Ann Road Animal Hospital

The Ann Road Staff and Dr Bullard took such great care of my Golden Retriever when he needed stitches and care after a laceration accident. I am so grateful to the love and support Ann Rd Hospital provided. Dr. Bullard is an incredible Vet and alleviated all my worries for my pets care. Ann Rd Animal Hospital is now or forever Veterinary Service. Thank you so much for the love and care ARAH!

I will tell you that I have been going to this vet for almost 20 years. I have seen great vets there over the years and they have always been very knowledgeable and caring to my bulldogs. I will say that for a few years I did stop going because the front office was a disaster. I have been back 4 times total since that break and finally they got some good help upfront. People who care about the animals and are very nice and prompt. Keep up the great work. Glad to see Ann Road Animal hospital is getting back to the Vet it use to be! Lucy was very happy coming home from vet and that never happens! Thank you!

Super friendly staff, affordable and clean. Our Trixie had gotten plant toxicity and I called around new our house for help and no one would take her because of being over booked and we see being turned away when our pup needed help the most. We were referred to this clinic by our friends and we are so happy, they took us right away, even though it was over 30 minute drive for us. It’s worth it. The Vets saved our girl and we are so grateful for them!

We had an appointment at 3:50pm, and the Dr. met us in the lobby to triage our pug at 4:05. We were talking and walking to the exam room at 4:08! Very concerned and polite when addressing our Pugs concerns. The Dr. took her to the back to complete a more thorough exam, and conduct an ear swab test for allergies. This is the second time we bring Marley the Pug in to this Vet. ***the exam rooms wall back splash looks like Star Wars' "Death Star".

Front desk girls need serious training. They told me 3pm for pick up after a dental. Took an hour to get my pet. People that got there after me were getting their pets before me. I finally said enough is enough. Asked one of the front desk clerks. She wait okay. And completely dismissed me as I was standing waiting. Whilst waiting I was able to observe operations.

And people were getting fed up because there was multiple of us waiting while there were front desk clerks trying to look busy. It seemed as though they were so frazzled they didn't want to deal with any of the customers. They just kept coming and going. At one point. I saw 2 of them in an exam room sitting hanging out and on their phones. An hour had past as I still waited and I finally went behind the counter and told a different girl, I JUST want my dog.

You have my money. She said, "oh? No one hasn't given you your dog yet?" And hour and a half for pick up. I now see why one of the customers was rude to them. If your nice you wait. If your stern they give you what you want to get you out so they don't have to deal with you. On the upside my assigned vet seemed nice.

I recently visited Ann Rd animal hospital on probably a busy Saturday. I was looking around for a place my puppy can get vaccinated and this place was able to squeeze us in the same day. We didn't have to wait long at all. Not only is the staff amazing and friendly the entire environment was too. They also have great prices for any dog services compared to other places I had gone to. I really do recommend this place!

I recommend DR. Ballard he is the best. He saved my baby Orlando after he was attacked by dogs God is good y'all god is real!!!!!! Miracles can happen Thank you ann road I love y'all and I hate facebook i just came on here to say I love y'all thank you. Any of y'all want to come to my house for dinner, y'all let me know. I have been going to Ann Rd Animal Hospital for awhile now. I like this hospital and haven't found another that is fair in cost with good care of my fur babies. However, time has always been an issue. You get there and wait at least an hour is my experience. I know they try to improve the situation, but if it Vets they are short of, it would be nice to let us know instead of just sitting there waiting with no idea when we are going to be seen. Vaccines didn't take too long I was in and out within the hour.

Several months ago it was over an hour. Don't know if it is not having enough Vets. The other is the Front Desk clerks. They need to be a little understanding that we cannot hear them with the mask and the glass that separates us. And then signing in was an issue when you have tons of people coming in at the same time. You had to sign in, then wait to be called so they could register you in. I waited once almost 45 minutes to be called up to the desk even with an appointment. [this is if you have an appointment later in the day, like 10am-11 am]

My experience today was really good, I took my kitten today for an appointment the wait time was not that long at all for everything I got done today it took an hour at the max. I recommend going in the afternoon not a lot of people there. The prices were reasonable as well I paid 59 for physical exam and 13 for vaccine. In all my experience was great definitely would recommend!

I was able to do a same day appointment when my kitten got really sick. I couldn't even get in to see my regular vet. The staff and vets are very caring of your pet. They took very good care of my kitten when she had to go into the hospital. I appreciated that they gave me a cost break down of the treatment my kitty needed. It allowed me to see all costs of treatment and choose which course of treatment I wanted. I will be switching vets to Ann Rd Animal Hospital moving forward.

Great staff.extremely accommodating! Lola, pictured below, is very animal aggressive and unfortunately we are NOT able to sit in the waiting area. The front staff accommodates with having us a room ready upon arrival or they call us when a room is ready.to avoid any confrontation with other guests and animals. The nurses and doctors are ALWAYS polite and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ann Road Animal Hospital.

Took my dog in for Exam, vaccines and blood work. We had a good visit we're in and out quickly early one morning. My Dog was seen by Dr. Jordan. She said she would call me with my dog's lab results in about 2-3 days I call day 5, day 6 and on day 7 no call back from the Dr after the front desk mentioned they have let her in now many times. I eventually called again to ask about her labs and they said she had the day off and they would have another Dr call me to go over the lab results.

I haven't heard back from any Dr and.its been almost 2 weeks. I eventually had them email me the results but no Dr has called me to go over them. I will be taking my Dog elsewhere who makes me feel like they care about her.

I've been taking my dogs to Ann Road Animal Hosp. since they opened the clinic. The service used to be excellent, but the quality of service has declined significantly. The last 4 times that Ive been there the wait time is not less than 45 min. even with an appointment. Last few visits I have not seen the doctor. Last 2 times a vet assistant took my dog from the lobby to the back and brought it back to the lobby.

Never went to an actual care room. Never saw or spoke to the doctor. When my dogs got the rabies shots did not get the tags because they were out. They told me that they will send them by mail as soon as they get some, that never happened after waiting for weeks I had to go and ask for them. I don't know what happened, but this used to be a very good place to take my dogs the quality and care of service has gone down a lot. After all these years Its sad for me to say, but I'm already looking for a different clinic.

So my dog got hit by a car nearly 3 months ago and we've been looking for an office to do surgery on my dogs back hip, it was the scariest day of my life I thought I was going to lose my dog. For 3 months we've been looking for a doctor Bullard to do this huge surgery it's really hard to find people that care in Las Vegas. my co worker referred me to this place Ann road animal hospital, I met the doctor and immediately I did not feel any fear in the surgery that was about to happen he was confident in his words and immediately we did the surgery it's been 2 weeks now and my dog Apollo has been walking on his back leg.

Today we got the sutures removed and the doctor is very proud of how well Apollo is doing. This doctor is amazing, sweet and explains everything I recommend this place to everybody thank you again doctor. Bullard for taking care my baby.
