Very nice Vet clinic. Both of our dogs had their first visit this week. Staff was amazing, even with our nervous Beagle! Made both dog and owner comfortable. Highly recommend.

When everyone else in the area was booked out for weeks, they were able to squeeze us in to get our dog looked at. They were very gentle, thorough, and upfront with all costs. We will definitely be back!

Dr. Zack has been phenomenal every single time we've been in. I can say that every experience with every vet and technician has been good or great. As a first time puppy owner I've been into Plymouth heights probably more than my fair share. Between puppy shots, upset belly's and everything in between they always treat my lil guy like a king. They have a way of easing my worries and concerns with facts and and experience. Dr. Zack came highly recommended to us and now I'm going to extend that recommendation to anyone who is looking for a great, personal and kind vet. 10/10 stars.

I can't say enough about this practice. I've been going to Plymouth Heights since moving to Plymouth in 2005. They have treated two of my Scottish Terrriers. Sometime around Christmas, my almost four year old Scottie Fiona ingested part of a cloth toy. We didn't recognize she was sick until the following holiday weekend and after two nights in an ER with numerous tests, they did not have the staff to perform surgery to remove an obstruction. Desperate, I called Plymouth Heights first thing on a Monday morning and Ashley at the front desk recognized the urgency of the situation and quickly got in touch with Dr. Gale who said she could squeeze her surgery in.

While Fiona is not out of the woods yet, I firmly believe we would have lost her if not for the willingness of the office to fit her in, and the skill of Dr. Gale and Dr. Zach (I forget your last name), during surgery. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We have been bringing our 2 cats here for about a year. We tried another vet in the area first, had a bad experience, and ended up at Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital. We have had consistently great service from all the staff here. They always are patient and go above and beyond to make sure that we understand everything regarding treatment options for any issues that need to be addressed.

They are upfront with their pricing and are always happy to answer any questions we may have. We just had both cats in for their yearly checkup, and they were prescribed an oral medication to take once per day for a week. We called them twice for recommendations on how to make giving the meds easier for both us and the cats, and they were happy to provide assistance each time. We will definitely be back again in the future! Loki & Siete both give this place 2 paws up!

I just got a rescue a month ago. He got a scratch on his eye and I needed a vet, so I picked Plymouth Heights. I usual make the wrong decision. Thank the lord I picked this vet. She and the assistant were fantastic. They even called the next morning to see how Riley was doing. I snapped a few photos. Its clean, and reasonable priced. I took him for a recheck today and his eye is healed.

I'm so grateful I picked them. They were busy and still got to us on time. The staff and doctors are great. They will definitely be Rileys vet. Thank you so much for the great care and kindness that you showed us.

We would highly recommend PHPH. Dr. Owens is so great, we've brought several of our dogs over the years to her. The staff here is always friendly, helpful and caring. We are happy to drive out of our way to come here for our dogs' medical needs.
