Fox Hollow Animal Hospital

I can't express how much I love this vet! They are very experienced and knowledgable and treat your babies like family. I take my two dogs in there for routine health checks and one of my dogs has been in twice for emergency. They've always been so quick yet thorough and help us find the proper treatment for our dogs. Everyone there is so accommodating and helpful. We will keep making the drive down from Conifer to see these guys. Thank you for all that you do Fox Hollow!

We have been coming to Fox Hollow for many years and each and every doctor has been compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. We always know that Fia and Rodney will be treated with love and are receiving the best care! I would also like to add that the support staff is amazing!

My elderly cat had to have a pretty invasive dental surgery. She ended up needing to have most of her teeth removed, but Dr. Cara did a great job of taking care of her and making sure she only did what HAD to be done in order to stem the infection and save some teeth so she could still eat. The front desk staff are always prompt and I feel like I get as much communication as I need during bigger events like surgery. I also like that the office is split between cats and dogs, so that my tiny old kitty doesn't have to feel even more stress with big dog strangers around.

Consider another vet if you care for your pets and don't just need cheap fixes. We took our dogs here for almost 2 years and have had many bad experiences. At our last appointment, the Veterinarian didn't spend a single second trying to make my dog comfortable, just saw him panting and refused his shots. He did, though, pinch my dogs thighs, lifted his lip, and charged me $68 for an annual examination.

The week prior to this, I brought my female dog in for a torn and infected dew claw. The female Vet who helped us was very friendly and wrapped her all up, and advised my dog should be seen again within a week to make sure the antibiotics were working. When my boyfriend brought her back in, the male Vet did not even unwrap her paw to look, just said she would be good to go.

I was very upset at this and took my dog back in the next day to have him actually look at it (as they had charged my boyfriend for his visit and did absolutely nothing). The same male Vet unwrapped it and then said, "well I don't know what it originally looked like so I don't know if it's progressing, but it should heal up". I was very frustrated because I was told to bring her back in and was treated like I was stupid for bringing her back in.

These are just our last two visits, but similar experiences for the past 2 years have made us finally go elsewhere. If you want wholesome care, this is not the vet to bring your loved pets to.

We had our 16-year-old cat had the dental cleaning and the employee told me it was their worst case they've ever seen well maybe one of but anyway they called ahead of time when they found a problem that could come up in surgery. So they're very communicative. And now my cat is happy, healthy and our decision of where to go and the procedure to do was 100% effective. We decided to change vets permanently this will be our new home for kitty cat care! Thanks Fox hollow we're doing a great job and helping Mini feel so much better!

We were traveling through Denver from the Western slope when we realized our dog had a broken (almost torn off) toenail. After wasting time and money at a different animal hospital we took our dog and left. The wonderful people here were able to get us in and out within an hour. Great attitudes, compassion and competency. Highly recommend!

TL;DR If you care about your animals, don't go here. If I can save just one family from suffering under the incompetency of this vet than this review will be worth it. They care more about their previous 15 minutes of fame than they do about the care of your animals. They did tests. We had to chase and chase and chase them to get results only to be told our vet wasn't in to read them as it was a Saturday.

After begging and calling multiple times, they finally "found" another vet to interpret the results which were not good. They refused to send me a copy of the tests as I had stayed on the phone a few minutes past their closing for the weekend. They said they would follow up about x-rays and additional tests to understand what was going on but if he "couldn't get up" we should take him to the vet. Seems like poor advice.

We ended up having to go to the emergency vet the next day far before the "he couldn't get up" stage and our boy passed away. Now, Fox Hollow doesn't know he passed away and it's been a week and they never called about those tests they promised to call about. They are probably competent enough to just give routine vaccines but otherwise, please avoid. Seriously, if you care about your animals - do not take them here, this place is clearly taking on more than they can handle and ends up being as bad as a puppy mill.

Fox Hollow is amazing, such caring Vet's and staff. I've brought my pets to Dr. Tony since I moved to Lakewood in 1992. He's helped us through the good and tough times. I've recommended the clinic to my brother, my daughter and my friends. The two new Henderson's are following in their father's footsteps. Big shoes to fill, but they are doing a great job.

Each Dr. Has their own specialty that complements the Vet practice. Their office manager has been there for years as well. She's wonderful - as is Dr. Brian. You can't go wrong with any of the veterinarians. I appreciate that they have always provided the highest quality of care and support. Georgia Anderson

Fox Hollow is like family at this point. We live in Parker, but drive to Fox Hollow just for the superb service. The Henderson's are rhe best veterinarian family out there and their dedication to their field is evident by the love they show all their patients. All of our pugs have been seen here and they love everyone. Can't see enough good things about this place.

Love Dr. Foley, who is the vet for my girl, Molly! He is so patient, caring and kind and answered all the questions I had. This will be where Molly gets her care for the rest of her life! Thank you, Dr. Foley and Fox Hollow Animal Hospital for providing such excellent care!

Dr Brian & team, we want to thank you for taking good care of Sam and allowing us to bid farewell with him today. Special thanks to Darcy for letting us know that Sam wagged his tail when he saw you. You are his super star! It is never easy to say goodbye. You have done a great job with all 3 of our dogs (Annie, Tucker both Pyrenees & now Sam). We pray that they will meet in treat heaven! We found fox hollow because my 15 year old golden got sick about 3 years ago and they were the only ones who would see her without an 800 dollar senior work up first even her old vet wanted that first. they found out quickly what was wrong and made the process a lot easier to deal with and the process of losing a loved one as easy as possible. fast forward 3 years and we got a maltipoo puppy amd knew that we would not take him anywhere else. They are always kind, happy to see him, and provide amazing care to my dog. I'd never go anywhere else.

I was taking my dog to a different vet just because it was a lot closer. I kept hearing how amazing Fox Hollow was and that I needed to take my dog here who was having serious medical problems. I now do the 45 minute drive here because how amazing the entire staff is. They treat your fur babies like they were their own. I would never dream of going somewhere else ever again... I just wish I would have made the switch sooner!

Both my brother and parents bring their dogs to Fox Hollow and have highly recommend that I take my dog Charlee in to see them. She had broken her K9 teeth when she was a puppy, and it was time to get them checked out again. Our visit was a great experience. My dog has a tendency to growl at new people, and usually takes some time to warm up to them, but yesterday she took to Dr. Ross and trusted him quicker than I've seen her do with just about anyone.

Him and the staff were very friendly, open and honest about what needs to be done and even with reasonable prices on what to expect for treatments. Very professional and friendly staff.

We love Fox Hollow Animal Hospital! We saw Dr Ryan today and he is so kind and supportive (to pets and humans). He provides several options when he has recommendations to allow the pet parents to make an educated decision. We so appreciate that type of approach. The staff are all friendly and you can tell they love working with animals.

About two years ago we brought our older cat (Mason) in because he was having urinary obstructions. Dr Ryan and the staff took such good care of our furry son. He was loved by everyone and the staff really cares about your pets here. We love seeing Gregory the office cat and all of the office dogs. We bring both of our cats to this office for everything and recommend that all of our friends and family use Fox Hollow as their vet as well!!

Colorado ARC had an emergency situation with a wolf dog that had been shot in another state that was coming to our sanctuary in Colorado. Fox Hollow was incredibly flexible in working with us and did amazing work on the dog. The love and compassion from the entire staff was heartwarming beyond words.

The genuine care and concern for my Layla is felt as soon as you walk in the door! She recently had surgery and the plan changed based upon pre-op results and Dr. Ross called me every step along the way to make sure we were on the same page with next steps! He also called on her personal phone because the lines were down.... truly understanding how our four legged friends are a part of our family!
