The staff at Cross are so compassionate and always go above and beyond! They went above and beyond to make sure Bella was taken care of with calling other emergency vets for an overnight stay with advocating for Bella as well we are so grateful to have you as our primary care vet!

The best veterinary experience I've had in 30 years as a pet parent. Every single staff member is kind and patient, from the staff at the desk to the vet techs and, of course, the vets. I have seen both Dr Fleming and Dr Walega many times and I couldn't hand pick better vets for my 3 dogs. The facility is very nice and is always spotless. They are so thorough with testing and diagnosis and I always leave feeling heard and cared about.

They remember my dogs and adjust well to the differences in their personalities, handling my noisy knucklehead with grace and understanding. I'm very grateful to everyone who works there for the consistently positive experiences.

Staff are kind, caring and efficient. Always so nice to my dog and understanding. Still highly recommend. Everyone is wonderful and helped me to manage two large dogs safely for annual physicals and shots.

This place was recommended to us by a family member after a few bad experiences we had with the place we previously had went to. We have only been to Cross a few times so far but every time we've went my animals and I have been more then happy! The staff here is great! Treat me and most importantly my fur babies with the utmost respect and kindness.

They've answered every little question and concern of mine with a smile. We plan on continuing our pets health care with them and I would DEFINITELY recommend Cross to anyone who's looking for a great veterinarian!

My daughter and I brought her cat here because he was very sick. Not only did they fit him in that day but very quickly explained what was going on with him and what our options were. Dr. Fleming explained that he had to be quick but that was because of the complete blockage that Artie had. They quickly got started on getting him better and even said we could call whenever to check on him. Dr. Fleming and his staff took exceptional care of our cat and saved his life and we will be forever grateful!

Bringing my pups to Cross Veterinary Clinic has been the best experience we've had so far with a veterinarian. The doctor and staff were so nice and helpful. My pups are usually vey nervous when going into new environments but everyone there helped them to remain calm. Their appointment went great! I would recommend them to everyone I know that has a pet.

Been taking my dog their for 5 years! Very personal and caring for my dog. Had a few issues with him eating stuff when he was a puppy and the office and vet were so compassionate and responsive to my calls. Great place and wonderful people.

Everyone at Cross Veterinary Clinic is AMAZING! Always so kind and willing to answer all my questions! Dr. Fleming is very kind and caring with our Dog! She loves going to "visit" everyone there which makes things much easier on us! Top notch customer service! Would highly recommend them!

We have been taking our dogs here for years and have always been very happy with the care. But that does not say enough about how appreciative we are for our most recent visit. Our senior Boston Terrier was in obvious distress and I was sure was CHF. The ER vet had a 7 hour wait so we stopped here hoping they would help. They saw him immediately, prescribed meds that have made all the difference. We though would loose him and instead he is back to his old self. Thank you so so much Dr Fleming!

We had a great experience at cross vet! We took our sheltie here and they were so helpful! We took him in for his annual visit and the workers were so helpful and nice. Our puppy was very antsy and they did not mind at all. They held him in place for his shots so gently. I would trust them with my dog anytime!

The office is always clean and no smells of yuk! The staff are knowledgeable and glad to be there helping your pets. Super Dr's who truly care and listen. Affordable too!

They really need to get educated about the symptoms of Fip. An adopter went there with their sick kitty and they did several tests, xrays, antibiotics, etc. Charged them $800, told them it definitely wasn't Fip and suggested either euthanasia or a specialist. Well, since this couple loved their kitty so much they took her to an ER vet (MedVet in Commerce).

They are highly qualified and competent veterinarians and specialists. MedVet also ran all kinds of tests and racked up $3400. Come to find out, the original test that were done at Cross Veterinary Clinic showed ALL symptoms of Fip. If they would have been told that the kitty could have started getting treated for Fip right away and they wouldn't have a $3400 bill on top of the $800. If they don't know the symptoms of Fip they should refer them to someone who does and by no means say it isn't when it absolutely was.

I was super impressed with how kind their staff is! i just got my first kitten and after reading reviews i decided to take him here. i'm so glad i did! they are so kind and the vet is super well at explaining and breaking down what your pet needs :-) their prices aren't too bad and for the service and kindness you're getting, its worth it :-)

Dr Fleming is a very good vet. He has treated my 3 dogs and 1 cat. He also did tail docking and dew claws on my puppies. His staff is very friendly and pleasant.

I Truly appreciate Dr. Fleming and all of his staff at Cross Veterinary Clinic. They are very personable they take time to listen to you and I can tell that they are sincere about the care and welfare of my dogs. Each of my dogs are rescues and a little nervous when meeting new people each one of the staff that greeted my dogs were very genuine in taking care of each of my pets. Everyone working there seemed pleasant and that they enjoyed their jobs. Truly a great experience. and the rates were reasonable.

No no no stay away! This guy could not take or lance an abscess anal gland. Would not use this vet I have had my Yorkie in there last month dog not feeling well - took in a bloody stool - never addressed the blood in stool - and did 100,s of dollars of blood work with no avail- he suggested I change dog food and diet. So I did Few weeks later my dog was in so much pain and would not let me touch her back area - I took her back to Fleming - First, I had to suggest to the vet tech to mussel her she was in much pain she ( my dog) would bite!

Then Fleming came in and said he would do a rectal exam - I immediately thought that would really hurt my dog! So I had to ask for something for her pain - he said he would sedate her if I wanted him to "daaaa" FLEMING - said "he could not" get the anal abscess DID NOT lance the abscess while he had her sedated / and Fleming said IF and when it pops she will feel better! OH MY GOD!

I was so baffled why he did not lance her. Sent Home pain and antibiotics and 100's of dollars again with no avail! I immediately called my other vet he lanced the abscess and this other vet was concerned why the heck Fleming did not do it himself while she was sedated! Very unsatisfied! And baffled to his veterinary practices! I will not put Dr in front of his name!

I have been going to Cross for over four years and noticed in the past couple years they have gotten money hungry and want me to get extra services. Well, they got a new receptionist and she scheduled all kinds of tests on my dog that I didn't ask for and they charged me a big bill that wasn't necessary or fair. When I complained to Karen she accused me of asking for those services which I didn't.

She lied and her attitude was terrible towards me. I am very upset and disappointed with Cross, Michael Fleming, Karen and others on staff. It is very unfair. I will never take my dog there again because they gave me terrible service and were very rude and crooked.

Great Vet Clinic. I have been taking my pets there for over 15 years, from the beginning of my pets life to the end of life, this vet clinic and the staff have always given my pets the very best care. The staff is very caring and compassionate, Dr Flemming always explains everything very well and I would never consider going anywhere else.

I love this place. The nurses and doctor are very helpful and nice. I can always get my pet in the the day after or so when I call. My cat had a weird respiratory thing going on last week and it only cost $100 for her to get looked at, and be treated with an antibiotic. I always ask a lot of questions while I'm there and everyone is so helpful and never makes me feel like I'm annoying them. Couldn't ask for a better place to take my pet. Thank you for all your hard work!

I sincerely appreciate Dr. Fleming and the staff at Cross Veterinary Clinic. They are very personable and I can tell that the health and welfare of my dog are their primary concern. My dog and I are always greeted by name with big smiles. It is comforting to know that they are there for us.

Went here when my dog was acting funny and couldnt walk right. I called and they got me in 20 minutes later. They did warn me I might have to wait a little because they did have people already scheduled at the same time. I totally understood. It was not much of a wait at all (10 minutes). The staff was caring and the doctor spent a lot of time with my pet checking him and explaining everything he as doing.

I have a medical background and never say that because I want to make sure they are doing things correctly. Every one was professional and caring. Im not sure what happened with the other reviewer but my expereince was totally different and I am so glad I went there! They have made a patient for life with all my fur babies because of the treatment we got yesterday. Prices are normal from what I have expereinced in the past.

I did hear someone get a quote for spaying that seemed really high but I do not know the pets health, age or case so maybe it was normal for that pets health. (It is hard to say without knowing all the facts.)

Prices are high compared to other vets in the area. Took my dog in for a tooth extraction, I rec'd a call from the office during the surgery telling me that my dog was urinating blood and that she would need some tests done. I asked if this could be due to the tooth extraction and her swallowing blood. I was told no. I told them not to do the additional testing, since it was quite pricey and I was already paying a significant amount for the surgery.

I picked her up that afternoon and she was groggy and kind of out of it from being put under and urinated on the floor- no blood or discoloration present. No sign of any problem in the days after. Lost confidence after that. Soon after was referred to Dr Heaton @ Genesee Vet Clinic, also on Hill Road, I was surprised at the much lower prices for vaccines, stool tests, and medication. I feel like you're paying for the cushy office at Cross, not for better service.
