Prescriptions cannot be dispensed or processed with us or outside/online pharmacies when Dr Feinsod is out of the office. What does this mean? ONE person per will be allowed in the building to accompany their pet to a scheduled appointment. Masks are not "required" but CDC recommends everyone wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status, especially in high transmission areas (York County is in HIGH transmission status).Protocols: Continue to CALL the office when you arrive in the parking lot and let staff know if you want carside on in-person service.

Dr. Randon Feinsod is a New York native who was born to amazing parents. Despite the fear of their home becoming a zoo, they found a way to encourage his love of animals. They strongly enforced an educational approach to pet keeping that later evolved into his approach to veterinary medicine. As a child, when he wanted a pet snake, his parents had him research each possible candidate to determine the adult size, preferred food item, and appropriate enclosure.That report became a building block to Dr. Feinsod's education.

Dr feinsod is an amazing vet I took a very sick animal to him and he fixed him right up if it wasnt for Dr feinsod my baby would have died so I will be taking all my animals to him from now on and the staff are awesome to very kind and polite and caring for anyone who has a sick animal dr feinsod is the best you can get I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great and knowledgeable vet

Honestly, I can't say enough about this place! I am a "newer" client as I do have a regular hospital that I have used my entire life for my cats and dogs. My vet doesn't specialize in exotics so when I found myself with an emergency with one of my rattie ladies, I was referred to Ani-Care. Being a new client, during Covid, I wasn't sure they'd assist me but they got me in the next day.
I have since been there multiple times with different rats. Dr. Feinsod took such great care of my ladies and took the extra time to educate me on some of the research he has done to improve their health and general care. I would highly recommend this hospital for any and all of your exotics!
