We love Tender Touch! Back in 2014, I switched to Tender Touch, and I’m so glad I did. You walk in and you don’t smell that medical doctor smell. Its very cozy and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. They also have a multi pet discount-which comes in handy since I still bring my childhood pugs, and now my own dog and 2 kitties in as well.
Every vet, vet tech, employee who I’ve ever interacted with, you can just tell are honest to goodness animal lovers. I have never once felt pressured to do a procedure, test or vaccine that they don’t believe is the right measure. They don’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and just the level of care they provide is remarkable. I’m very happy to have found Tender Touch!

When my cat Ginger got sick a month or two ago I brought her here and even though I didn’t have an appointment they still made time to see her with very little wait. Unfortunately, the diagnosis wasn’t a good one. The tender touch staff were very compassionate and laid out our options. When it was time to bring Ginger in to be put to rest, Dr. Schuld was there for us.
He had a quiet and peaceful manner that was much needed. Thank you Tender Touch for including an imprinted paw print, engraved box, and a thoughtful card. When and if the time ever comes again and I decide to get a another fur baby you will continue to have my business.

We were here because our rescue cat of 15 years was ill and we did have to put her to sleep. This is what an animal hospital should be! There's parking around the back of the building from Kalamath Street and you enter the office by way of a winding path through a grassy, park-like setting with a waterfall and a white picket fence. The staff and veterinarians are all compassionate, caring people. They made the visit as comfortable as possible and were supportive and very helpful. A very highly recommend clinic!
