I had been using this vet since my pup was 8 weeks old. I had loved this vet until things seemed to completely go down hill with the care they are providing. They were super disorganized and had lost paperwork that needed to be fill out. Also, they made me pay for unnecessary services and when I got there with my dog for this particular service, they didn't even know what they were supposed to be doing, probably because nothing really needed to be done.
I complained and they proceeded to make some BS reason for why the quality of their performance was so bad and decided that it was right to blame the dog for their mistakes. Overall, they seem super disorganized, do not provide quality service, and lack communication. I really think that it is only about the money for them. I now go to a different vet and am perfectly happy now. Definitely do not recommend.

I have been bringing my pets to the Wyomissing Animal Hospital for 17 years. I find the staff to be patient and responsive to my pets' needs. They answer my questions and get back to me on a timely basis if they don't have an answer for me right away. They have referred my pets to specialists and they work in conjunction with them. I have never felt the need to look elsewhere for my pets' care.

We moved to the area last year and based on the reviews took our dog to this vet. They found a lump on our dog's leg and neck and discussed removing the lump on the leg as the lump on the neck was most likely fatty tissue (common for the dog breed). The day of the scheduled surgery the vet called and left a message asking what surgery she was supposed to perform.
I then spent over an hour trying to call back and was unable to reach anyone and had to leave work and drive to the location to physically reach someone. When we later picked up our dog after the surgery, the front desk mixed up our medication with another patient's. Thankfully my husband noticed immediately. We had hoped to find a new vet, but due to COVID honestly never got around to it.
Fast forward a year and we needed to schedule our dog's well visit. I didn't want to schedule with them but knew she was due for her shots. I spoke to a receptionist and had her visit scheduled for today, August 31st. Upon arrival, the front desk told me her appointment was not scheduled until Friday, September 3rd and it was only with a tech for vaccination boosters. I double checked my confirmation email and her appointment was scheduled for today, August 31st. I've since called a new animal hospital and suggest you avoid this one.

I'm someone that typically doesn't write reviews but for the Wyomissing Animal Hospital I had to make an exception. I recently met several staff members under the worst set of circumstances as I was there to have my beloved senior dog Clover euthanized. You could not meet a more compassionate, sensitive and caring staff. They guided me through this heart wrenching procedure with grace and professionalism. If I ever get another pet this is the only vet I will go to.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Wyomissing Animal Hospital. They got my sick kitty in and out of his appointment very quickly. The staff was very kind and responsive. I will continue to take both of my cats to this vet. I highly recommend this place. I was referred here by a co-worker and he swears by them and now I do, too!

We have had several instances of needing to take one or both of our cats here. Every single time they have been excellent! My babies are handled with care and the doctors answer all my questions. I'm a very anxious person and they're very good at calming my fears. They don't rush through anything. Highly recommend!

Been taking my cats here for a couple of years & absolutely love it. The staff are all so nice & make the vet experience less stressful when people are kind. Had to experience a curbside visit due to covid & the process was very organized & easy. The vets & techs treat my cats with love & respect; I trust them to tell me what is necessary with my fur babies. A+, recommend to anyone & everyone looking for a vet!

My husband and I are very pleased with the high quality of care that our cat, Snaggles, gets with each visit. The veterinarians and staff do caring work. I am pleased with the costs. The rates are far less that what I spend with the VCA groups. I recommend the Wyomissing Animal Hospital to people who really love their pets.
