Dr. Michael Shelton has been our vet since 2013 and there is no one else we'd take our pups. He is the finest vet anywhere in any state. He's also a nice guy. Additionally, the front office staffers at 380 W. Animal Hospital are always pleasant and helpful. A shout out to Zoe, I appreciate the assistance I've gotten from your fabulous vet techs (in emergencies), especially Leslie, Amanda, and Macy.

I owe a very big thank you to Dr. Shelton and the rest if the kind, skilled staff at 380 West Animal Hospital. I got the time wrong for our last appt and was over 20 minutes late, but they saw my dog right away regardless, which they absolutely did not have to do. They were so kind to me, my 3 young children, and of course, our dog Missy. They were very quick in providing all if my dog's needs, too. I never want to take my dog anywhere else!

This clinic exceeds past 10 on rating. Have to say the best owner and Dr. we have ever met. Plus the staff is very helpful, kind and caring for your pets. The entire staff here takes great care of all pets. Lastly if you want a honest opinion/decision on what is best for your pet at that time this is hands down the clinic to be a part of!

Dr. Shelton spends the time to answer questions, communicating the what and why of recommended treatment at whatever level of simplicity or complexity as makes me comfortable that i understand the options and can make an intelligent choice regarding care of my pet. Appointments start pretty much as scheduled. The staff and technicians are friendly, competent, thoughtful and caring. I know my pet will receive the very best most compassionate care at 380 West Animal Hospital.

Amazing vets service. Dr Shelton is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have been bring my loved ones here for over 20 years and they could not be in better hands. Prices are are up front and very reasonable especially for top notch service.

Dr. Wise is the vet who takes care of our pets. She is very caring, patient, and knowledgeable. If your pet is there for anythiing other than vaccinations, she wants details so have them ready. She takes the time to listen, explain treatments, answer questions, and responds to portal emails and phone calls in a very reasonable amount of time or the excellent office staff will respond after talking to her. Speaking of their office staff, since I have been using 380 West Animal Hospital over the last several years, the staff has been profoundly efficient, empathetic, and friendly.

From the young lady who makes appointments/takes payments to the technicians who wrestles one of my dramatic dogs into submission, they are also professional, understanding and courteous. I don't have to explain this is severely lacking in today's customer service world. There is a "Walk-in" schedule to see a doctor between 3-5 but be sure to call in to get on the walk-in list to save a spot.

This will not guarantee you will see your preferred doctor but you will see an available doctor. This is a very busy practice and can be difficult to get an appointment inside of a week. I'm sure it is because of all of the above and wish there was a way to clone everyone there. I hope this is helpful to anyone looking for a practice for your pets.

It would be very difficult for me to trust anyone other than the staff and Doctors at 380 West. We have been seeing them for over 15 years and I have never been unsatisfied. Not even once. Their front desk staff are very personable. Wait times if you have an appointment are negligible and they take whatever amount of time they need to with you and your pet. They have always been spot on with diagnosis and treatment plans. Dr. Wise is who we see and see is truly brilliant, kind and compassionate.

Today my babies got their vaccines. This clinic has been my babies clinic since we moved to Mckinney. Even when we had some issues with communication problems, they saw it wasn't my fault and not only fixed it but also made notes for it to not happen again. Everyone are so polite. I absolutely recommend

Dr. Shelton's office has been my go to constant vet clinic since I moved to north McKinney 11 years ago. My dogs began with Dr. Means until she retired from her role there. They now see Dr. Shelton and he is a top class vet, his experience and demeanor are more then you could ask for from your vet. My dogs will only go to 380 West Animal Hospital they have my 110% trust and have been there to help my family through some very heart breaking moments with my families pack. If you live in McKinney I would recommend 380 West Animal Hospital over any clinic in the area. Wealth of knowledge and compassion with a great staff. The best!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is amazing from front office, vet assistant, and vets. I cannot say enough about this place other than I'm so lucky to have found them. They take amazing care of our French bulldog Malibu and her puppies.
