I have been bringing my Kiwi here for years. They helped me find affordable care for when she had parvo, all through her life. She's a healthy 5 year old now and she always enjoys that they all remember her. She wags her tail with everyone that passes her by. I am so in love with them that when I met my husband we started bringing in his older dog Roxy to start getting treated.

She was a farm dog and very anxious. They were always so kind with her and worked beautifully to help her all the way until it was time to help her pass on from the world. They gave us so much time and were so graceful with helping her pass. I cannot thank that wonderful vets and techs from FPC and will always go to them for all of my pets needs. Even my snakes Thank you FPC

Just overall would choose any other place to bring your pets. Especially in an emergency, even though the website says that emergency services are available they are not, especially when they have another emergency going on at the same time. The employees severely lack any type of empathy towards their customers until they are called out for it. I had to put my dog to rest recommended by this vet because he was sick and 12 years old, and when it was time for him to go & no longer suffer I called for an appointment as they told me to and was unable to get one although they were aware of my dog Max & I's case no help was given to me that day.

I was told there was nothing they could do and to go somewhere else. They made a difficult situation a million times harder for me. My dog is now gone and there's nothing else I can do but to make this post. I wrote this review to help all future pet owners to not go through the same situation I had to go through. I've spoke with the manager to educate her on the things going on in the office and to hopefully bring change to this establishment.

I've done everything I can do to help make others aware NOT to bring your pets here. Please do your research when picking a place to care for your fur babies and read all the reviews.

Will never go to or recommend this vet again. We had a 13 yo huskie they diagnosed with cancer. After talking further we all agreed it would be ok to take him home for a few days to make it his best days before it was time. He took a turn for the worse today and we decided it was time to let him go. When we called this morning to let them know we were on our way we were told they didn't have time to help us end his life peacefully. I guess compassion isn't as much a priority as making sure they didn't have to work any longer on a Friday.

Beware! This Vet office can't keep vets on staff. Their turnover is unbelievable. On top of that we had an appointment for 11 am and arrived on time. We sat there 40 minutes with no update and we overheard the receptionist on the phone telling someone that the wait could be 2 hours. When we asked about the wait we were told that she didn't know and she couldn't tell us what appointment times were in the rooms now.

She said that was confidential. That's a total lie to our face. How far behind they are on the schedule is not confidential! They just weren't interested in being honest with us. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional vet office without so many staffing issues! If you want a clinic that can not provide continuity of care to your pet, this is the place for you.

If you love your pet and want a long term relationship with the people who care for your pet, please take my advice and go somewhere else. The owner's response is a complete lie. We were specifically told that the issue was vet tech's that didn't show up for work, not am emergency. There was never any mention of an emergency! It appears that the staff lied about the extent of the scheduling delays because the owner has instructed their employees to lie just as they did in their reply.

Everyone was very kind. The Vet was wonderful explaining everything to me. My little Sadie is very ill and the vet showed compassion and true caring about her and to me.

The vet was very thorough with my new adopted dog. She caught a lot of stuff the shelter and their recommended vet missed. Now my dog is finally healing and feeling better!

Everyone at this office has been attentive, patient, and kind. I never feel rushed out. The vet answers all my questions and gives detailed information about the treatment plan and things to consider. They also have easy scheduling and a pretty good app. I love going here.

Dr. Miranda is the best. She sees all three of our pugs and they absolutely love her! We have been visiting this vet for almost two years and feel so fortunate. Our pugs are on the paw plan and it helps taking care of them a no brainer! This office was our first pic when we moved here to the area and we nailed it!

Highly recommend! I love family pet clinic and have been using them for 15+ years. Dr. Ford is the best around and always does their best to make you a priority.
