I've been to circuses that have been better organized. My dog waited days while the staff got us his meds for an emergency situation. Calling me after hours to tell me he needed meds and not forwarding the prescription to another Vet so he could get better. We waited two days to get in contact with someone and when we did the excuses make a 7th grade baseball team look responsible.
One tech told us one time while another told us a complete different when his meds would be ready. The lack of leadership and accountability is atrocious. The situation could have been not only avoided but they could have redeemed the integrity of practice at any step. They did not. Keep this in mind when you are deciding where to take your loved one.

We paid the urgent appointment fee to have our very sick puppy seen and have testing done. Unfortunately, the results and medication were quite the opposite of urgent. The call with results was placed to us after hours so we could not call back or get the medication our boy needed. Resulting in our puppy having to wait days for meds that could have easily made him more comfortable.
Come Monday we were told medication wouldn't be ready until the afternoon then another told us it had already been ready for pickup. The multiple calls made Monday recommended things that we already implemented Wednesday of the prior week which should have been noted in his chart as the tech and vet were both made aware of this at his appointment.
I am very unimpressed & upset by what you could barely classify as "customer service". Then when questioned about the after hours call & unnecessary delay on treatment only excuses & no apologies were made. Laziness, lack of communication & a lack of empathy does not put a pet parent's mind at ease when their animal is sick and helpless. If you care for your pet don't take them here.

Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a new vet, keep looking. We love some of the doctors and techs here but the front desk staff seems to not know up from down. Our pup has been having some skin and digestive issues. It took multiple vet visits for him to be correctly diagnosed. On the first few visits I had to specifically ask for medication for relief for him otherwise we would have left empty handed.
Communication is extremely poor. Multiple times we were told notes were being put into the vet, to find out later they never were. We were called after hours, unfortunately missed the call and were not contacted again. Update: The vet tech did call us and was very responsive to our concerns. We do appreciate her reaching out and helping us with our pressing needs.

Very caring staff who tries to accommodate when we need to come in for a quick visit. They follow through on what they say they will do and are quick to respond to messages. I also appreciate that they have an app which allows me to easily reorder my pet's meds. We highly recommend Bayview and their staff to everyone.

After calling around all morning looking for someone who could help my son's rat with an abscess sooner than later, Bayview was the only one with an exotics vet who was willing to squeeze her in as soon as possible. The front office staff was very responsive and helpful, and I was able to bring her in the next day. Dr Getty even took care of her sister who I brought along at the last minute with an unexpected problem of her own.
They are both home now with antibiotics and doing well so far. If we didn't live in Greece I would switch our dogs to Bayview as well. Very impressed and grateful! Harley and Kowaru say thank you for treating them like they matter, even though they are just little white ratties who narrowly avoided being snake food.

I have been going here for a few years. They used to be caring, compassionate, responsive. Over the past 2 years there customer service has been TERRIBLE. You can't get threw on the phone, send emails and get no reply. When you do get a reply they want this test that test different meds. A speciality vet sent a request for certain blood work they said they would do it.
Well they did blood work but not what was requested. Then suggest different test. When my dog was recently not doing well I emailed for an appointment ASAP. Got email reply sorry we don't have anything until Friday! Go to emergency! Well I did and my dog passed away that day. I sent an email the following day because I couldn't get threw on the phone, telling them she passed away.
I got NO response NO I'm sorry, NOT A SINGLE WORD! ABSOULTY no compassion. But they will email you an estimate to spend more $$$$$ DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!

They put me on the cancellation list to bring my cat in because I couldn't get an appointment for a week. They called as promised although the first few days I was not able to get in and asked if they could let me know the day before because I could do a drop off and pickup and they did and I was able to get my cat in days before my scheduled apt. They're service is excellent and the explanation of care by the doctor is in a way that is easy to understand. Thank you!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value This is not a place to take your dogs. They do not get back to you. even when your dog is dying. And the vet doesn't listen to your concerns about medications. only wants to keep giving meds. I have owned dogs for 30 years and never posted about any vet but if you have a dog and go here. Good luck! Danny/Stevie out!
