Arbor View Veterinary Clinic

I had my initial appointment at Arbor View Clinic yesterday, on May 13th, and I was extremely satisfied with the service. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The doctor was kind and patient, answering all of my questions. It's great to have Tootsie in the care of a new doctor, especially since the clinic is conveniently close to my home!

I have an older cat and she loved this place! She was so calm here and laid on the table for this doctor. She has NEVER done that! The whole experience was pleasant. Nice, clean and well maintained place. Inside and out. They took blood and urine and had her back to me quickly! Very impressed!

I LOVE how kind, professional and personable all the staff were to my little Bear ! There is a real family feel at Arbor View and I am so fortunate to have my pets receive their care there.

Great veterinary clinic! We had such a good experience with Dr. Warren with our new kitten we switched our whole household to Arbor View. Exceptional staff who show great care for their work. 10/10 recommend (Update April 2022) Had a followup for our rescue kitten today and had another great experience with Arbor View. Today we saw Dr Plank and very much appreciate the good care our kitty received.

I took my 3 year old pomeranian to get spayed with Dr. Warren. I had been putting it off. I was worried about her having anesthesia because she is so small (6lbs). Everything turned out fine. Dr. Warren promised to take the best care of her and she did that along with her team. I also love the first friendly faces or voices you have contact with up front at reception.

I am blanking out on their names the young man that came to get her from the car (Justin?) He is fantastically sweet with great people skills. I can't say enough about all the staff at Arbor View. The prices are fair as well. No sneaky hidden fees everything is estimated and signed by you beforehand. This is the place to take your fur babies. They have everything. X-rays, blood work, teeth. All 3 of my fur babies go here it's going on 5 years. Three dogs and one cat and we are happy customers. Actively following covid protocol.

Very personable and communicative. It was my first time using Arbor View Veterinary Clinic. I'm new to Northern California. Its always stressful taking cats to the vet, but even more so a difficult cat to a new vet! Even with Covid protocols in place, I got great service and plenty of time to ask questions. They took my kitty inside, called me to update what they were doing and then the actual Veterinarian, not a tech, brought her back out to me and spent time chatting and discussing her care and recommendations. Good Job, Arbor View! You have new a new forever client!

Best vets ever. They have cared for our dogs and cats since 2006. We usually see Dr Warren or Doctor Wedemeyer but have seen the other doctors there as well and they are all fantastic. The technicians and front office staff are also wonderful. The facility is clean and well equipped with modern tools for diagnostics and treatment. Our pets have all had long and healthy lives and I credit the care and concern they have at Arbor View.

We've been with Arbor View VC for many years now, so went through the "pandemic transition" with them. Was a little rocky at first (long wait times while parked outside), but THIS year it all worked smoothly. Barely any wait time before the technician came out to collect our two 16-month old kitty boys -- siblings -- who were not happy about the visit.

She spoke to them in a calming manner as she toted them in and out of the clinic. The checkup went quick and the doctor was very clear and concise in her updates and instructions. We continue to be very happy with the care Arbor View Veterinary Clinic provides for our three kitties.

We switched vets to Arbor View on a friend's recommendation because they could see our pets and were way more responsive than our prior vet. Very happy with the change. Our pets have received excellent and timely care for everything from annual checkups to major surgery. I think they are also less expensive over all. I highly recommend Arbor View.

My new chocolate lab puppy had pooped on the way to the to her first vet visit in my car and I went in holding my puppy and I was asked if I have been helped right away, I told them what happened and they sent out people to help me clean my car and my puppy. Arborview went over the top to make me feel welcomed and helped, super friendly outgoing staff. We are very pleased and grateful.
