Be sure to verify what is covered when getting a cost estimate. I wanted to get a stray cat spayed and was told it would be around $200. After taking her in I received with a call with a rundown of the charges. After the office visit, vaccines (which I thought were included in the quoted price), additional tests and meds I ended up paying over $500.
The most expensive stray cat in East Arlington. I don't regret having it done because it will save the neighborhood from dozens of additional stray cats. I'm thankful to have the means to take care of it. First and last time at this vet though.

Dr. Stephens and her crew are just beyond amazing! You can't ask for a better clinc to take care of your fur babies! They are very caring for your needs as well as your pets needs too! One of my favorite things out of many that I like from Park Plaza is that they explain and take their time to get to know you and your pet, while giving a proper and accurate diagnosis. If you're looking for a primary Vet give them a shot! You won't regret it!

After going from one vet to another, this place was honestly the sweetest veterinarian office I've been too, not only did they take their time to work with me financially. They made the whole situation I'm about to face a little bit easier. You have no idea how genuinely grateful I am, thank you so much

This staff is so covid scared thatthey would not treat my dog with a rash that has spread all over her body from head to toe.for safety of their staff I had to cancel appointments due to my COPD. They absolutely went orbital when I asked if they could get my dog from my car. The receptionist is so overblown with herself, she has no care for your pets.
My poor baby is so bad and I was just told they will not see her. This woman needs a valium. She needs to understand the worry that comes from your pet being in horrible physical condition. The Vet had Covid and is allowing her staff to disrespect my pet and myself. I've been using them for at least 15 yrs Dr. Stephen's is not the same person, she is working with fear and defense.
I was told Covid could be on my dog and she would not allow her staff to care for her. I've had to cancel many appointments while trying to overcome my sickness too protect everyone. There is no time stamp on when a sickness will leave your body. They should know that. So, if your on disability with a fixed income and 60 or older, stay away from this clinic.
It's small, old, unclean and they treat you with no respect to your situation. If you cant take the feelings of pet owners into more consideration get out of the business. I will be posting this on all my social media plat forms possible.

My family and I have brought our dogs dogs to this clinic since I was eight years old. We had to put our family dog down of almost 10 years due to cancer and the vet was were very comprehending of the situation and gave us as much as time as we needed no rush what so ever. Before we brought home our dog to say his last goodbyes to our family the vet tech told me to go to McDonald's and get him some nuggets and McDoubles which was very kind of her because I still till this day remember him devouring it all up and just seeing his face so happy for some nuggets. I still remember how the vet tech used to always call him handsome. I currently have been taking my 9 month old dog here and will always do so.

I highly recommend them! My dog has anxiety and they are so wonderful with him. Not only is Dr. Stephens and the entire staff kind, but they treat you like family. One time we needed to have medication for our dog and she gave us her personal number incase anything were to happen after their business hours. Best service out there!

This place has been here for quite a while. Read good reviews about it. I had to get my 17 year old dog put down due to the fact that she was slowly dying and i didnt want her to suffer. The staff was amazing, so caring and had feelings. The nurse that gave my dog the shot was crying and told me how sorry she was, causing me to cry. They have heart and care what they are doing here! Thank you for caring Staff! Pic of Shelby

My animals get the most professional, caring service there is. Doc and her staff are all very concerned and caring with all 4 of my critters. They are careful and also respectful of each pets specific needs. It really matters to me that my pets actually LIKE going to the vet! But more than anything, this clinic is I top of things and keeps my pets healthy!

Dr. Stephens is the BEST! My English bulldog has had a lot of different problems but she always knows what's wrong with him and she makes him feel better! She always explain us everything very well and really cares about spending time with her patients! She is my go to vet and I would never trust any other vet besides her :) The staff is amazing! They are soooo nice and welcoming :) love them!

So very pleased! I've been looking for a good vet on the East Side for a while, and I've finally found one. Very friendly staff (and vet), the wait was minimal, the prices were good -- they even caught a discount they hadn't given me, without me asking. I was very pleased. Parking is kind of awful, beware.

I chose Dr. D'Anne Stephens because she specializes in English Bulldogs. I wanted a vet that is familiar with the unique health issues with the breed, so my sweet little Bo gets the best care possible. The staff was very nice and friendly, Dr. Stephens is very focused on the care of her patients and was very thorough in explaining everything.
She has owned bulldogs, so she has personal experience beyond just the veterinary care. I found her to be quite nice, she probably spent more time than she should have chatting with me, because she had a full schedule. But, my greatest concern was that I had the most qualified to care for my baby boy and I feel confident that he's in the best possible hands.

Nice staff & veterinarian! My first experience with any type of pet clinic, I'm glad I chose this one because they had a kitten package where my cat can get all her shots periodically, for a nice price too. True like the person below me said, the wait is an hour or so. Even with my scheduled appointment. Small clinic though, nothing you can really do about it.

Didn't really like this vet. The veterinarian was harsh and unfriendly, and even though her assistants were nice, my dog was terrified and she never comforted him once. Decent prices for an exam and rabies and distemper vaccinations ($40) but not worth it for the harshness. Also in an interesting part of town.

I originally took my cat in to the I-20 emergency clinic when he was bleeding from his mouth. They hardly looked at him then gave me a quote for 1330 dollars to have my 17 year old cats teeth cleaned. I thought that was pretty ridiculous so the next day I took my cat in here. They were pretty busy but were able to get me an appointment. When I saw the vet D'Anne Stephens she was really great.
She cut my cats nails for free which hadnt been done for awhile and was able to look in his mouth and see the problem. She gave me a quote for the exact same procedure that I-20 quoted as $1330 for only $200. I have never had better service or prices at a vet clinic. Normally you feel like they are just trying to nickel and dime you but not here. This is the only place I will be taking my cats from now on.
