Disappointed. The girls that work there, with the exception of one all seem to dislike there jobs. I brought my 2 year old Chihuahua there due to lots of sneezing and making a scarey noise with what they said it was reverse sneezing. What dog likes the vet. Mine does not. And she can be a little unfriendly, and maybe even peed on the floor a bit (and I apologized several several times and I got like no reaction from Anyone ).

But your a vet! You should know how to react to these things NOT send me home without even checking her breathing or NOTHING when she was clearly not feeling well! All I was told was to give her benedryl bc it's probably allergies! And to reschedule and give her a sedative when I bring her back! What if something was seriously wrong with my dog, would they send me home because she was a little unfriendly! I think it's terrible! He did not check her lungs or nothing! I won't be rescheduling with them and I don't normally post reviews but I was so disappointed I had to.

Friendly staff and highly-skilled veterinarians get to know your pet and you individually, and offer compassionate care based on that relationship.

Our bulldog was treated with care. Dr. Schwartz is great. Two other vets recommended a surgery that was not needed. He was honest and didn't subject our dog for a surgery just for the money. Many vets today are all about the money, not the care of the animal. He does the job for the love of pets, not the love of money. He's earned our trust. The only downfall is sometimes it's hard to reach someone, but when leaving a message they always responsive the same day. He's taken care of our bully since he was a pet in the pet store abs he's a bully owner, so he knows the breed so well. He also fixed our dogs cherry eye.

READ BEFORE BOARDING! MY DOG CAME HOME LIMPING AND A SCAB ON HER NOSE AND I ADVISED TO HAVE MY OTHER WEAR A CONE AND HE CLEARLY WASN'T, AS A 95% HEALED SCAB IS NOW OPEN AND HE DEVELOPED AN ADDITIONAL WOUND. Not an acceptable pet boarding situation. I will not be returning. Location closes at 5PM, reopens at 7AM when boarding staff arrives. This is a ~13 hour window that your pet is alone in a kennel, unsupervised. Secondarily, when I inquired about a 5:20PM pick up, due to a delayed flight, that was rejected (google says they close at 6, which is why we were under the impression we had time).

It seems that they'd prefer animals spend another 13 hours caged than return home, if it inconveniences staff. In most businesses this refusal wouldn't be an issue, but for a "Compassionate" or any animal care facility I would expect more. These are living creatures, often times extensions of our families. Would you not also expect the extra mile in this situation?

I've included a screenshot of our text message exchange, in it you can see office staff confirming that no one is in office past 5PM, and will not return until 8AM. For reference, my previous veterinarian's office kept staff on clock, 24 hours a day to care for boarded animals. It would be wise to board elsewhere if you're looking to have your pet supervised in some capacity after regular business hours.

Brought my moms dog to get a rash checked. It's a chihuahua puppy about 7 months old 1st visit to a vet besides getting shots done at petco. Receptionist was rude not friendly at all. She doesn't like her job much I think. Compassion shouldn't be their name. Gonna find a more friendly place.

My furbaby goes there for her check-ups and shots and grooming. Excellent in all categories. The staff is so welcoming and is always on hand to help you even if you call in for something. I recommend this place for your furbaby and all their needs. Oh did I forget to tell you. They have pet food and treats, and so much more.

Compassion? What a joke. Stay far far away from these people. They were willing to let my pet die because I couldn't afford $700. Oh its too bad you can't afford it is the answer i got after my pet had a seizure from the medication THEY gave her. Disgusting spiteful people. I've found a place that doesn't rip you off and actually has compassion, not greed. I'd suggest everyone else does the same

The woman at the front desk is condescending and doesn't engage well with people. If you are going to call yourselves "compassion" animal, it should go for the people too. If your client is bringing in a gravely ill animal, good god respect that and not be so cold. The staff seem more interested in adhering to their open and close hours than they do caring for animals. Not impressed and will never return.
