My husband and I came back from vacation to find our dog had a hematoma on his left hear. We knew what it was right away because he had surgery on his right ear for the same thing. I frantically called his two regular clinics. They could not squeeze him in. I called Carrier Animal Hospital and a technician got on the phone to get more details. He had us bring him in immediately (even though they were extremely busy). They did surgery that day and our Rocco was home within hours. Best Doctor and technician team I've ever come across. So grateful for them!

Used doctor cooper for a stenotic nares surgery and a neutering. His tech is the absolute sweetest! Dr. Cooper is fantastic and I love that he's a Frenchie fanatic! He did such a beautiful job on my boys nares! Dr. Cooper is super personable. I loved that he called me right after the surgery was completed and updated me with how everything went and if there were any other findings! Since we've been home he seems to be on the mend and recovering well.

Took dog there for second opinion few months ago. Dr. Cooper diagnosed problem as allergies right away, felt it would resolve after first freeze. We have since had her on prescribed allergy meds. Issue got better for month or so, but has become an issue again. Called and spoke to a receptionist. Was told Dr. Cooper would need to call back. Three weeks later, still waiting for call.
