Countryside Veterinary Clinic

We have used Countryside Vet for both our new puppy and our cat! The staff are all so friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very gentle and supportive for our pets getting vaccines. They also showed us tips for daily tasks like cleaning our puppy's ears and trimming his claws!

They are always caring and friendly. Most labs are done on site. I trust the staff and vets. They are gentle and take good care of our pets. I make my appts online which is very convenient. They tell me what is available, what my options are, but aren't pushy.

Will be finding a new vet. Unfortunately we had to put down our furry family member and she couldn't wait for the vet we would want to see. Dr. Mallek was the vet that I would recommend NOT seeing. Our tech had a difficult time finding our dogs vein and Dr. Mallek does nothing to help and the tech went to find help. Another joined the room and helped.

Next we received a sympathy card referring to our furry family member as a HE, I'm sorry but would it have hurt you Dr. Mallek to look up the gender? Last I go to pick up the remains and the desk person hands me a soft clay stamped with the name of my beloved and NO PAW mark. The desk person says here is your complementary paw print. I look at them and say excuse me.

I hand it back with tears in my eyes and say it looks like they forgot? They disappear in the back and resurface to tell me well I guess we didn't and hands the clay to me like I want it. Yeah, they forgot because she was cremated and in the box in my hand. I held back many more graphic details about the experience and just to say the least I will NOT be back.

Countryside Vet Clinic staff are all very friendly and Dr. Keller was awesome! He was very thorough and explained everything that was happening and being done with our Oliver. And you can tell every animal that came through the door was excited and happy to be there and they enjoy the staff as well!

I had a slight emergency situation when my dog chewed a wood chip he found and then immediately started howling in pain. I assumed the worst and rushed to the vet thinking he had a splinter in his throat or mouth. The vet was kind, patient, and quick to realize that the splinter was lodged in my poor Chihuahua's teeth! Luckily it was nothing too serious, we were out of there in no time, and it didn't break the bank. Me and Charlie are very grateful.

I can't thank Countryside Veterinary Clinic enough for helping me and my cat through his issues. They were amazingly communicative, presented me with every care option and supported me when I did most of the treatment at home. I am very thankful for their time and effort!

They provided excellent service when it came to say goodbye to our cat. Empathy, kind words and a nice peaceful room. Didn't gouge us on price. Very reasonable and respectful staff.

This pet clinic has always given excellent care for our dogs. Everyone is so nice. The value is exceptional!

The sign of a great Veterinarian facility is the care and energy they put into making sure your animal get treated like a family member. The communication on care options and related costs are wonderful.

Our cats were brought in for their first annual check-up since relocating from Guam and everything went perfectly! The staff was friendly and respectful; our questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed. We picked Countryside because of their great reputation and can attest that it is well-deserved! I have been going to Countryside Veterinary Clinic since we moved to New Richmond 22+ years ago. I wouldn't trust my pets anywhere else : The team as a whole is amazing. Everyone is kind, genuine, and have amazing personable skills.

I have seen many vets throughout my life and this by far is the best ever. It is a bit on the spendy side, but it is well worth it for the entire clinic is very patient, happy and very friendly! The vets take the time to listen to the problems of your pet and don't just hurry you out to get another animal in to make more money! I would honestly drive an hour to see these vets!

We were concerned about the health of our 3 yr old golden doodle over the weekend. Every ER animal hospital I contacted were either at capacity or was a 4-6 hour wait. I was panicking because I saw his health declining. Someone recommended this clinic so I called them on a Sunday morning and within an hour they returned my call and got us in immediately!

They did a full physical, did blood work and we came up with a care plan. The vet and tech were WONDERFUL! They were personable and not once did I feel like they were disgruntled for having to give up their Sunday morning to care for a fur baby. It wasn't rushed and we felt confident with their care. Highly recommend!

Called on a Sunday morning inquiring about after hrs urgent care for our family house cat Ozzy, Spoke with Dr Smith and in no time suggested we bring him into clinic. I moved to the area from VT, and my biggest challenge was finding a vet that I felt was both competent and progressive. It took me 1 1/2 yrs to find Countryside. I particularly appreciate that the doctor I have worked with is very thorough and fully explains procedures. I'm very pleased with this clinic and it was worth the wait to find this clinic.
