Chase Animal Hospital

They take care of our animals like family. I can always count on them in an emergency. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. We love each of the doctors so picking a favorite wouldn't be fair. We have been with Chase for years and would never trust our furbabies with anyone else.

I make a 30 minute drive from west Madison to Chase Animal Hospital for all my pets. It's worth it. There are a lot of options in Madison for vet care, but this place has A+ care and attention. I fell in love the first time I brought my dog here a few years ago, and the vet that saw her got on his knees and played with her for a couple of minutes to get her comfortable for her exam.

I've seen many of their vets over the last few years, and I've had great experiences with all of them. Several of the vets I've seen have followed up with a phone call a week or so after our appointment to make sure everything is going okay or to go over test results personally with me. Also their reception staff is amazing! Everyone I've interacted with has been so helpful and gone out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for my furbabies.

Every person that has interacted with our animals at Chase has been wonderful. I've been taking my pets to CAH for 10 years, and we are always happy with the care they receive.

We love this vets' office. The staff is very nice and you feel like the vets are truly listening to what you are saying is wrong with your pet. They take their time and did their best to help out animals. They are a drive out of Madison, but really easy to get to.

My boyfriend and I had two friends independently recommend Chase for boarding our puppy, which is why we decided to go with them when boarding him for the very first time. We knew it wasn't going to be the easiest experience for him being away from us for the first time, and when we picked him up on Sunday the two employees said he had an accident in his crate in the morning and they had to clean him up before they brought him out to us.

We picked him up in the afternoon, which made us wonder if he had not been taken out of his crate all day if he still wasn't cleaned up. Once the employee brought him out, he had a TERRIBLE stench of urine and was clearly still not cleaned up. His fur on his underside was yellow and clotted. She didn't mention anything of it, handed him to us and went right back inside.

I will also say we paid an extra $8 per day for a "TLC package, " meaning he'd get a little extra love and attention. Seeing that he sat in his own urine for half a day, I don't think he received adequate attention. Perhaps they are just understaffed or the employees are not properly trained, but we will NEVER bring our dog back here for boarding, even as an adult, and will recommend against it to our friends.

We drive from Southern Tennessee to have our dogs treated here. The best vets and staff in the area IMO. Love them and the care they give our dogs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have been coming to Chase Animal Hospital for a few years and always had a great experience but yesterday they went above and beyond. I had to say goodbye to my dog of 16 years. I was a complete mess, could barely communicate and was an all around basket case. Every single staff member took such great care of me and had so much compassion every step of the way. I will never forget it.

We brought our pug Henry here for a medical emergency - the staff were so nice and professional, and took very good care of him. They gave us estimated costs of every potential scenario and explained everything very well. Henry says his stay was five stars, and he would absolutely visit again.

They are very patient with the parents of there fur babies. They explain there workups and they also have a reward system that is great. Our Yorkie puppies meen the world to us. So thank you to our new vet for helping us make sure we keep them very healthy.

The staff is always polite, professional, and efficient. My pitty boy loves the doggie hotel too for when I need to go out of town. Prices are also reasonable.

The service at Chase Animal Hospital was both friendly and professional. They answered all of my question and me feel comfortable in leaving my pet with them over night for his surgery. I would highly recommend them.
