Stem cell therapy is often referred to as regenerative medicine, a technique that enables the body to repair and regenerate damaged tissues. This unique small stem cell can differentiate or develop into all types of tissue. The technique only involves a simple blood draw. We utilize potent (pluripotent) stem cells derived from the patient's own blood (rather than multi-potent stem cells from fat or bone marrow). There is no anesthesia or surgery. The blood sample is submitted overnight to a special lab and processed.

Would not recommend this vet. Sadly we tried to set up new patient during first while of covid pandemic outbreak while having a urgent health issue. We were charged some $1200 for her ear infection not even cultured to find out root cause. this is supposed to be a holistic vet? Which was one main reason why I chose them also mobile which is second reason why I chose them.
Right off the bat they weren't doing mobile because of Covid which makes more sense to do mobile outside of someone's home not in your vet clinic. Seems like easier sanitation? We were charged for things we did not authorize. We were told someone would call us to discuss treatment before proceeding, they did not call to discuss or authorize. We only received the phone call that she was done and ready to be picked up.
We got a $1200 bill. Our initial estimate mind you was $500. That was going to be to clean out her ears and pack with 30 day medicine under sedation. When we were not happy with this and we called to try to understand what was going on we were not given any apologies or courtesies or for that matter or a viable explanation. The vet was a very defensive and said this is why I wasn't planning on taking new patients during Covid as if we did something wrong!
No kindness or I understand that we made an error let's see how we can make this right. No none of that we were given excuses we were told we had to do a follow up so when we asked for an estimate after they were upset with us for not being happy we were quoted up to $600 in addition to the $1200. The ear condition or issue came back was not resolved with the first $1200.
It could have and should have been handled differently you don't give somebody a $500 estimate and then bill them $1200 and then tell them you didn't culture it (That's an extra $250) that the 30 day pack should have resolved it. After the way we were treated of course they knew if they gave us a high quote for the 30 day follow up we would not be returning. Since their quotes end up being double there was no way that was happening. This vet claimed to be caring and holistic. No thank you

Been taking my animals to Dr. Jyl for 18 years. Even now, as I live 100 miles away. I still make the drive. I've gone to several other veterinarians throughout Placer, Nevada, and Sacramento Counties for emergencies or convenience but never seemed to get the care or knowledge of diagnosis that I would get from Dr. Jyl. She truly is the best Vet and will do/try anything to save, cure, heal or maintain your animals life.
She believes in Wellness but as a whole. Her practicing philosophy is across the spectrum of both Western and Eastern medicine. I trust no one else with my furry children. I highly recommend you take your pets to her.

This is the best vet we've ever taken our dog to see. Our dog is getting older and struggling with osteoarthritis. The other vets we've taken her to have offered little in the way of care and treatment. However, Dr. Jill has offered a variety of options to help get her mobile and pain free again. She and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. We're so happy we've found a place that we can trust and, our dog leaves happier and more comfortable after each appointment.

The one star is for some of Dr. Jyl's staff. Dr. Jyl has a false reputation as being a caring vet. That might be, but it's all about money. She over charges and sneaks things on your bill such as a nail trim for $26.00 that I did not ask for. On my dogs last visit I told the intake tech that I did NOT want my dogs nails cut. They did it anyway and charged me.
This is the only vet I know of that charges $8.00 for a written prescription. If you have more than 1 script, well you are charged another $8.00. I've never written a review. Good or bad. But don't be fooled by Dr. Jyl. She's a Dr. Jekyll & Hyde.

I couldn't be more disappointed and disgusted with this veterinary practice. They are in humane in my opinion. In short, my dog was seen 7 months ago for seizures and what turned out to be a brain tumor. She's 14.5 year old golden retriever in her last stage of life. She sent me home with meds and fluids and she recovered somewhat. 7 months later she became unable to eat or drink.
They promised me they would come out to euthanize when the time came. I called for a euthanasia apt and they said no, drop off was my only option. I found a euthanasia only service that could come out to my home- but my dog perked up a little bit the next day. I called and asked if I could come get a bag of fluids since she is thirsty, standing at the water bowl, but cannot drink. No.
Even though it's not a medication, even though she's been seen in the last year, even though she's almost 15 years old and dying - the only option they gave me was to drop her off. I begged her to ask the dr again all I want is fluids for her end of life care. I was told no. I am deeply disgusted by the lack of consideration for quality of life. I hope no one ever counts on this vet practice for their pets health and safety.

I could write a novel. Dr Jyl saved my baby. My cat Lana has some mental issue where she was just destroying everything. I tried absolutely everything in the book and couldn't get her under control. My landlord was going to kick me out because of how destructive she was but I love her like a child. Dr Jyl helped us and I got to keep my place and Lana is healthy and happy as ever.
I can't express enough how much I appreciate the empathy and compassion dr Jyl and her staff expressed to me in such h a difficult stressful time. I would recommend them 1000 times over.

THE BEST VET and staff! Every single decision she makes in the interest of my animals. Nothing is automatic even vaccines. She will test your pet for rabies antibodies so if they still have immunity since the last booster, you can be exempt. We switched after my kitty got cancer and I felt she needed all the help she could get. They offer acupuncture, laser therapy, Reiki and other more alternative therapies.
I drive 1.5 hours round trip to see her even though a few of my animals totally hate the car. But I get them acupuncture every visit and the ride home is very chill. My pets are sleek, vibrant, lively animals again under her guidance and we are just so grateful. Especially our old-timers! They deserve to be pain free, comfortable and as healthy as possible.

Our first visit was a very positive visit. Dr Jyl takes her time to cover your pets history & a complete physical. This way she can suggest how to best treat your fur baby. I love the way she uses more natural ways to treat your precious animal other than all pharmaceuticals which have all types of side effects.

Dr. Jyl was very thorough. It was $160 for my dogs first exam which was comprehensive and 2+ hours of time well spent. She went over every question I've always had but other vets could not answer regarding my dog's seizures. She also found issues in my dogs records that the last veterinarian never told me about: an enlarged heart on an ex ray, and pneumonia which they blew off as being allergies. Explains the new heart murmur he had the last time I had taken him to the previous place.
Now that he's been treated appropriately with antibiotics and probiotics, my little Chugbug has his energy and vitality back and we have a vet who is knowledgeable in her expertise and takes her time going over every detail.

Very kind and compassionate, she combines traditional medicine with non traditional medicine to for a gentle approach. She understands the importance of diet, exercise and supplementation when needed. The same things we would do for ourselves when we get sick or to keep from getting sick. It's a lot about disease prevention. If you want to keep your pet healthy this is the place to go. Also, we were able to get an extra year out of our dog that was in poor health, because of her. He became paralyzed, but wasn't a good candidate for surgery. She got him walking again, when other vets couldn't do anymore for him.

HORRIBLE VET CARE! The "Dr" HIT my dog multiple times to correct him in front of other dogs. He was well known to not have other dogs in the area and when she brought HER dog around and he lunged she "corrected" him by hitting him multiple times on video. This is not a real Dr. do NOT take your pets to this location. This "Dr." is going to be sued and I would not advise ANY animal lovers to take to their pets their for medical needs. I am appealed at her reasoning for doing what she did. you never touch an animal especially where you are given clear guidance.

I was in need of a vet for my chicken. I googled and Dr. Jyl was the first to pop up for area chicken vets. I had an urgent situation that I was very upset about. I called and spoke to someone on the phone looking for advice or to be seen. The woman was incredibly rude and very dismissive of my feelings and situation. She said she couldn't see my chicken for 5 days (a holiday weekend) and had no interest in offering support or advise over the phone.
I ended up calling the bird clinic in Roseville and they were BEYOND amazing in both my initial phone call + fitting my chicken in for a same day apt! They were certain my chicken wouldn't have lived for 5 more days if she hadn't been seen. I feel very fortunate to have found the bird clinic of Roseville.

Dr. Jyl advertises herself as a mobile vet for potbelly pigs, but she does NOT provide services that require any anesthesia in her mobile "office". which would include the piggy tune-up. Her actual office smells very bad, like it needs cleaning. When my pig got sick again (after her treatment at an earlier time) they could not accommodate me. Her staff with the exception of Kim is great. Kim is rude, cold and berated a trainee in front of me when I was in their office.
I spent nearly $3000 here, and thought I had found a savior. After 21 years of potbelly pets, I feel I have some experience with vets who know their stuff. Take my advice and take your piggies to UCD. They are caring and knowledgeable. This office was a Bohemian nightmare

Dr. Jyl is the best! She has treated my dog and has been amazing! One dog: Banfield was going to put to sleep. She fixed her in 5 hours! Second dog: Chronic ear infections, Banfield sold me $80 rinse that I did every day for 4 years. Dr. Jyl fixed him in 1 visit! The actual cost of the rinse was $3! Do not go anywhere else! She is the best!

No one looks forward to going to the vet, pet or owner, however Dr. Jyl, Marisela, and staff made the experience significantly better than the traditional office visit. The staff made me a last minute appointment and contacted me through phone call and email prior to my appointment to answer any questions and concerns that I had. The staff was welcoming and helpful the moment I stepped through the door.
I have a pet mini pig, which is unusual, however Dr. Jyl and her staff were extremely knowledgable and handled my little guy with care. The Dr. Jyl and Marisela were personable and made the visit a breeze. There aren't enough good things I can say about Mobile Vet Connection. Thank you!

I heard about this vet from my sister in law when I was desperate looking for a qualified vet. My dogs ear flap was continually filling up w fluid. i already spent allot w "dr. Quack" including surgery. I was relieved an very impressed by Dr, Jyl an her friendly staff, She was patient as I spilled out my frustrations on the prior tx of the other vet an knew what tx she was to do for my little buddy.
Her knowledge an treatment for my dog finally ended the problem. She would have me bring my pup in to make sure the healing process was happening n not charge me continually like "Dr. Quack."She had impressed my sister in law w her dogs too an I noticed several times when I visited that many nurses bring their animals here too! She an her other vet are knowledgeable.
I was given other ideas like foods to make from crockpot recipes that would be healthier for her. My dog is on a special diet due to her pancreas problems. So I was delighted to learn of this. This place has a home fill to it ( attached to a home -neighborhood area) friendly caring staff, an worth trying out. Love this place!

Took my 6 Month Old Kitten in and they had a Great Professional Staff and even though it wasn't the usual Doctor he took Great Care of my Little Lion. Most people seem to think a Vet's Job is all Roses and Easy but it's not & is very Stressful so cut them a Break cause they were GREAT with our Kitty.
