***HORRID SERVICE*** We had a 1:30pm scheduled appoint for our cat and even scheduling that was big hassle. They then call and change it to 1pm 2 days prior. I said my wife is being the cat in and has a prior appointment but should be able to make it work. She ended up being 10 minutes late to their rescheduled appointment and they sent her away. Apparently we were the vets last appointment and they had already left. This vet is a joke and I suggest anyone who values customer service stay far away.

Read this if you're trying to have a vet for a pet you love.also read indeed.com for the past employees input on this place I asked to have the manager call me as I am shocked by these business practices and below subpar service; I want to make sure it wasn't a one off. I was told I would be contacted on Tuesday 5/2 and will update this posting then

Fairview Veterinary is very accommodating - the staff and doctors are all very friendly and very eager to assist in your medical issues for your pet. I am extremely pleased with the practice and am sure that my pet receives the best care and most thorough examination possible. The doctors are all very professional and educated and a pleasure to work with.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff was able to squeeze me in for service after finding a lump on my dog 2 days before leaving town on vacation. Veterinarian provided great recommendations and stopped well short of being pushy or overly aggressive as seems all too common by some vets these days. Great experience, would definitely recommend!

My Havanese had a horrible bout with diarrhea. Fairview got my little guy right in - they were very thorough, very caring and very informative. They sent me home with antibiotics, a bland food diet and a food supplement. Dieter was better - and almost totally normal the next day! These doctors and staff are excellent! I would recommend them to anyone! They are all stellar!

Despite the ridiculous Covid-19 precautions they did a good job with getting our cat spayed. The drop off procedure was quick, they were very good with communication and when we arrived to pick up our kitty the wait time was very short. The veterinarian called that evening and the next day to follow up. I'm glad we gave them a try.

I needed a place to take my cat, Steven. He is very special to me, and I wanted a vet I could really trust. Even with curbside, I felt very welcomed at Fairview and Steven was so well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth visit. I am happy to say Steven and I have found the place to take care of him. Thanks Fairview!

Take you animals out of here ASAP! I am just one of several where they misdiagnosed and in some cases the dog died. Our dog was misdiagnosed for mites and they also over medicated almost killing her. Our dog suffered tremendously this went on for over 2 months with them. Our dog was also very fearful going there. They are all about getting you to pay top dollar for extremely poor service. They used to be a decent vet back in 2012, but not now.

My wife and I had a really good experience with our new veterinarian Dr. Amy Rennie. The old one who is no longer at this practice (was a 1 star rating) seemed to want to talk us into expensive products and treatments and this one just took excellent hands-on care of our cat during the course of a regular appointment. She was comforting to the cat, knowledgeable, caring and able to inform us in a way that made us feel good about how to care for the aging feline member of our family.

We have a lot of pets of different ages and stages in their lives so we're there fairly regularly, and everyone at Fairview from the reception staff, vet techs, management staff, and veterinarians have been so kind, helpful, understanding, and compassionate with not only our pets, but with us. They really get to know you and your pets. The care and compassion shown in particular by Dr. Rodriguez and Therese when we recently lost two of our dogs was more appreciated than they will ever know. Just a really terrific staff and wonderful care provided for our animals.
