Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been developed and used for several thousands of years, and treats the body as a whole that is composed of several "systems of function." Acupuncture is a technique for balancing the flow of energy/life force (qi/chi - pronounced chee), that flows through pathways (meridians) in the body.
Fecal Transplants go by many different names. Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT), Fecal Transplantation and Fecal Bacteriotherapy are a few. Here at MASH, we call it Microbiome Restorative Therapy, or MBRT. We believe that we are doing much more than replacing the bacteria in the gut. If the majority of your immune system comes from your GI tract, then by replenishing the bacteria with a sample from a healthy donor, we can start to rebuild that immune system from the inside.Dr. Roman has dedicated several years on gut health and has created a website filled with articles on MBRT and procedural guidance.
At MASH we are hoping to educate clients interested in doing holistic care for their new kittens and pups. My girlfriend said the process to get our two dogs' shots was easy (wait in your car in line). Stars for that. She wasn't a fan of how roughly they handled our 50 lb tripod to get him up the stairs into their trailer though. He is actually very easy to lift if you do it correctly (we do it twice a day to carry him down the stairs) but they refused to let her help and basically dragged him up the steep staircase.
We are on the border of Pinal & Maricopa Counties, hence why we ended up at MASH - it was close and quick. But 2 months later we are getting notices from Maricopa County that they want $22 each for dog license fees. So basically they ratted us out to the county for owning dogs and being responsible enough to get their rabies shots. So yeah, I don't think we'll be using them again and will stick to our regular vet.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick his neutering took. He is a nervous barker so maybe they selected him to be first to get him in and out. From drop off until I received a call that he is done was 2 hours. MASHvet offers an affordable service with professional quality. Thanks for taking good care of my pup. This type of vet might not be for you! Personally I didn't look into it enough & was set up with MASH though Little Whiskers animal rescue. I now realize they offer amazing low prices on animal care but the amount of time it would take is much longer than a regular vet appointment (Ex.my cat was with mash for a total of 8+ hours and hadn't begun her spay when I had arrived on scene to check in).
Something to keep in mind so you don't end up surprised like I did! Anyways despite me showing up & getting hysterical in the middle of their work- the women who handled me were very kind & patient. I wish I was more educated on how their process works. Hope this helps & I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for low cost animal care.

I took my cat to their location in Maricopa on Feb 13th. They were extremely rude, especially the Vet's asst. Tracy. I got there at 7am for my appointment to get my cat Nico fixed, they had her for a total of 11 hours and only got her in to surgery after I had to travel up there 3 times. My poor kitty went a total of 19 hours without food or water.
She was so dehydrated they had to give her an IV. What they did was highly unprofessional and just plain cruel to my kitty; she had to sit in her own filth, scared, starving, and thirsty for no need. They wouldn't have even gotten to her if it wasn't for me driving back up there multiple times. They should never be around animals, especially that horrible woman Tracy.
