This is hands down the best pet hospital/veterinarians in this area. I constantly hear people complain that the prices are too high. My pets deserve the absolute best & there is no way I'm taking them to a place because the prices may be a little bit lower & the treatment is poor & substandard. Not worth taking a chance on your pets health. I personally don't find the prices too high especially for the exceptional care & treatment they provide. Dr Dan, Dr Becton & Dr Vani are best the vets I've seen. These vets treat my dogs like family & genuinely care. Heather at reception has the kindest & biggest heart! Love this place & been going here many, many years!

I don't know where and what went wrong, but it was at Aloha Pet that I had to put down my 11 year old forever baby because I couldn't keep paying the exorbitant costs to save him. They basically denied me care unless I signed their paperwork that'd 'd pay the bill for an operation that they didn't know would work or not. They didn't give me scans, detailed blood work, no alternatives after more than 5k down the hole.
The meds they gave me didn't work and I was left with a pet that suffered until we put him to sleep. And they made me feel like I was the one failing him after trying everything I could. I lost the love of my life that day and they didn't so much as send condolences after. It was an extremely exhausting, and traumatic experience. I hope to God they bring some humanity back into their practice, because it was definitely profit first, care second there.

I brought my girl there on a Saturday night as an emergency, fully expecting to have to say goodbye. Dr Smith was so compassionate and told me my girl just needed an additional antibiotic on board to help her heal (and a diet). Thank you Dr Smith and the entire team there. Dr Pepen has always run this place with top notch people and I'm happy to see that years later it is still this way. Switching back to them as my regular vet even though I'm now in West Melbourne. That's how great the people are. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed. I've been bringing my dog here for over a year and I called today to reschedule her annual. I've been very happy with Aloha. I'm told the first available appt for an annual is in August and this is April! It's funny how she got right in immediately as a "new" client for her shots last year. Four months wait time! I told the girl "Well I guess I'll have to take her elsewhere because she's needs her updated shoes before four months." The girl says "Its okay no problem have a great day!." I've never felt so undervalued by a business I've given business to. This establishment is clearly taking on too many new "clients" if it takes four months to get an appointment. We won't be back ever.

Took my little boy Kron in for a emergency. Turns out he had a bad URI. He unfortunately did not pull through the night. However I'm positive the staff and vets kept him comfortable and warm. They were so nice to me when they broke the news and were very understanding. I had my boy cremated at a service they provide. Now he rests right above my bed with me every night.

I am beyond thankful for the staff that was there on Monday, February 7th 2022. I was out of town and stuck at the airport with a flight delay when my son called telling me our sweet little kitty was sick. His name was Blue and he was 8.5 years old. My daughter brought him in as an emergent visit for difficulty breathing. The staff was extremely efficient and helpful on the phone with me while describing the very dire situation and the need to humanely put my kitty down.
They let my children be with him as they put him to sleep and were very comforting to all of us. This was extremely hard to do from hundreds of miles away but their compassion and understanding were beyond appreciated. Thank you for taking such good care of my furr baby. You all are amazing!

I'm the owner of a skittish snapping turtle. Anyone who owns a reptile may know how difficult and expensive it can be to try and get them care in the state of an emergency. My snapping turtle got some dawn soap in his eyes when we were cleaning his tank. Panicking at 8 o'clock at night I called around and Aloha was super informative and helpful. They even said that they had a reptile vet on site until 10 p.m. on a Friday night!
We rushed him there and the vet on site was super gentle and you could tell she had great experience with handling a temperamental reptile. They were able to flush his eyes and supplied us with eye drops. I am happy to say that my snapper is back to 100% and I could tell right away that their help was relieving to him. Thank you Aloha!

Can't say enough good words about this place. Our little kitty had a sore at the base of her tail she wouldn't leave alone. Called as they have Sunday hours. We were able to get us an appointment in an hour - even though we were a new patient. The staff was friendly, helpful and took time to explain everything. Dr. Rivera and the techs were awesome.
They provided clear instructions for home care and told us to call with any issues or questions. Price was reasonable even considering it was a weekend walk-in appointment. We definitely plan to return for our little ones future care if needed.

Easily 10/5 stars. I have never been to an animal hospital where they take such good care of my fur babies and keep me involved/informed with every decision! Dr. Rivera is INCREDIBLE. She has always gone above and beyond for my cats and dogs when they are sick, crazy, and just need a check up. The love she (and the entire staff) show towards the pets and their owners is above and beyond. Forever going here with my fur babies and putting them in Dr. Rivera's hands. Thank you Aloha for everything you do!
