Great communication. The staff are lovely when you call. Really good prices and choice for good quality natural dog food. His first order came with a cup with his name on and a picture of his breed of dog, for scooping biscuits; second order came with poop bags. They use a good delivery courier. My dogs food order was delayed by 2 days recently, they sent prompt communication and sent him lots of free goodies as an apology. All this and they feed dogs in need!

Just ordered the third bag of Canine Choice. Very prompt delivery, great customer service and so far all boxes have had a small surprise inside as well which gets my dog Rodney very excited and tail wagging : Thumbs up from Rodney and me!

My cat is 20, does NOT do any type of traveling. I love the fact she will come to me even though its out of her immediate area ❤ ❤ Mushy and I are extremely grateful.
