Everyone was so friendly. However, the woman who injected the vaccines of my cat were so inexperienced that after three times injecting him, finally she could inject the vaccine. Now that I was petting him, I noticed that he has pain were she injected him three times : Also, I asked for a complete physical exam, but they didn't check his eyes, his skin, and so on like what they have on their website.

I can't express enough how I absolutely love this place! I'm a first time dog owner and brought my puppy in for vaccines and a check up. Everyone from all the receptionists to the technicians and the Vet (that usually comes in on Monday's) were all so amazing! I wish there were more people like them everywhere you go. The world would definitely be a better place.
My puppy's results came back not so well so immediately they called me and had me go pick up meds I've been calling with most random questions on my puppy and they have all been so patient and reassure that I can call anytime for more questions. Thank you GONPH! Y'all are rockstars!

Today was my first visit for my kitten and I am impressed! I've never had a vet office that was this nice and caring. Dr. Hulka was so nice and listened to my concerns, all of the vet techs and office staff were incredibly sweet. I loved their techniques for cat exams and giving medication, it made me feel very safe that my cat is in the right hands.
One of my favorite parts of the visit was at the end they gave me a folder with her visit summary, information about the medication she was given and so many pamphlets and printouts that I really appreciate, and my cat got a personalized bag for her flea/tick/heartworm meds. It was the best vet experience I've ever had!

We recently moved to Arlington and I have driven past this clinic several times. But I did not choose it because it was closest to my home, but rather because there were so many positive google reviews- and now I can first hand agree with them and add my own. The vet technicians and veterinarian were all so caring and great with my large-ish [fairly] fluffy dog.
She barely noticed when she had blood taken or her vaccines/ and loved getting treats and showing off her tricks. I was impressed by the short wait time (even though we were told up front it could be longer) and covid-19 safety protocols in place. At the end of the day I was also pleasantly surprised by the value for what we had done! (photo not taken at clinic)

Green Oaks North Pet Hospital is amazing!! They are friendly, compassionate, and dedicated. We have gone to them for over 3 years and each time has been a great experience. Thanks to them our 10+ year old cat has energy to run up the stairs to chase the laser which she has not done in years! They also helped us save a 4 week old kitten that was found underneath a car Last July. Their expertise brought him back to health and thanks to them, he is a thriving kitty! Thank you so much to everyone at Green Oaks North Pet Hospital!!

Green oaks vet is completely contact less. Furr babies and their parents stay in vehicles. Parents call in for check in and Vet techs come get the fur baby in their carriers to take in for their care and are brought back once done. Payment is taken care of right there at car side. Excellent. Callie sue.

My 17-year old baby girl's health was quickly declining after discovering a mass in her mouth 2 weeks prior, so I knew I had a difficult decision to make . I called Green Oaks in a panic on Thursday morning, knowing that they're typically pretty busy but hoping to be able to get my cat in before the weekend, as I wasn't sure if she would make it. I happened to speak with Bethany, the Practice Mgr. & she was able to get me an appt. the very next day based on my cat's condition.
Not only was she able to get us in quickly but we had quite a long conversation regarding what was going to happen & she was able to calm my nerves despite the tears (and fears) that I had. The next day, Dr. Hulka, vet tech Brittany & Bethany took excellent care of us & although this was an extremely difficult experience, they made the transition easier & more comfortable.
I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help my fur baby cross over the Rainbow Bridge. I truly thank them from the bottom of my heart for their service and would recommend anyone to take their pets to Green Oaks. I love & miss you always baby girl!!

I've been bringing my feline ladies here to see Dr. Ducote since moving to the area four years ago, and have been thoroughly impressed by the care, attention, and generosity we've received here at Green Oaks. The vet techs are kind and attentive and let the gals crawl all over the counters and into cabinets where they'll feel safe. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and all the exam rooms are enclosed and have feline hormone plug-ins running so they'll feel more at home. And, last year when we thought my beloved tail-less tortie had developed lymphoma, the Dr. was incredibly compassionate, informative, and supportive.
I've never felt the slightest bit of hesitancy about leaving my gals here for boarding, exams, or procedures - I know they're in good hands. They're great with the details, too - whether it's mailing me check-up reminder cards when one of them is due for a visit or calling me a couple of days after an appointment to make sure everything went well, these folks make it clear they care about both the pets and the owners.
My Ariel has recurring inflammation and respiratory issues (but no lymphoma!), so having a kind, knowledgeable, responsive vet is critical, and it has been an incalculable blessing to have Dr. Ducote and the rest of the team helping us through all of the various pills, treatments, and tests. Many practices feel much more geared towards dogs, since dog owners bring their critters in more often, and tend to spend more when they do come in, but these folks have gone to a great deal of trouble to make their practice friendly to all sizes and species of fur children. Good on them. They're not the cheapest, but it's absolutely worth paying the extra for the exceptional care you'll receive here.
