Evans East Animal Hospital

This is the best animal hospital! Everybody is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We've taken both our dogs to Evans East, who have very different temperaments, and the staff was/is wonderful with both. Our first dog, who we had to put down a couple years ago, was not the easiest patient. The staff was extremely patient and warm with him nonetheless. They never seemed flustered by his temperament.

We've had a wonderful experience with Evans East Animal Hospital. It started out when we needed an after hour very for an emergency with one of our pets. We've transitioned all of our cats (5) and dogs (3) off of Banfield wellness plans and started going here exclusively. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and rates are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Very helpful. My dog had a upset stomach & was vomiting. The after hours staff were professional and friendly. They gave my dog everything he needed to feel better. It took my dog a few days to get back to normal. But the getting sick & not being able to make it outside stopped that night. The Dr. was so friendly & professional. Definitely recommend going here.

Amazing people work here! I found a dog on the side of the road and took it on at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. They gave him fresh water, gave us a leash to use and checked his microchip at no cost. We were ultimately able to reunite him with his mom! : You can tell that the staff here really care about animals and people. I am not one of their clients, but they still took time out of their day to help us return the lost dog to his family.

I've used Evans East Animal Hospital a few times for vaccines, but yesterday was a definite emergent situation. My very large "Diva" swallowed what she should not have and got an obstruction. I can honestly say I would trust this team with my own life after seeing the care they gave my girl! Dr. Gina Rodriguez went ABOVE & BEYOND to be sure my baby was coming back home!

I can never thank her or her team of technicians enough! (Thank you all for helping the doctor make this happen!) It's a scary thought what could be if it was not for them. They treated Diva as their own and that alone speaks volumes!

Not a bad spot to bring your dog. I was charged 500ish to bring my dog in for a neuter. That includes blood tests etc. The techs there were nice and welcoming. Some times the techs were trying to sell me things I was not there to do. That's pretty annoying when I'm there for one simple purpose. Please consider people's budget and be upfront about costs.

I had to ask for a real cost estimate, it wasn't offered. The first time I went in, the vet spoke to me personally. The next couple times, I was waiting in the lobby. I would have loved to know the weight of my dog and general health information, without having to pry a tech to look it up, only to find out it wasn't recorded. Overall, it's not bad at all. Just do your research and ask them for an estimate of the cost for ANYTHING. Don't be surprised when they ask you to swipe your card.

Today I lost my baby bean boy, he was my first pet on my own and since I moved to Colorado. I got my hamster before the pandemic and we were best friends ever since. I called an hour before they closed and I never got her name but she was so sweet and understanding. I knew my baby was gone but she still checked to make sure he wasn't hibernating and I wasn't about to murder him.

She was honestly the best and I felt so much better leaving philbert in her hands. Thank you so much for taking me in at such a late hour, my friends where telling me to throw him away or flush him but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Again it really made me feel a lot better knowing my baby was in great care and I know he'll rest easy until we meet again.

We had a great experience here! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our vet took the time to answer all of my questions. She made my pup and I feel very comfortable and happy with our choice to establish care with Evans East Animal Hospital!

I called because I thought my dog might be having seizures. They were honest and said they couldn't treat her there and recommended a two different animal hospitals. I really appreciate the honesty and the recommendations. I was able to take her to one of those and they were great. The other emergency vet she had already been seen at twice that week would not tell me what diagnostic tools they had for seizures and also didn't let me know if they had a neurologist available, so it would have been a waste of precious time and money. We did not get treated at Evans, but their customer service for that phone call was really great. Thank you!

Great Vets and Service! I was referred here five years ago and keep coming back. They only suggest services that are necessary and have the pets best interest as the priority. They take great care of Rockie who's nine.

I feel so fortunate for finding Evans East Animal Hospital for our sweet greyhound, Doreen! Dr. Kuball and all of the staff have been so lovely to us and Doreen of course as well. Retired racing greyhounds from Florida can often have a few different problems than regular dogs from Colorado can and I appreciate the fact that Dr. Kuball has been open to finding proper solutions to these more unique problems.

Despite doing curbside visits for the pandemic, this clinic has been organized and efficient and has gotten to know my dog well, and I really appreciate the way they have taken these changes so well while still keeping everyone safe. When neighbors and friends have asked for a recommendation, I never hesitate to say how much I love this vet! Thank you so much!!

I want to send a huge shout out to Evans East Animal Hospital! my roommate's dog got into some chicken bones the day before she left for vacation, showed signs of being extremely sick the day after she left. they got me in same day, and allowed me to make decisions to save our lovely puppo with the least cost possible! I cant thank them enough for the care and grace they took care of our dear Maddie. I cant thank you enough!

We came to Evans East on a friend's recommendation a few years ago and they have been consistently wonderful, including end of life care for our oldest dog. They hire wonderful people and the care for all their patients is inspiring.

I love this place! Just a really high level of care. We’ve been dealing with a really sick dog this week, and we still don’t know what’s wrong. She had to be monitored overnight during the week, and with the freak snow storm, Evans didn’t have anyone to stay overnight, so we had to transfer our dog to a place down in Parker (which did not go well).

This morning we made a dumb mistake at home and gave a dose of medication that they prescribed too early, and I panicked. The place down in Parker refused to let me speak with a technician or doctor over the phone and said my only option was to bring her back in and pay another emergency fee. So I called Evans East, and they got me help over the phone immediately.

They comforted me right away and told me the worst that was going to happen was that she might have some diarrhea. I feel so much better. This has been a stressful week, and I just really want to thank you guys for your professionalism and care in triaging that call in a helpful and quick manner. Evans East is just the best

I will never go to another vet. Dr. Porters Veterinary care and knowledge has been lifesaving. Staff members Amy Sara Jennifer and Michele have all gone above and beyond for my furry family. Their new facility is wonderful as well as conveniently located. When you need a vet in an emergency; it’s not easy. Having more then one pet also adds to the stress.

Once you walk in the door, no matter if it’s an emergency or a simple wellness exam, the compassionate staff is genuinely there to help you. Today was one of those harder days for me, I walked in struggling with my 2 boys and instantly I was offered assistance. List of questions in hand, I waited patiently (I was so early) and was even checked on while we waited.

Every single human I had the pleasure of interacting with really turned around my bad day. I know my guys can be overwhelming for some but we never ever once felt rushed or unheard like when I see my human doctor. Dr.Porter went over every single one of my concerns with significant detail empowering me to make the best decisions for my pets best interest.
Dr. Porter has proven her genuine concern for my family and also me as their mama. These details are often over looked but not here. My family will be forever loyal to this wonderful establishment. There’s not a better vet in Denver!! Thanks all!

I worked here for two years and know the inside and out it's a quality veterinary hospital with amazing owners and staff. The reputation of this place is incredible with clients coming in regularly over several decades and some driving very long distances. See for yourself. Stay away from large corporate practices like Banfield go where you're treated like family.
