Penni is originally from New Port Richey, Fl. She has three wonderful sons and 7 fur-babies including 1 horse, 4 dogs, and 2 cats whom she loves as if they are her children. Horses have always been a passion of hers. Penni has worked many years at Trenton Animal Hospital as a technician but you will see her most often in reception.
Dr. Allison Hiers is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. Acupuncture is a proven therapeutic device that has been used for thousands of years. A great number of studies indicate that stimulation of acupoints induce release of beta-endorphin, serotonin and other neurotransmitters that aid in pain relief as well as these other effects: Regulation of gastrointestinal motility, Anti-inflammatory effect, Immuno-regulation, Anti-febrile effect; Microcirculation promotion, Hormone and reproductive regulation.

Dr. Allie was so good to our Ella. She didn’t stop until she found out what was causing all her pain. Unfortunately, cancer won, but Dr. Allie and her staff were so kind and gentle with us and Ella when she earned her wings. I highly recommend this practice. They truly love what they do. I trust them completely with my furbabies.

The most caring (& affordable) vet of any in this & surrounding counties. They took such good care of my Boadie and me too...lol. They helped me feel confident & comfortable with my 14 year old Pom having to be under anesthesia. He is recovered & feeling super & frisky. Very thankful for the vets, techs, & staff

I took my Chihuahua in to see Dr. Hester. She got trampled by one of our horses. They worked us into the schedule in a reasonable amount of time. They did xrays and gave her pain meds. Fortunately she only had a couple of broken ribs and a bruised lung. Dr. Hester and team did a wonderful job on such short notice and it didn't break me up financially. I will definitely take my other animals there. We'll worth the trip!

Today I had to say goodbye to one of my best friends. My cat Gonzo has been with me for 20 years. I was not handling things very well. The staff were incredibly patient with me and very kind. I can't begin to thank them enough for how easy they made this on me. Good people. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I wanted to thank Dr Hester for his compassionate care in taking care of my elderly and sick pet rats. He attends to exotic animals(pocket pets etc). It was a very emotionally painful time as I had to say good bye to my beloved friends. Although a sad time, he was very patient and understanding and I know my little babies arrived at Rainbow Bridge peacefully. Thank you Dr Hester and your excellent staff as well Mary Melfi

Trenton Animal Hospital has our vet for many years. Today demonstrated one huge reason why. Our 18 year old cat, Gizmo, had reached the point that all living creatures do, where it's time to leave this world behind in favor of a better option. The manor in which the staff handled us and Gizmo was as good as it gets. Thank you, once more, to all at Trenton Animal Hospital for helping us all get through it in a most dignified way.

It was Peanuts first time there. They were very attentive. Very thorough in their exam and asked all kinds of questions for her history. Found several things wrong and gave us estimates for each problem which helps to know ahead of time. They seemed to be really interested in helping our dog. They even got down on the floor at her level. I think we found our new vet.
