Kim has been with us for several years. She is our head technician, and not only helps keep the hospital running smoothly, she is our patients' biggest advocate. Kim is not only a Licensed Veterinary nurse, she is an amazing puppy/dog trainer. We have a hard time getting her out of those puppy wellness visits, as she will answer questions and give insightful and useful advice, tips and tricks until we we drag her out! We had an urgent issue with our dog last week. Or normal vet was booked solid and Green Valley was the only place that could get us in. I am so greatful for the doctor and the staff there. Noodle could not put weight on her front paw and was crying in pain. The vet here checked our girl's foot and gave her some anti-immflamtory meds to help reduce the swelling since the x ray did not show a fracture.
They understood that the breed was a working breed and was hard to slow down but gave excellent advice on how to prevent her from further damage. I really appreciate their hospitality.

We had to put our 3 1/2 year old Rottweiler down today due to a reoccurring infection. We adopted Kona from the Sac Shelter. We did not know her history other than she was neglected for 2 years. It took an entire year for Kona to trust us, but she was still aggressive towards staff members at the Vet. We wanted to thank Dr. Spellman and his staff for taking on a difficult case when we knew he didn't have to.
We desperately needed someone to help us and he gave Kona great care and us sound advice. I would recommend this Vet office to anyone who is looking for professionalism, honesty and excellent care.
