I was able to reach out to the clinic due to my Puppy Oakley had not been feeling well. They were able to get me in quickly due to his symptoms. I was greeted quickly and taken to a room. I was treated as if they had known me and my puppy for a long time even on the first visit. The front desk staff, Vet tech, and Dr Wicker was extremely helpful. The dr made sure i fully understood everything that was going on with Oakley! I will definitely recommend this clinic and use them moving forward! Thank you for th. outstanding service!

Took my cat here for the first time in February for suspicion of ringworm. I chose this place because of the reviews but I had a terrible experience. I never received a call back and I had to call them after 2 weeks. Dr. Wicker said my 3 test results were negative. My cat DID in fact have ringworm and it spread to me. I was ripped off for almost $300 for nothing. Lesson learned for me but for I suggest looking for a different vet and comparing visit prices.

They broke my chihuahua. She was perfectly fine before we got there, but after blood drawn, full set of vaccs and a nail trimming, everytime she tried to lay down, she yelped. You could tell she was in much pain. Definitely not acting herself. Going back up there to figure out what happened. Oh and they don't spend enough time with each patient.

I've been taking my dogs to 303 for the past 20 years and have always been treated well. My dogs have had surgery, shots, tests, well visits and we've never had any issues. Drs. Wicker and Tobermann have, without exception, explained issues and treatments including alternatives patiently and honestly. Yes, you can take them somewhere cheaper, but cheap isn't always good.
The doctors know our dogs and their quirks. You can ask them anything and they are never in a hurry. I've also never had a problem getting in touch with the business. Someone will return my calls, ask how my dogs are doing after a visit, and order things I can not find elsewhere. I'm comfortable taking my dogs and they don't mind at all.

Thanks for the great services for Cuddles & Sabar. The best Veterinarian around. They take Special care of your pet. They have been taking care of mine for about 4 years. My dogs love them. They treat them with the care they treat there own, with special care. Thank you some much! Gloria, Cuddles, Sabar

Dr. Wicker has been taking care of my pets for years, and even after moving to Cedar Hill, I would never even consider taking them anywhere else. I was also very impressed in how they were handling the COVID situation and the care that was taken to keep everyone safe. I'm blessed with 3 babies, and they're happy and healthy thanks to Dr. Wicker and her team. Thank you very much!

Taking my dog here since he was a puppy, now 2.5 years old. They have great service and I love the way they obviously care about the animals. You can't make an appointment, it's walk-in only. Sometimes that's a pro and sometimes it's a con. In my experience wait times have been short and you are seen quickly, but I always go right when they open.
Overall I've liked the system. My only problem is that they are quite a bit more expensive than other vets and they are constantly pushing extra (and expensive) services that don't seem strictly necessary. They wanted to do a full teeth cleaning on my puppy before he was even 1 year old and it's hundreds of dollars, for example. Their prices for everything seem higher, from vaccinations to heartworm testing. Bottom line, it's a great vet if you've got extra money to burn.

They're not just a clinic. They became family after bringing my dog in for care. The staff here really makes you feel comfortable in general and through rough circumstances. I recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about their special member of the family. The cleanliness of the location and fast service is also A+

Today my mom took our dog to this clinic and we always take them but our regular doc wasn't there today. The staff that was there was charging her 400$ for something they did not do. Samantha one of the staff made a nasty remark. Saying " I don't know why stupid people have dogs and they won't pay to keep them healthy". We've never had a problem till today with that rude woman! I would give this place a one star but we love our regular doc. Sad that this place hires people like Samantha.

When my dog Shadow was run over by a car years ago, Dr. Wicker performed emergency surgery and a cast was placed on my pet's arm for several weeks. It was a miracle that Shadow's arm healed naturally, and I trust this clinic based on the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the employees. Yes, there are some employees that have been recently hired within the last year, however, there is a learning curve for everyone.
On a similar note, anytime I need pet reservations to be made for me to go on vacation, I take all of my pets here. My dogs are treated well by being groomed, and I think the pet scarves are too cute. Sure, there are other places I could take my pets, but I have a great rapport with Dr. Wicker and her staff. Payment plans are also reasonable, and if you have the Care Credit card the financing options are even better.
Last but not least, Dr. Wicker and her staff make the transition much easier when a pet has to be put down due to old age. My pet feels at ease, and we can say goodbye in a comfortable/neutral environment rather than taking them to the Prairie Paws Adoption Center (dog pound) in Grand Prairie. Pets are members of your family, and I take the grieving process seriously.

Dr. Tobermann is an awesome vet. We have used 303 Animal Clinic since 2002 and have never had any problems. Sometimes people review harshly on the receptionist staff but honestly. they aren't the ones who are checking on our pets. Dr. Tobermann is very knowledgeable and he warns you if there's any surprises that may come up. I recommend all our friends here and I would be in Horror if Dr. Tobermann ever retired.

I was skeptical of "no appointments" and was afraid I was going to wait a long time, but I was quite pleased when we immediately got a room. I was impressed with how professional and caring the staff here is. While no dog likes to go to the vet, they were extremely patient and truly wants the best for my dogs.

I have been a satisfied client of 303 Animal clinic in Grand Prairie, Tx since 2003. I'm 59 years old and have had dogs all my life. I can say without a doubt, that I have NEVER been more impressed than I am with this clinic in all aspects. To start, both Vets are Texas A&M graduates, which in itself is very comforting to me. The Vets, Vet techs, assistants, and entire staff, are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
The clinic is also kept very clean. They truly care about the wellbeing of the pet. The owner is very proactive, staying current with the latest technologies and methods, thanks to ongoing research and making upgrades and improvements to the equipment and facility. The owner also makes sure the staff remains up to date having the staff attend classes. 303 Clinic also offers what I consider to be THE best dog trainer around, who is also a Vet. tech at the clinic.
I learned things I never knew regarding why dogs do the things they do and how to properly train them to do the right things. I've seen where Pet'Smart offers classes and sat in on a few of their classes to do a comparison. Not only is the training at 303 much better but the classes are less expensive. The trainer is very patient and very knowledgeable, making the entire training experience fun for me and my dog.
Another positive aspect of 303 is that all employees wear uniforms with their names, which no other clinic I know of does. Why is this a good idea? The clinic I was using prior, everyone was wearing either street cloths or generic hospital scrubs. So except for the attending Vet, most of the time I couldn't be sure who worked there and who didn't.
Not a good thing where security is a concern. From boarding, to training, to minor or major care, I have no reservations, only confidence knowing that 303 Animal Clinic is in my corner. Thank you to the entire staff at 303.

This clinic was recommended to us the day we adopted our pup! You just walk on in. no appointments for their services. M-F they are open 8-5ish and Saturdays are 8-12. 2 weeks ago, I took Scooter for his annual shots and they got rid of the personality void receptionist - I am happy! What's left? A genuinely caring staff that really knew how to handle my little boy.
Everyone from tech on up to vet knew their stuff about dogs and common conditions. They are honest in their recommended course of treatment/medication (which I dare you to find many of them still around!) and prices are reasonable. They have been in business since the 70s and are not going anywhere anytime soon! Just FYI, they also have training classes and can board (where they don't require the bordatella shot, as many other places do). I really have no reason to go anywhere else. Who needs frills when you've got super staff at 303 Animal Clinic?
