I had to find a new vet and I've really been pleased with all my experiences at Oak Knoll for my pup Winnie. Winnie is very scared of the veterinarian (had heartworm when I started fostering her ) and has slowly been getting better each time we go. I also appreciate their help calling in prescriptions if I'm out of town or helping to diagnose if I should come in or just monitor. Definitely recommend!

The staff were all wonderful with my cat. They were friendly and professional, and the vet was able to successfully hold my cat (which she usually doesn't let anyone do except me). The pricing was also reasonable. I had an overall great experience and will be using Oak Knoll in the future.

With all of the challenges of getting veterinary services during the Covid-19 pandemic, we have never had any issues with getting an appointment when we needed it. We are fairly new to Oak Knoll after 25 years with our other Veterinary clinic and are impressed to date. They are more cost effective, friendly staff, Vet Technicians, and Veterinarians.

When I moved to St Louis Park I had a very elderly kitty who was at least 17 (we don't know for sure as she was an adult when adopted) My poor kitty ended up getting very sickly; I was going to Oak Knoll about every 2 weeks for months. Every single time they were so nice and so accommodating when I would call with an urgent issue. I could tell that they cared and helped me try everything to help my kitty and keep her comfortable at the end of her life. I did end up needing to put her down, and I went to Oak Knoll for that too. The vet was so kind and patient, and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye.

They have cared for my dogs and cat for over 12 years. More than once I've had a sick animal, and we were squeezed in the same day. The vets, vet techs and front desk workers are so loving and compassionate towards my fur babies that are family to me. 100% recommend them for pet care, because they care!

Oak Knoll is the first vet that I have taken my dog to that I fully trust. Nobody knows your animals better than you, so finding a vet that actually listens to what you have to say in order to provide the best care possible is a blessing. Happy we found them!

I have had such a great experience at Oak Knoll. I bring both my dogs there now. They have always been accommodating for urgent matters, and helpful for the non-urgent issues. The staff is always friendly and clearly like animals. I've seen all the doctors now and I have no problem being seen by any of them as they are all knowledgeable, caring of the pups, and open to my input. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

I can't say enough nice things about the staff at Oak Knoll! They were super friendly on the phones and really nice in person! It was a night and day difference from the other Vet I have been brining my dogs to over the years. I will definitely be a customer for life!

Wonderful place to go for your feline friend! They've been taking such good care of Nico since I had started bringing her in. The feline doctor has been nothing less than an absolute professional and have taken any concerns I have to the upmost importance! I'd highly recommend this place for the kind people, friendliness, professionalism and good value! Thank you for your love and consideration towards my baby girl Nico!

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for their services. Dr. Tracey Earl and other staff have definitely gone above and beyond in their care for my cat. My cat is dealing with bowel issues and the vets and vet techs looked into all possibilities of the causes and answered all my questions. When he was straining more frequently, they made time between surgeries to get him scheduled for x-rays the next day.

I really appreciate them taking my finances into account for treatments. I feel like they truly listen to my concerns without judgement and explain to me the options I have and the reasons they suggest one. Leeroy Jenkins and I can't praise Oak Knoll enough!

Great staff! We continue to bring our pets there even though we moved a ways away because they just care about our animals so much. Very reasonably priced, too.

One of the few places where you can still go in and see the staff in person. I have received excellent care here, very happy with my experience. Highly recommend to others.

Whitie receives excellent care from Oak Knoll Animal Hospital. He started having seizures shortly after his tenth birthday, and after some testing was put on phenobarbital. I am happy to report that he's been seizure-free ever since! I also think their prices are the best within the twin cities and the staff is friendly and punctual.

I had the same experience where they told me my pet's eye problem was temporary and to just put drops in. After 2 weeks and no luck, I got a second opinion and found out that he had a congenital eyelid defect and would need an almost $3000 surgery to fix the problem. The surgery at a different clinic went great! Did Oak Knoll apologize for their misdiagnoses or my time, his trauma or any money reimbursement? They did not.

We used to have an in-home vet for my geriatric cats due to their complicated health concerns but when we got our new kittens, I decided to go back to a clinic. Oak Knoll got high marks so we have started our care there. Staff seem caring, and prices are on par with other vets. The only reason I am taking one star away is because when my kitten was in for a surgery, they arrived home and got an upper respiratory infection within the week.

There was no contagion here at home so I can only suspect it came from being at Oak Knoll. We will still go to see this vet but hope they improve their surgical and/or kennel area sanitation and separate sick animals so this does not happen again. My kitten got antibiotics and it was costly to get a chest X-ray, they recuperated fine but any kitty with an underlying health issue could have been in trouble. Otherwise a good experience with knowledgeable vet and kind staff.

Do not recommend seeing Dr. Tracy Earl. Her bedside manor is terrible. That is all.

My dog Louie is very scared of the vet and typically needs to be sedated (he is 85 lbs). Oak Knoll has always been amazing in making him feel comfortable and the techs and vets that see him are very compassionate and accommodating. I think their prices are very fair as well.

We absolutely love Oak Knoll Animal Hospital. Our dog is always so nervous around vets, and the two vets we've seen at Oak Knoll have put her immediately at ease. We also have been so impressed with how well the vets at Oak Knoll answer our questions as pet parents - they always spend as much time as needed answering our questions. Would absolutely recommend!

We've been going to Oak Knoll for several years, which our dog has a history of UTI's over the last few years. We took her there a few weeks ago, with symptoms consistent with her previous UTI's, which Oak Knoll performed in-house urinalysis. Based on their results, we were told she does not have a UTI and they weren't sure what was going on, so they gave us a referral to a specialty clinic for an ultrasound for diagnosis.

We made an appointment at the specialty clinic, which they don't like to reperform work already done by the previous clinic (as they assume the previous clinic is competent), so they started with blood work, then moved on to an ultrasound, even though the symptoms we described were consistent with a UTI. The ultrasound showed fairly severe bladder inflammation, consistent with an advanced bladder infection and UTI, so they performed urinalysis (again, which was previously performed by Oak Knoll).

The urinalysis confirmed an advanced bladder infection and UTI, which they were very surprised the previous vet could miss this given the amount of bacteria and advanced nature. Oak Knoll's obvious misdiagnosis ended-up costing us over $1,000 in unnecessary vet bills, for what we were told was an obvious diagnosis after seeing the urine results.

I took my new puppy here after moving from out of state. The vet was very kind and helped my nervous pup. They were very kind and timely which helped make our visit short with not much waiting time. They followed up with a nice note which is something I appreciated. I would suggest taking your dog there!

I just recently moved to the neighborhood and was needing a new vet for my cat. Let me just say I was so pleasantly surprised by this place! I found prices here to be a little cheaper than the other places around plus they have a $25off coupon for your first visit online. The staff was so kind and gentle with my cat and willing to answer any questions I had. The facility was clean and updated as well. I will definitely be returning here in the future

Dr. Tracy Earl is the best vet I have ever worked with. She is calm, compassionate and patient. She went above and beyond for my sweet kitty cat many many times, even staying late or calling me off hours. Their prices are fair and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a vet this is the one. Thank you Dr. Tracy!

I am so lucky I found this place! After first adopting my cat as a kitten I was surprised with some pre-existing health issues the little guy had. I took him to a nearby Banfield where the vet said he needed all his teeth removed due to a disorder! Of course I got a second opinion and that was at Oak Knoll. The vet was shocked and said that absolutely did not need to happen at this time and we would try other things.

She even printed out a bunch of articles about the issue for me. A teeth cleaning and meticulous cleanings at home have led to a healthy 3.5 year old cat with all his teeth! Sadly that original vet I saw at Oak knoll isn't there anymore but all the vets are fantastic at Oak Knoll as well as the amazing technicians who will help answer any questions you may have over the phone. I am so grateful for this clinic, and my little cat is too!

We started bringing our dog here because we lived in the neighborhood but love it so much that we will now drive 20 min to bring our dog in. They're very accommodating and were able to last minute squeeze our dog in when we have had emergency situations. They're also very quick at getting her medicines ready when we call them in. Every time I speak to someone on the phone they offer suggestions to help us until we are able to come in.
