Double A Veterinary Hospital was established in April of 1997 by Dr. Andrea Autorino. Her goal was to build a practice that would offer the best care in all areas of veterinary medicine and provide not only for the physical needs of her patients, but for their emotional comfort as well. Over the years, our hospital has grown into a practice that is pleased to serve over 7000 clients.
Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual preventive physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
Dr. Andrea Autorino attended the University of Connecticut where she majored in animal science. She received a D.V.M. degree from Tufts University in 1986 and has practiced veterinary medicine ever since. Andrea worked at area veterinary hospitals for 11 years, but never stopped dreaming about opening her own clinic, where she could provide her patients with the best veterinary care.

They were so friendly, kind and thoughtful. They made us feel welcome and and answered all our questions. They also made sure we left with full knowledge of how to care for our puppy. The best part was when they allowed our kids to go in as well so they could see our puppy be treated by them and get his vaccines. It made our day!

Double A Vet always provides superb care for our pets. The staff are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They took wonderful care of our older cat who needed both ear canals removed due to infection. Most recently they took care of our 8 week old kitten who needed routine kitten checkup! They offer reasonable rates, lower than most clinics in the area. Won't go anywhere else!

We've been going to Double A for years now for all of our pups and cats. The entire staff is helpful, compassionate, and take very good care of our furry family. My family recently lost two of our pups for different reasons, and Dr. Lynch and her staff were very empathetic with us and took great care of them. I can't imagine anybody else providing better care-- these vets and techs go above and beyond.

THE WORST VET EVER! Terrible staff in unpleasant moods pushing surgery without seeing the cat first RED FLAG They only care about profit and typical Veterinary school sponsor recommendations for cats! VERY RUDE AND DEMANDING! They should be shut down for malpractice for services not yet rendered or diagnosed! STAY AWAY

Caring, kind, helpful, and honest. They do their best to make sure my dogs are healthy and comfortable. From routine check ups and scheduled shots to, "emergency" calls seeing my dog within hours in the same morning she was sick with hives all over her body. My dog is anxious and dog-aggressive and they always make sure that she has a safe way to enter and exit her appointments and is comfortable in them.
Plus the safety and seriousness they implemented into their protocols regarding covid, coming out to your car for intake. They are always doing the right thing for me and my animals.

Double A, I cannot praise your staff, enough! After a few years of trying to find the perfect place to take my cats, this place finally won our hearts. I will never take them anywhere else! I can trust them with any questions or concerns that I may have, regarding the needs of my fur babies. I'm proud to call myself a client!

I can't sing the praises of this place loud enough. The staff is excellent. Facility is clean & organized. From the first phone call right through the visit it felt like we were all family and they treated my pup like their own. I haven't had a pet or have been to a vet in 15+ years, the staff sensed that and took the time to explain everything clearly and concisely and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left.

Doctor Andrea is the best vet you could ever ask for! The entire staff obviously loves every animal they care for and do a great job at getting dogs to feel comfortable with them. I have been going there for over 20 years and have never had any concerns. A vet visit can be costly, but they have very fair prices. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby
