Alburtis Animal Hospital

We started bringing our new puppy to Alburtis Animal Hospital, and have been pleased with the experience. Dr. Borelli is very attentive and will explain any and all concerns in great detail. Every staff member I've dealt with has been nothing but pleasurable and a delight to work with. If you're looking for a new veterinarian, I would highly recommend.

Compassionate and expert care. My first cat, my first vet visit, I was made to feel comfortable and confident. Herbie the cat was fine.

Alburtis Animal Hospital is currently doing renovations to their office. I was impressed by the curbside protocol. As I arrived, I called the wonderful receptionists and was advised that the veterinarian would be ready in a few moments as they were cleaning the room for my animal. When the staff came to get binx. They walked up to my driver's side door and had asked me questions per my appointment.

When they gathered all information, they went over to my passenger side and grabbed binx and took him inside. Dr. Smith evaluated him and gave me a call to discuss "treatment and my concerns". Dr. Smith was very personable, understanding, kind, very well spoken, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and was very honest about next steps.

I brought Binx in for a runny nose (cat allergies) being proactive and making sure nothing serious was going on. Dr. Smith advised that he was concerned about Binx's heart and wanted to do an echo. He gave me a plan and answered all the following questions that I of course had. Hearing news like that broke my heart. I just want the best for my baby.

He calmed me and talked me through what was to be expected and pricing so I was not shocked the day of. I was beyond pleased with the customer service that was provided to me. They really are the best animal hospital. Thank you for every singe one of you, that do what you do. Binx also says thank you!

Have been using Alburtis Animal Hospital for over 10 years for a rabbit and 2 cats. Recently brought one of the cats in for his yearly vaccinations and check up. Usually see Dr. Borelli, but saw Dr. Smith this time. We like both of them. They're caring, kind and experienced veterinarian's. Office staff is also very good. Prices seem to be average when checking with others for comparison. Would highly recommend Alburtis Animal Hospital.

I will never go to any other vet. I've worked at animal hospitals and have tried other places but this place is by far the best. The staff is so kind and friendly and Dr Smith is unmatched on his professionalism. My dog is my world and I wouldn't settle for anything but the best. I highly recommend this hospital.

We have been clients of Alburtis Animal Hospital for about 25 years! Our children are adults now with their own dogs and they use Alburtis Animal Hospital as well! We feel very secure about our furry family being cared for there. Excellence, caring, timely, compassionate.

For years I kept my 10-year-old dog Hope with my old vet over 45 minutes away. Go with what you know was always my policy. Boy was I wrong. Hope was sick a couple of months ago I called albertus they got me in the same day and now she's good as new. The doctor and the staff were all amazing. Go with what you know is definitely still my policy but now Alburtis animal hospital is what I know. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Everyone at the Alburtis Animal Hospital is so helpful, kind and patient. The vets are always up on the latest info too. I feel very safe when I need to leave a pet there for surgery or whatever. They all seem to love every animal that comes through the door!

The doctors and staff of Alburtis Animal Hospital are caring, gentle and true animal lovers! They helped us through an aging pet's health issues with kindness and understanding and excellent care, even through a pandemic! I had two dogs that needed attention and they took me in right away. The staff was very nice and the doctors thoroughly checked out each dog during separate visits. One dog required surgery, which went well and the other dog needed euthanasia, which was done in the kindest way possible with me right there by his side. Both doctors were excellent! They answered all questions and explained procedures in detail. I would highly recommend this facility.

Alburtis Animal Hospital has been taking care of Lucy for a couple of years now. She has Cushing's Disease. Recently she had to have a mass removed with teeth extractions. Dr Borelli did a great job with her as well as the rest of the staff. I'm very thankful for they're great care!

Treated all ailments over a 5 year period from ear infections to minor surgeries. Through Dr. Smith's expertise and meds, we had 3 more years with our doggie with congestive heart failure. A calm and caring vet who takes time to listen and explain the condition and treatment.

I have trusted the heath of my dogs to the great vets here for about 20 years. All the vets are awesome, as is the staff. My 2 rescue pitties love the attention they get and I never have to worry about their health and well being!

Always a great experience with Dr. Borelli. Diego is so nervous at the vet it used to be almost unbearable until we found Alburtis Animal Hospital! Everyone is amazing. We first found Dr. Borelli and stayed with her based on how good Diego did with her. She is patient, kind, so attentive. She even gets down with Diego near the floor and takes the time to thoroughly examine him and answer all my questions. So happy we found Alburtis! Highly recommend.

We started taking my new puppy here for his well puppy visits and vaccinations etc. Dr. Wegner was incredible. He didn't make me feel rushed and spent plenty of time answering all of my questions about our new puppy. Dr. Wegner even called me personally to give test results and explain what they meant. The office staff gave so much love to Ollie too and were accessible, accommodating and knowledgeable in regards to questions when I called a week or so after our first visit. I'm considering switching care of my elderly cats here too. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.

The staff and vets here are gentle, compassionate, kind and caring. Our Katie has been a patient for over 9 years. She is never fearful when we come here. They have managed well care as well as emergency care when she was diagnosed with Lyme disease. They saved her life and we will be eternally grateful!

Best vet I've ever known. Very understanding, explains everything about pet care in clear terms, excellent at going over different options for care and pros and cons of each.

Staff super nice very helpful. My dog Loves Dr. Wegner. I'm so happy how they checked my dog. The office is very clean and organized.
