Going to the vet has been something that causes constant anxiety for us. We have lived in over 4 states, so we're having to change vets constantly and being new to an area we don't really know the best places to go. I went to a vet in Anna with my other dog, and it was the worst experience ever! My dog literally almost died - and they were super rude about it. Traumatizing!

So to say I was having reservations and just anxiety in general going to yet another yet is an understatement. My experience here was the best I've ever had! We were immediately greeted, the lady at the front was so sweet to my dog and gave him treats while we waited, and the vet tech was very understanding. (that we don't have thousands of dollars to spend and we just needed the solution we could afford, or at least options presented in moving forward with treatment.) The Doctor was even more amazing, and was very understanding with our budget and our concerns. We will definitely be back and bring our other dog here too! Highly recommend!

I had to get my dog in for an emergency visit due to an infected paw. Ashley was so helpful, even though she couldn't make any promises to fit us into the office busy schedule. She kindly offered alternative pet care centers to call. Before I had made a decision on which center to contact, Ashley called back to offer a just-cancelled appointment slot.

The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. Everyone, from the front desk personnel to the Vet's Assistant to the Veterinarian expressed genuine care and concern. I am so grateful to all at MAH for their support and kindness. Sincerely, J. Casarez

One of the most kind hearted vets offices I've worked with. They know me and my dogs by name and they are so friendly. Always fit me in if I'm concerned and always takes time to talk to me when I have questions or need reassurance. Wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!

Got a new puppy for my wife and 2 year old daughter. When I moved to McKinney, we needed a vet. Looked up vets near me and this one came up with the best reviews and now I see why. Every time I go in, the staff is so nice and caring. The Vet doctors themselves genuinely care and help answer and my new puppy owner questions! Great place, even for grooming! One stop shop for your animal! Thanks for showing my animals the care and love that you guys do!

Always available, always answers the phone, always polite, always kind, always patient. Weve been coming here three years and always have a good experience. Whoever is running the show over there you guys are doing an awesome job. Even during the last two years of Covid stuff you exceeded our expectations. And a shout out to all the other customers who are kind and patient also. Pet owners are truly their own breed.

All of the front desk, they are always so friendly and happy to see everyone! Always a joy to talk with over the phone and when you walk in. Dr. O and Dr. West have been wonderful, kind, and patient with our fur babies. They are always explaining the things that are going on with them, as well as helping put me at ease when discussing everything that we are adding and changing to their routines. I could not have asked for a better place to go to to take care of my fur babies and myself!

The best! All of the doctors are great, and the office staff and technicians are great. I would not trust my pet to any other animal hospital, and I have been with McKinney Animal Hospital for almost 13 years. I plan to stay!

We have lived all over the country and experienced many different veterinarian offices. McKinney Animal Hospital is above and beyond the best we've experienced. Everyone from the smiling faces at the front desk, to the boarding crew, to the vets are absolutely amazing. They truly care for animals and their humans. MAH is the best.

The staff at McKinney Animal Hospital goes beyond expectations. They supported us when our chipin was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. Now they are with us as we care for and love our chihuahua/husky mix. I recommend this amazing practice for general pet care, boarding, and grooming.

My pup loves the staff at McKinney Animal Hospital. I felt safe being there and leaving my puppy in their care. The entire stuff observed covid-19 guidelines by wearing their face mask. It shows they are taking each other's heath as well as their clients health into consideration. I appreciated that.

We visited MAH for the first time on Monday. Our 13 year old Golden, Maverick, had become very ill. Thank you so much for getting us in the same day. Every staff member we spoke with was very kind and caring. Dr Clever saw him on Monday and Dr West on Tuesday. Although, his diagnosis is grim and prognosis poor,we appreciate being given a little more time with our sweet boy.

We are new to the McKinney area and we were looking for a new Veterinarian. I read the reviews for MAH and was impressed. I called to make an appointment and spoke with a nice lady who genuinely was excited to see us. We came in yesterday and the overall experience was nothing short of amazing!! All the staff was professional and loving towards my girl.

They were very busy but not once did I feel rushed or that I was a bother! The cost was extremely competitive and with the stellar customer service I am so happy to say we have a new Veterinarian!

I’ve been taking my dog here the last few years and have been so wonderful. But today I had to put down my precious Princess, the staff was so understanding and compassionate. Couldn’t ask for a better Vet to taken my dog than them.

MAH is absolutely one if the most amazing animal hospitals I have ever experienced. The staff there is incredible. They truly care about these animals far more than anything else. We are blessed to have found these amazing people!
