Rude receptionists. Also, filter your view for negative reviews because Im not the only one. When you call also you are immediately put on hold no matter what. Cannot get in unless you are willing to leave your job mid day when they have a cancellation. Otherwise you will wait weeks. Thinking back to the multiple visits also, I feel like they were very short and not throughout visits with the doctors. Who knows if my pets are even healthy with a very minimal exam. Mostly wanted to vaccinate them and make money. Wont be returning

I have been taking my two dogs here since they were next to the Salvation Army. They take good care of my dogs. Got my dog his teeth cleaned and they made the process easy. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience here. Everyone seemed in such a good mood. They were so friendly and nice with person social skills and animals social skills. I absolutely loved them!

We have been using Meridian Vet Clinic for over 15 years. They have always been good to us! Very caring staff! Professional and eager to help! Thankful for them!

This review is long overdue. I was back home from out of state to care for my elderly parents for a few months and these folks helped out with prescriptions I needed for my dog while we were in town. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. Appreciated this so much & would absolutely consider them as my vet if we were to ever move back to Greenwood.

Took Lola to the vet for a check-up. Although she's currently upset with me because she had to get a booster, don't let them big angry brown eyes fool you. The staff was absolutely amazing and Dr. Studebaker was fantastic with Lola! You pass this place and you think, "geesh they have to be expensive" but it was actually quite affordable! Great staff, affordable prices, great pet care. what more do you need?

Meridian Vet Clinic has been providing service to my in-laws for years. It was only recently that I, myself, was able to have the same experience. They are prompt, show concern where needed and have a great bed-side manner. In addition, they are thorough and make it a point to offer things i would not have known to ask for. In my personal experience, I have witnessed that if a service does not achieve the expected result, not their error, they are quick to make it right. They took ownership over the situation without me having to ask. I feel confident in recommending this group and will continue to come back.

These guys are always on their top game. i will never take my pets anywhere else. they are very professional and are always there to answer your questions in person or over the phone. the place is clean and everyone is very friendly. the receptionists are amazing at their jobs and will communicate to the doctors asap and get you what you need. absolutely recommend this place, it's worth it every time!

Completely unprofessional especially the so called "manager". Very snotty, rude and has no respect. They make a mistake, and can't even apologize. Horrible customer service. I hate leaving a bad review because we've been going to this vet for a long time. And they USED to be wonderful, used to be 5 stars! Not anymore! They treat you AND your pet as if your a number.

My pet was injured and they completely messed up her appointment making us having to wait a month longer, then want to be rude to me! I will happily pay someone else to care for my fur baby, because these people have no clue what's going on.

They are great, Grace my Great Dane puppy went in for spaying and a gastropexy to secure her stomach and prevent her from getting bloat. They have a professional and caring staff at the desk plus Dr. Ruehle and her skilled team working with the animals, they are very caring. Grace loves to visit them and anytime I have need of their assistance they have been great. I would highly recommend them.

Oh my goodness. where do I begin to tell you how AMAZING these people are! We have a beautiful older miniature schnauzer, he's 11, and we have been super fortunate to not have needed an emergency vet before now. Unfortunately, he injured himself in some fashion and I had to get him help in a hurry, I took him to his regular vet, but Trent needed more help than his vet could give at the moment.

So he suggested several emergency places, I called everyone all around Indiana and no one would take us, for one reason or another, they were full, they wanted me to call back in 6hrs, they could check his vitals but I would have to go somewhere else for treatment, so why are they emergency vets? just saying. So I started calling regular vets that had diagnosis equipment.

Again I got the same answer over and over again, we won't see you, not taking new patients, try this vet, so sorry, we can see you but not for 6 weeks, or some other crazy answer, by this time I was in tears because I knew that he needed help immediately and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't find anyone that would help. One more call was placed, Meridian Vet said yes, but we are busy, can you drop him off and when we can we will see him and call you.

I said absolutely, thrilled for even that much consideration, because of all I had been told by everyone else. But when I got there, one of the vet techs told me that the vet had just finished her last surgery of the day and said she could see Trent right then if I wanted. I was so grateful that I almost started to cry! The staff was super wonderful, so kind to myself, to my dog, so considerate of my questions, making sure that I understood everything, showed me what was going on with his x-ray, told me what to expect with the heart murmur that we had just found out about.

I was so grateful to know that he wouldn't be in pain anymore, he wouldn't be walking around hunched over with his head to tge floor, that he was getting medicine to make him feel better, and I had peace of mind that it wasn't worse than what it was (although it was 2 different spots that he had injured in his spine) as well as a heart murmur that had never existed before. Thank you so much for making time for us, guys! You are simply amazing! I am so glad you were there for us!

This place seems to be a joke! When making the appointment they told us a certain date 8/10/2021 9:40 a.m. I have taken off work on that specific date just to take my dog there which I have been waiting Two weeks as it is for her to be seen. They had put the wrong date in their system and weren't willing to help at all. All they said was its our fault and that they are keeping our deposit to make another appointment two weeks out.

When asking about our dog they said they cant answer any kinda questions without ever being seen. I want the best for my dog and obviously this place don't care about its customers or animals. They lost a valuable customer today. Very disappointed. No it wasn't my fault missing the appointment and no I will not be contacting you guys. Already have a scheduled appointment next day form a different vet. Thanks anyway enjoy our deposit for nothing

Our pack (5huskies & 2 chihuahuas) love coming here All the vets and tech are really nice and talk with you, not at you and go over everything clearly and don't give you what you don't need or want. Prices are comparable to other clinics, but I find the care way better.

I always will take Trixie to this veterinary clinic. Very loving group of Doctors and assistants, and office staff. They treat her with kindness and very gentle. Thank you for listening to me about my pet. We know them best. Thank you for finding things I may of missed. Very Professional and down to earth also. Kathy Hendrickson & TRIXIE GIRL.
