Dr. Jen is a graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She received her clinical training at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She opened Tender Heart in 2005. Originally from this area, she returned to provide a hospital environment that is compassionate for both the pet and the client.
I appreciate the care Jax and I receive at Tender Heart. The reason I chose Tender Heart upon adopting Jax was because you went over and above with a dog I owned years ago. Your compassion with me throughout her medical struggles left a positive impression and I knew you were the only facility I would use for any future pets.

The entire staff at Tender Heart are the most kind, caring professionals that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Literally couldn't be better. I got him on the cancelation list Thursday morning and you got him in that afternoon. Got him the shots he needed to fix his skin issue and he's 100% better than he was when I brought him in. He's not going insane licking his hair out and his skin is visibly healing more and more. You guys are the absolute best

We have had Tender Hearts as our vet for many years. They have always been very accommodating and truly care about our pup & cat. When My cat Ollie needed to be spayed I was a nervous wreck! They went above and beyond by calling me more often then they normally would to give me updates on his status. They even let him recover I. The front reception area instead of back with the other cats/dogs because I told them Ollie had extreme anxiety when around other animals.
They have also been great with my 5 year old lab that has bad allergies. If you are looking for a place that cares for your pets the same way that you do, this is the place to go.

I have been using Tender Heart for my two cats for the last three years. All of the staff at Tender Heart are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Never have I felt they were rushing me, always listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I would highly recommend Tender Heart for all of your pet care needs.
