We love everyone at Pepperell vet! Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs. Dr. Boyce is fantastic, and everyone we've ever spoken to you can tell cares deeply for animals. My current dog is doing wonderful and Dr. Boyce and the team has been so accommodating helping us treat her current health issues. She has had 2 surgeries/dental procedures with Dr. Boyce and I know she is always in good hands!
We used to live in Boston and the expenses here are always half of what they used to be. My family and I had to put our 15 year old dog down during Covid, which was heartbreaking for us all. They offered to have the medicine administered outside on the lawn behind the building. There was no rush felt and the staff showed great compassion for my dog, family and me. It was the most peaceful and great experience it could possibly be -truly what she deserved!

Last year they misdiagnosed our dog with an overactive thyroid while she actually had cancer. By the time they figured it out (months later) it was too late and we had no choice but to put her to sleep. They tried to get us to put her down outside, at night, in the freezing cold. We would not agree to those terms so they told us they would prepare a room for us inside.
They wouldn't allow us to come in with the dog and said they would come get us when they got her set up. 15 minutes later they come out looking for us and bring us in a room where our dog was already heavily sedated and unresponsive. We were there for her final minutes but there has been nothing that has hurt my soul more than knowing my dog was looking for me/my family in her final moments and thought we abandoned her. She was our family's protector and my companion during the darkest times of the pandemic and I hope that nobody has to experience anything like that with their pets.

A week ago we had to unexpectedly lay to rest my dog Bayla who was only 6... Even though I was (understandably) a mess, Dr. Boyce was the most compassionate, caring, loving vet I could have ever asked for. In the worst possible situation for us, both Dr. Boyce & the technicians created a peaceful environment and showed us kindness and patience while caring for Bayla with utmost dignity and love. I can’t thank them enough!

I've been taking my fur babies to Pepperell Veterinary for over 25 years. I could take them to one of two other vet clinics in my home town but I stay with Pepperell due to the excellent care and customer service I get from the staff. Dr. Flanigan is the best and always makes me feel like my dogs are her top priority. I've lost a few of my babies over the years and am always devastated, but the staff is always so kind, compassionate, and comforting during those times of loss. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.

I've been taking my dogs to Pepperell Veterinary Hospital for 25 years, but haven't had a dog for the last two and have missed my connection with these amazing people. We've just gotten a new puppy, and are so glad to be back in their care. They are kind, understanding, extremely professional and knowledgeable, consider various options of care, and are so very compassionate. I can't recommend them highly enough!
