Kari was great in explaining the entire process, answering questions, and reassuring us through a dental cleaning and lipoma removal. Schmitt's is always wonderful at making everyone comfortable and even following up the day after to make sure everything is going well with recovery. Highly recommend!

Brought our dog in because he was not feeling well. The care, professionalism, and transparency were exceptional throughout the entire process. Communication was consistent, clear, and all of our questions were answered. The doctors, especially Dr. Timmer and Dr. Jones were informative and generous with their time. It was clear they cared about our dog and the care they provided was greatly appreciated.

We were consistently updated with projected costs as well which we appreciated. After a few days overnight and a surgery, we were able to bring home a happy and healthy dog. Thank you to all of the doctors and techs at Schmitts. We are so grateful and cannot recommend highly enough.

Very happy with them. But there was one vet I had been warned about because of her abrasive attitude, a Dr Jones. By her attitude on the phone one day I knew straight away when I finally ran into her. Sure enough she lived up to her reputation. Outside of her, who I will try never to get again, I'm very happy.

The same-day appointment really went as well as possible. Kari took great notes when we talked to her from the car. Jodi greeted us nicely at the desk. When we went in Kaitlin handled Sancho with gentleness. Dr. Jones answered all our questions and gave our cat a good check-up. He was shaking at the start of the visit, but calm by the end. Us, too.

We were really relieved to have some answers and specific tips for what to watch for and what to do. Dr. Jones and the Schmitt's Animal Hospital team are wonderful! We've taken our cats there for 30 years. Thank you!

I couldnt be happier with the office staff as well as the provider! Dr. Koshel saved my dogs life with her advanced knowledge and diagnosis/treatment many months ago and couldnt be more kind to my furry friend or myself! I feel like the staff goes out of their way to help with scheduling appts and assistance with any questions/needs when you are there.

I just had to have my dog put down. They were SO compassionate, loving & patient. They did NOT rush me. They gave me plenty of time with her in the room before and after. The vet encouraged me to keep hugging & kissing her during the process. The vet tech took her from me & hugged & kissed her head when we were leaving. They were ANGELS!

Dr. Jones gave us multiple updates, came in on her day off especially for us, and saved us over $2,000 from what we were paying at our previous vet. We can't thank her enough & my wife and I highly recommend Schmitt's Animal Hospital. Incredible service & price.
