DO NOT USE TV's "The Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan's Mobile Veteranarian Dr. Rick Garcia, aka: Paws & Claws !!! He did a minor tumor removal surgery from his mobile truck on my sisters dog. The dog died 2 hours later. When my sister called him to inform him the dog was having convulsions he said he was on his way back but never showed up.
Later that evening he sent some of his staff instead to pick up the dead dog, my guess is to cover himself from the dog being autopsied to find out he did something wrong. His home/ office is 15 minutes from my sisters house.

Dr. Rick Garcia is what you wish all veterinarians could be like- mobile, really smart, thorough and professional, honest and kind. Our dog was gravely ill and had been misdiagnosed twice in one day by both our regular vet and by an emergency vet. We knew something was very wrong and were referred by a friend to Dr. Garcia. He immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem and performed the life-saving surgery that our dog needed right on the spot in his amazing Mobile Surgical Hospital.
The level of follow-up care and support that was provided were absolutely superb. This vet is worth every penny-and then some. Dr. Garcia will also answer all your questions patiently and let you stay with you beloved pet throughout the entire visit. What a Rockstar.
