they have walk in hours. Convenient if your dog needs to be seen right away. I love Dr. Grossinger. She's very knowledgeable and can usually diagnose your dogs problem immediately. Recommended.

They treat your pet the best. Friendly and very knowledgeable. I would not trust taking my dog anywhere else

Brought my Lucy Lou in today as a walk in. The wait was fairly long BUT EVERYONE who worked at front desk was wonderful and kept coming over to check on Lucy who was not having a good day and cried almost the entire time we waited. The staff was amazing with her and incredibly patient. I have taken my fur babies here for years they are just the best!

2 of my dogs died after hundreds of dollars spent to be told oh its just gas. Well I really wish that was even remotely close to the truth anyways all 3 of my young baby's died from renal displaysia the fact that we we're sent away with nothing more than sorry nothing we can do and not care that this is my family not just a pet. All and All this place is garbage and I would never go back nor will I recommend anyone who really loves their animal's to go for any reason to this careless cold establishment.

Dr. Heller your the best!! My family has been coming to see you all at Huron Animal Hospital for 40+ yrs!! My 2 furry brothers and I are so grateful for you! You always know just what to do to take care of us - during an emergency or our check ups. I got all my shots today & didn't even notice!!! You & your staff are so knowledgeable & kind. Thanks for always taking good care of me & my family!
