Best vet ever! An accident happened with my cockatiel, and we thought for sure he'd need to be euthanized. Instead of just putting him down and taking our money, they did a thorough exam and confirmed that he didn't need to be put down, just pampered back to health. I can't thank you guys enough for your care and compassion for my guy. He's been apart of my life for 15 years, and could not imagine a day without him.

Everything about this place is top notch, and I'd recommend them to anyone for anything! They saw us on short notice for an emergency and put us at ease. Not to mention they did all this, while I was on the phone, 4 hours away. Thank you guys so much!

Everyone is very friendly and prices are reasonable compared to some of the vets I have visited in the past. They offer free "friendly visits" to get your puppy use to the vet in a non stressful environment and after your fifth one you get $5 off a normal exam.

Unable to schedule new patient appointment for cat or dog; second call, first attempt office staff indicated that Hillview Veterinary Clinic was not accepting new patients due to the pandemic, second attempt- staff indicated that from now on Hillview was only accepting exotic pets and farm animals.

I've been taking my dogs to Hillview for over 20 years - 3 different dogs. Dr Clark has always been so patient and gentle with my fur babies. My current rescue has soo many issues and they are great with him. Like everyone, they are dealing with some staffing shortages so I now need to call in my dogs prescription refills the day before instead of just walking in and it takes a bit longer to answer the phone but, it's nothing more than a minor inconvenience.

I have been taking my dogs to Hillview for a couple years now. One of my dachshunds (Zoee) got spayed here and they did a wonderful job and took care of her. Zoee had back surgery last year at VCA in Fishers and we were unsure about doing therapy because of the drive and it was kind of costly. Thankfully they told us her vet did therapy. We did 12 therapy sessions with Tess and she was absolutely amazing with Zoee.

We had to put our 16 years old doggie to sleep. They made the process easy and gave us all the time we needed with our doggie. It was greatly appreciated at such a difficult time.

I have 2 yorkies that I take here for their pet care and have also had them for my bearded dragons. I trust the professionals in the care for my pets. I'm thankful for them and appreciate their time

Our goat had an emergency and they were willing to get us in immediately. Unfortunately our goat succumbed to its illness but the staff here was more than accommodating to our needs during this hard time. We are a forever customer.

Hillview really stepped up when I couldn't find no one else to Simply clip my senior boxers toenails. I just walked in, and they didn't even hesitate. They took Charlie right in and took care of his nails. I know it seems like"A simple nail clip". But when all the other veterinarians in the area acted as though it was too simple of a procedure to fool with. Hillview stepped right up.

I can't say enough good things about them. And that's just what I know from them so far. But they definitely impressed me. I have two other dogs and a cat. I will be revisiting Hillview for their service.

Very good people here. Love the nurse that took care of our sugar glider. Pretty reasonable prices here. We will sure be back with him and our other fur babies!

Ive been bringing my pig to Dr Blair for the past 3 years & I have never had a bad experience. The staff always go above & beyond to ensure you have a pleasant visit & have all your questions answered. They have helped me keep my pig happy & healthy & she doesn't mind getting her hooves trimmed too bad :

Their office is clean and well organized, their office staff is always great to work with and clearly love their job, and Dr. Clark is fantastic with my ferrets. She's always willing to take the time to answer questions. I cannot recommend Hillview highly enough.

Took our best friend here due to bleeding. Dr Pat took a lot of time and shared her thoughts. She then went to work on our puppy. She gave him so much love and attention, I thought she might be coming over for dinner. Five stars wasn't enough for this visit.

Love Hillview and the whole staff. We have been patients for years. They have done everything from shots to surgeries to behavioral classes for our dogs and they also see all of our exotics. They're the best around.

Unfortunately this would not let me leave less than a one star rating! I will never ever take any animal back into this clinic! They put my Mastiff on a prescription dog food, then they refused to give her food unless I paid for a vet visit!? Really you would starve my dog because you didn't get a paid vet visit! I had another vet write a prescription and I've been getting it through Chewy for over two years without issues.

This time I decided to give him another shot, why I don't know. I called maybe 15 minutes before they closed to try to get an appointment to get my dog in, she had an availability first thing in the morning. I lost my car keys and couldn't find them, I called right away. I get it that's my fault but that slot would not of been filled anyway and she still charge me the $30 before Daisy would ever be seen again.

I get it that businesses need to make money, but I'll never trust these people again. I don't feel they cared about my Daisy at all, just dollar signs. Normally Daisy has a three to $500 vet visit, Hope that $30 was worth it

I love this clinic! They have always been caring, concerned and professional in their care of my 2 dogs AND with my bearded dragon! Questions are answered promptly and proficiently, prices are very fair ( I've always expected balances to be higher than they turn out to be), appointment availability has never been disappointing or very far out on the calendar either!

The staff are fantastic; knowledgeable, and friendly! They helped make my one dogs first visit become something more fun and exciting for him even with getting a puppy booster! If you are looking for a truly good veterinary clinic this would be a good one!

They were so caring when I had to put down my ferret due to lymphoma in her heart. I was worried that due to Covid, the one person rule would be applied and only allow me in the room with her. However, they. were able to give her the final two shots in my car with my boyfriend and I present and allowed her to pass with me holding her in my lap. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Clark and the staff for the way they showed such compassion for us during this tough time.

Hillview just got our business! We had been referred to Hillview this summer when our dog was showing some aggression. Our family attended behavioral sessions and learned so much to help support our sweet dog. That same sweet dog had an injury and I urgently called our regular vet only to be dismissed and not shown any care or concern. Hillview was great and got me in ASAP. Today's appointment was very thorough and our sweet Minnie loved all the attention and care.

The staff here are amazing! Very kind, and they explain the course of treatment perfectly. I highly recommend them!

We had to call a lot of different veterinary clinics to find one that would treat rabbits. We needed a rabbit neutered and this clinic accommodated us very well. The service and care we received was better than good. The rabbit was discovered to have a respiratory infection and he was prescribed medications for his condition. However when it came time to treat our new pet, we were told, "We're not taking any new patients." We confirmed that even though we are an established customer we were being refused service. We will no longer be contacting this vet for any future needs.

The staff are a wonderful group of people that care deeply for the animals they treat. I have had excellent experiences for over 10 years with these folks. I will always bring my pets here to be treated. They are dedicated to helping your pet have a positive, low stress, and fear free experience. I have witnessed first hand how important that is to them. I am also grateful for the care and support given from the staff while my dog battled cancer until the day he crossed the rainbow bridge. These people are the best.

Took my pup here and she was incredibly nervous going in, after meeting with all the techs, vet and office staff she was all about them! I have never seen my dog this comfortable around new people. So thankful for Hillview and there employees. Sadie loves her caretakers and can't wait to return!

We have used hillview for 20 years for our horses and other animals, today we were told there would be a $75 additional charge to get our sick dog a same day appointment. It seems they are embracing their country club name and putting money above the animals health. The good news is Whiteland Animal Clinic welcomed us, no additional charge, same day appointment, new customer.

Hill view is amazing. Plain and simple. They are kind of like a 1 stop shop for a person like myself who has had many different kinds of animals. LITERALLY NEVER ONCE have I felt like they were just trying to make a profit off my animal being ill. And I can't stress that enough. I will never go anywhere else. I could go on and on and on with. stories about how they've gone out of their way to make sure I get my pets meds at a decent price.

My dog has allergies and they told me of a couple different options of otc meds I could try first so that way I didn't have to pay for a prescription that would cost more. I have never in my 26 years known of a vet that would turn down the opportunity to charge someone until I found Hillview they are the only vet Ik who I feel like actually truly loves my pets more than a profit.

I've been going for 8 years and I don't ever plan on going anywhere else, I do not care about the 30 min drive especially knowing they will do everything in their power to help me help my animals live a long ally life.

Always a good experience, my rabbit is not vet friendly but is well taken care of here. The staff is very friendly and is always helpful. I bring my rabbit in for nail trims and overall health. I can usually even make a same day appointment when necessary. I am happy to recommend this vet clinic to anyone asking. I had to have a veterinarian before adopting my rabbit and they took on my rabbit without waiting.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! They put my bird down without contacting me nor with my permission. She had a leg injury that needed time and patience to rehabilitate, and I took her there as my usual vet is closed due to the pandemic. This place is a scam that happily took the money I gave up front for her care, and didn't bother to call before or after killing her. Truly terrible people!

Love Hillview Dr J Clark is the best. She listens to your concerns, and answers all questions. And will return all phone calls. And my 3 guys love her. And that's important.

I can't say enough nice things about Hillview. Their staff is not only very knowledgeable, they're also as nice as can be. I drive down to Franklin from Indy because I love the place that much. I could definitely find something closer to home but I know we wouldn't receive the same care and for such a great value. I've only ever had good experiences in the almost 11 years I've been taking my furbaby there.

Most of the staff has been there as long as I've been going there which gives a level of comfort. Highly recommend for any of your pets. Today I saw some dogs, cats, a ferret and a hedgehog there for visits

We had the most amazing experience at Hillview Veterinary Clinic today! We had a baby guinea pig who was born prematurely and, sadly, had to be put to sleep. The staff at Hillview was extraordinarily compassionate and so helpful to our family making the tough decision of helping the little guy on his way over the rainbow bridge. I have never been to an exotic vet before and was expecting an exorbitant bill, but this was not the case with Hillview. I definitely plan on taking my other pets here in the future!

I bring all of my pets to them and they always do a great job. They thoroughly explain every process and I never feel rushed. I love Dr. Jennifer Clark, she helped walk me through the process when my cat had cancer and she made me feel like she fully understood what I was going through. The front staff is always very helpful and happy. I like seeing the same faces whenever I go in. This is a great vet and I would recommend them to anyone, with any pet and any income range.

I have been looking for a vet for both my chihuahua and lionhead bunny. I FINALLY found one that sees bunnies as well as dogs at Hillview! The main thing I look for besides the obvious is that the vet not only knows what they're doing but that they genuinely care about my fur babies as much as I do. They definitely do here at Hillview! I was very pleased about the level of care my lionhead received!

My chi has an appointment next month and I have no doubt that she will be cared for in the same manner. Highly recommend this vet if you want your fur babies to be not only treated but cared for as well.

The doctor and staff are great other than the old woman that works at the front desk. She is the rudest person I have ever met and then when she realizes she was rude, she'll try and be nice immediately after. I will continue taking my pet there, she's the only problem with that place.

I'm a certified veterinary practice manager (CVPM) who saw two of Hillview Vet's employees speak at a conference on decreasing fear and anxiety for pets while they're at the vet. I was so impressed by what I heard that I asked if I could take a week off from managing my practice in Virginia to come to Hillview and learn how they are doing things.

My time visiting Hillview was amazing! This is a truly caring group of veterinary professionals who are going above and beyond to make the vet visit experience less stressful for your pet. Highly recommended.

Great vet clinic that helps out all sorts of patients, even the giant 9 foot python Maya they have on display. I recommend this place on two notes: 1. Grooming, such as nail care is quick, even if your dog is squirming all over the place. Technicians are also very friendly and approachable, and are ready for action regarding your pets needs. 2. Emergency/medical care.

Poor Happy Gilmore, my 3 year old dachshund had sprained a back muscle and frankly, I was a hot mess distraught with the possibility of losing my dog. No fear! The staff, especially Dr. Peacock, soothed my worry and took care of my pet, even though she was off the clock! Come here if you want focused attention on your pet.
