I love Dr. Knepper he's a damn good vet! PERIOD! He's been taking care of my pets for years! Having a pet is expensive and his prices aren't as bad as some others in the surrounding areas!.

This place is very to the point when it comes to animal care. They are knowledgeable and less expensive than other places. The staff is friendly and the visits are completed in a timely manner.

Dr Knepper cares alot about animals and it shows when he is at an appointment. They are quite a bit less expensive than other vets to. Highly recommend.

My cat needed dental. I've had cats for 30yrs so I know that dental work can be pricey. I called here asking for pricing. They refused to even given me a ballpark over the phone, said the doctor needed to see the cat. I was hesitant but then they said the office visit was only $10.50. so I gave it a shot. And I guess that is the bright side, that I only wasted $10.50.

The vet barely looked at my cat before giving me pricing. And none of the pricing was exact. Everything was well if we have to take out a big tooth that's extra. And if the tooth doesn't come out well, that's extra. All things they could have told me over the phone. There was no estimate for me. Just a handwritten scribble of what things may cost and I didn't even get to take that home.

He was very defensive when I asked about the prices. I was turned off at the cost, but a good vet should have been able to explain the rates without being so defensive. I felt like I couldn't ask him anything further. I had come for a second opinion, and really hoping to find a cheaper price. If I can't ask about pricing, why waste my time? I told them that was what I wanted over the phone.
