New Richmond Veterinary Clinic

New Richmond Vet Clinic is MY VETCLINICand has been for 5+ years. They are knowledgeable, very compassionate and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They will continue yo be My Vet Clinic as long as I have pets.

Excellent vet service. Safe and efficient. We had a dent done. And it was more extensive then we hoped. They talked us through the entire thing. We Will be going back.

I found each and every involved staff (i.e. Faith) and the involved Vet (Dr Keller) as very courtious! The overall the entire staff was very very helpful! I I would strongly referr others to the NR Vet Clinic! without hesitation!

Not the place for me and my dog, the prices are outrageous. And whatever happened to sending bill. I understand that might get stiffed once and while but not by me so they asked for my photo id made a copy, and said if i have to do visit again, i have to pay half up front. Omg, super expensive. Il will never go here again.

I don't think Dr. Keller and NRVC staff could have made Tom's diagnosis and splenectomy surgery any better. Dr. Keller was astute at identifying a mass on Tom's spleen, recommended further diagnostics during Tom's visit and then made time for Tom's surgery the very next morning. Highly professional vets and an excellent group of techs make for good outcomes.

I have yet to have a bad experience with New Richmond Vet. The care they offer to me and my pets, from the second we walk in the door to when we leave, is second to none. The staff are all so genuine, compassionate, and take the time to answer questions, ease concerns and fears, etc. Would absolutely recommend.

I had a different vet in town and pretty much got shot down. I will definitely be switching now. The service was great and they cared

We had a very good visit. There was an emergency before we arrived, but we were okay with waiting. It's good to know that they prioritize emergencies. Annie has had her share. Thank you for a good visit.

I took my cat Nomi in because she was licking her fur off on her leg. They found other spots where she had been licking her fur off. They did blood tests and checked for fleas which she did not have (thank goodness). They decided to put her on an anti-licking medication which seems to be helping some so far. The vet and tech were very thorough and caring.

I would highly recommend going to New Richmond veterinarian clinic Dakota Tilleraas DVM she was very professional and an amazing vet her and her staff were just amazing and very knowledgeable. They were the only ones around the area that was willing to see us in an emergency situation. I would highly recommend going there to anyone I know. I will definitely drive 20 minutes to pick up my dog's heart medication. Thanks so much Carrie. P.

A well-run machine! The doctor was absolutely fabulous and the technician was so kind and helpful when I took my rescue lab mix in for a concern I had. I certainly was nervous because I am not from the area but the folks here made me feel very comfortable. They also expressed that if I have further concerned and I'm not in the area they will always review a picture provided through email and give me guidance. Thank y'all!

I love how friendly they are and how willing to help you. I didn't know how to clip nails on my new kitten and they showed me how. They also showed her off to other people.

Finally found a good vet after going through others in Hudson. They actually do the check ups in the room with you, which is a huge sign of a good vet. My dog used to love our Keller Lake vet in MN and the ones we tried in Hudson have made her terrified of going. Not NR Vet! So glad we found them! Very thorough, friendly with the animals, and reasonably priced and not trying to gouge every little penny like others.

Our 10 year old puggle recently had surgery in a very difficult spot on his leg to remove a mast cell tumor. Dr. Knudson was very transparent and thorough throughout the process. He did such a great job with my little guy and took his time answering all our questions and addressing concerns. Very much appreciated because we know how busy he was that day with other surgeries and patients.

He takes his responsibility to the animals very seriously and it shows tenfold. They were able to get us in very quickly as a post surgery exam, at no charge, a couple days after the surgery when our dog was having a really bad day - we were worried sick about him. Again Dr. knudson eased our fears and I believe he has a magic touch because when we left and got home, he was acting perfectly normal again.

I'm very grateful for Dr. knudson and all the other staff members. Mackenzie(?) was very sweet as well. Rocky has healed wonderfully and we thank New Richmond Vet clinic for the care they provide.

I can't say enough great things about the staff here. We live over an hour away and I won't bring my fur babies anywhere else. Dr Joy has taken care of our animals for as long as I can remember. They are always so patient and helpful - I always know that they will be there to help in whatever way that they can when we need them. This morning we had a minor emergency and they took us right in (knowing that I had driven over an hour) so that my cat could get the surgery for his abscess that he needed. Thank you Dr Joy and staff! You do a phenomenal job!

They are an awesome staff and clinic. I had the best experience. Kudos to your doctors, staff and service. I will recommend your clinic to everyone I know. I appreciate your kindness, caring and wonderful experience during a very sad and difficult time.
