I can't imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else. We have 2 senior dogs and the staff and doctors have all gone above and beyond any time we needed them. Dr. Kasey is amazing and spends time discussing tests, treatments, and anything we need to know. If you're looking for a vet office who will treat your fur baby like family, look no further.

I love AMC. Have been going there for a few years now. I will not go anywhere else. They went above and beyond for me and my babies. Especially when my late baby was sick. They helped me in every way possible until he crossed the rainbow bridge. Myself and current furbabies absolutely love the staff. We have boarded there several times as well. Never any issues. They treat you like family and truly love all animals.

My pets give 4 paws up for the excellent care they get at Heilmier's Bed and Biscuit.

Occasionally they try to sell you something you really don't need.

My first experience here was 9 years ago for an emergency visit when my pup had his first epileptic seizure we witnessed while on vacation. My visit today was the same dog emergency again. They were accommodating, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I hope I don't need them again as I don't live nearby but I would not hesitate to use their services again. Love this place and everyone there especially Kaite and Dr. Kasey! My pup absolutely loves going to there and everyone is so sweet and helpful. They explain everything in detail and are always helpful and kind.

Great team.! They are helping me get all my Hurricane Sally refugees fixed. They are really helpful and real nice people. Glad I went there and I will continue to use them.

After trying two other vets in Gulf Shores I came to Animal Medical. I can't say enough good things about them. So glad I finally found a place I can trust my pup with. Very thorough and caring.

You can tell they care just from the way that your pet acts they care. Their concern for your pets and well-being is is shown by the way that they handle your pet. Considering mine always acts like a wild cat she was very calm and relaxed with the doctor and the staff. Very reasonably priced nothing outrageous. After that we went to Walmart I asked what the flea treatment would cause there to get the prescription it was $20 more then at the Vets.

Always take my pets there. Love all the vets. They have taken care of all my babies for over 20 years.

They are the BEST! Dr. Casey and Dr. Heilmeier are awesome. The staff are incredible. They take care of my dogs as they were their dogs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even when they've had to give me bad news, they try their best to comfort me and I know they care Thanks for all you guys do.

Thank you so much to Dr Heilmeier and all the staff. We recently lost our dog of 13 years due to congestive heart failure. We made the switch to Animal Medical Center and were met with practical help through his last year and with great compassion when we finally had to lay him down. The experience we've had with Dr. Heilmeier has surpassed our expectations.

We have recently purchased two Plott puppies and will gladly entrust their care to Animal Medical Center. There's many vets closer to our home but we'd gladly make the drive to receive the kind of care we do there. Thanks again! Brian and Stacy Edmond

We have used this Vet for our kitties since we moved here in 2011. We have never had anything but friendly, kind and professional service. They were compassionate when we had to put our older cat down and have offered care at reasonable prices for our other cat, as well as post visit calls to follow up. I took my sheltie puppy in for her first check up and was very impressed with the staff and veterinarian that saw her. She was a little scared but the staff treated her so kind and were very gentle with her. I highly recommend ths veterinarian and clinic.

Jake loves his doctors and the entire staff here. It is very comforting that both doctors are so good. I think that the biggest difference is that everyone on staff here loves animals. They know them by name. Jakes ear infection is all clear! He misses his daycare buddies.

I payed $315 out of pocket for my dog about 3 weeks ago, now he is sick and I can't afford to get him looked at, I just moved here from Denver. They will not see him without $45 or making me sign up for some bullshit credit card to pay for it, yet someone else they would whom I know personally. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This is not fair. I can't drop $50 every time he is shitting and not eating I've tried all the home remedies. Not going back here ever.

My dogs are my kids, and after traveling the country for 10 years as full time RVers with varied vet experiences we looked for a great local vet. I found her! Dr Kasey Singley has helped us with vet care for the past 7 years and I could not ask for a better caregiver. She is compassionate, gentle, loving, funny and friendly. I don't often see Dr Heilmeier as I am stuck on Dr Kasey.

She has helped me with 3 euthanasia's when my beloved Goldens told me it was time to go, or something was horribly wrong and there was nothing we could do. Her compassion was beyond compare and both she and the staff treat us very well. She has stuck with me when the problem was tough and needed to be figured out, not just a quick diagnosis. I have called the after hours number several times and was always treated well and as quickly as necessary.

When we walk through the door to the clinic I always feel like I am treated as family. You cannot go wrong using Animal Medical Center and I always mention them to folks looking for a vet or folks we meet at the local Dog Park. Aside from that, going down 59, catch their signs, they are hilarious!

As an Ethical Great Dane breeder I need a veterinarian who knows what they are doing and can get to us quickly when we are in need. Animal Medical Center is a wonder little veterinary clinic. They are always friendly and remember us whenever we arrive. They also send me nice little reminders when one of my Danes need shots/medication that is due. : I only wish that they offered a few more procedure options that I need for breeding like Surgical inseminations, stomach tacking, and ear cropping. So my only complaint is that I sometimes have to use a different vet to fill my needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Kasey went above and beyond what I ever expected from a vet, she has heart for animals that is rare. I was not even using her office when I had to use her services. She gladly came in to meet me and my sweet dog who's health had deteriorated since being discharged after having teeth pulled( see other review from me). Her compassion for her patient was undeniable and she was very kind to me.

I appreciated her honesty and the thoughtfulness of a couple things floored me. She made an unbearable situation a little easier. Thankfully there are still good vets like Dr. Kasey out there. She truly was a blessing!

Always a great experience with Dr. Heilmeier and Dr. Kasey. Both have met me late at night when I've had emergencies. Dr. Heilmeier recently met me at 9:30 on a Saturday night after my pup got bit by a snake. My experience has always been one of great kindness and care from the entire staff.
